I went in to find a bed and had the best customer service. A huge thank you to Jed and Corey for helping me pick out the right bed, head-board, and even a nightstand. Corey and Jed also delivered it early to my house and made sure it was set in a place it wouldn't fall. They were both very friendly and made sure I was a happy customer. I went into the store not to long ago in search of something nice and affordable as I recently went through a rough divorce (she took everything) and ms.Holman really made my buying process a lot easier and worked with me to find just the perfect items I needed for an affordable price… I’m not sure if the store really reads these or not but I would love to do something kind for ms.Holman and maybe buy her dinner someday! I’m new to El Dorado and stopped by for initially a couch that would fit my small living room.. Kyle was extremely helpful and understanding in my budget and what I needed. The couches didn’t work out for other reasons in my house, so I went back and this time worked with Cory and Kyle. Both were down to earth, helpful, and definitely made the mood light. They’re funny guys and easy to work with! Jed popped in at the end of my visit and was just as helpful! You’ve got a great team at the El Dorado store! Jenn and Kyle are amazing, from working with on a payment schedule, to delivery they give you the best customer service. Also Kyle is so friendly and respectful on the phone when he takes your call. If it breaks they make it right! JR is fun and honest and he believes in helping everyone out! Corey is also very honest and he knows how to treat each person with respect . I recommend Mikes before any other rent to own. ❤️

They are a great place to get stuff and they will workhard to get it for you. And the are great to talk to and they do a great job delivering your item of the truck and into your home nice and neat and they don't break anything. And the helped me out getting stuff that I whanting and it was in my budget for the amount of income that I have coming in. The staff is great and I am glad to be there costumer and I will always go back to then when I need something else.
