IF
YOU
DO
NOT
SPEAK
SPANISH,
BE
AWARE.
They
sent
people
to
my
home
that
only
spoke
Spanish
after
confirming
with
me
that
they
were
sending
English
speakers
and
were
unwilling
to
rectify
the
situation.
We
had
a
nice
time
in
the
end,
but
I
wouldn't
hire
this
company
again
because
of
their
lack
of
integrity
and
their
unwillingness
to
make
things
right.
A
small
gesture
can
go
a
long
way.
I
wish
they
put
customer
satisfaction
ahead
of
their
bottom
line.
It
is
unfortunate
that
they
don't.
They
accommodated
my
request
to
supply
2
ponies
to
entertain
my
3
small
children
one
day
after
I
called
(on
a
weekday).
That
was
great!
What
I
didn't
care
for
was
the
dishonesty.
The
morning
of
the
event,
I
contacted
their
representative
Elixa
to
make
sure
the
person
who
came
to
our
home
was
an
English
speaker.
One
would
think
this
would
be
a
given
since
they
knew
I
didn't
speak
Spanish,
but
I
didn't
want
to
leave
this
to
chance.
I
didn't
want
the
frustration
of
not
being
able
to
communicate
well
with
someone
who
would
be
working
directly
with
my
children.
Elixa
said
she
wasn't
sure
and
offered
to
call
me
back.
When
she
returned
my
call,
she
confirmed
that
the
person
coming
did
speak
English,
and
I
expressed
my
joy.
When
the
ponies
arrived,
the
handler
handed
me
a
cell
phone
so
that
I
could
receive
a
message
from
someone
else
at
the
company.
They
wanted
to
tell
me
that
payment
was
due
before
services
were
rendered.
They
were
telling
me
this
because
the
person
at
my
home
spoke
no
English!
I
was
upset
to
say
the
least.
I
had
a
lengthy
conversation
with
the
person
on
the
phone
(Dickson)
who
advised
me
that
Elixa
did
not
communicate
my
wishes
to
him
and
he
was
sorry
for
the
inconvenience.
I
believe
he
was
being
dishonest
about
not
knowing
because
up
until
that
point,
I
had
spoken
with
Elixa
several
times,
and
she
had
never
provided
information
without
verifying
it
first
and
calling
me
back.
I
appreciated
her
making
sure
she
was
always
providing
accurate
information,
so
when
Dickson
said
no
one
told
him,
I
had
the
strong
feeling
that
my
inconvenience
did
not
matter
more
to
him
than
making
money
did
at
the
moment.
It
felt
like
a
total
bait
and
switch
and
he
was
not
willing
to
send
anyone
else
or
offer
any
compensation
when
it
was
clear
to
me
that
they
were
not
keeping
their
part
of
our
agreement.
After
nearly
15
minutes
of
getting
nowhere
with
Dickson,
I
relented
and
we
proceeded
with
the
pony
ride.
After
such
a
frustrating
start,
things
got
going
and
the
kids
had
a
good
time.
The
gentleman
(Rolando)
who
came
with
his
wife
apologized
for
not
speaking
English,
and
I
tried
to
explain
that
my
issue
was
not
with
him
but
rather
the
company
who
did
not
keep
their
word.
Obviously,
most
of
the
next
hour
was
spent
in
silence
but
the
handlers
seemed
to
be
very
nice
people
and
were
kind
and
gentle
with
my
children.
If
you
do
decide
to
give
them
a
try,
ask
for
Rolando.
He
and
his
wife
made
the
experience
as
pleasant
as
it
could
be
considering
the
circumstances.
I
also
noticed
that
Rolando
walked
with
my
boys
and
his
wife
handled
my
daughter.
Any
parent
with
girls
would
appreciate
their
mindfulness
of
this,
I'm
sure.
Rolando
and
his
wife
get
an
A+
in
my
book
but
the
company-
not
so
much.
