I ordered some food apprx 6pm. App said it would be delivered between 8 and 815pm. I finally got the order after 9pm. I had no communication telling me what the status of the order was until I sent a message saying I could have just ordered from someone else. Suddenly, I got a text message saying they were on the way. Just go to the restaurant. 3+ hours is ridiculous. The delivery lady was nice but save yourself the trouble. Dont use this service.

I've ordered from CitySpree over 15 times and feel comfortable referring them to any of my friends or family. My girlfriend and I ordered last night and were excited to see that they added some new restaurants to the mix. We are both into eating as healthy as we can, and were happy to see an option that included grilled meats, veggies, and other healthy options. It turns out, the appetizer that we ordered was sold out at the restaurant. Their manager RJ called me quickly to let me know that they were sold out of the item and asked what we would like to replace it. I was happy to receive a phone call beforehand rather than find out the news when the food arrived. I appreciated the fact that they communicated this with me. The food arrived hot and delicious. It arrived much quicker than expected as well. CitySpree does a great job and seems to be constantly adding new restaurants and options. For those lazy Sundays or nights where I just don't want to cook, I'll almost always end up calling CitySpree.

This service was amazing!! After easily setting up my account, I ordered a meal for my son and his family, who are in another state (and he's in the Navy) and it was delivered within an hour...from the time that I placed order, it was 30 min. Awesome idea for military families! Thank you so much!! Will Def be using you again! ;)

I have contacted City Spree several times for a really bad experience and they continue to ignore me. Bad service, late, old food, never addressed. Update one year later: the food was an hour late this time. So, I called the restaurant and they said City Spree is always really late picking up orders. I called City Spree, the girl said she’d speak with her manager and get back with me. Of course she never called back.

This is the story of Mike & Leslie - two coworkers who placed orders using City Spree. Same office. Same restaurant. Same notes letting the drivers know so someone could save a trip If possible. Orders were literally TWO minutes apart based on email confirmation. Mike got his order in less than 20 minutes. Food was piping hot! Even got bonus Cole slaw. Leslie got her order 39 minutes after placing the order. Food was room temperature. Not great for BBQ & mac-n-cheese. There’s something not right about this scenario. I contacted CitySpree and have yet to hear back. The first driver said my order was ready when he picked up Mike’s but he was unable to take it since another driver was en route. He also said the other driver was walking in when he was walking out.

I love to order CitySpree for lunch from my office so i don't have to stop working just to get food, and on those nights when i don't feel like cooking, it's our go-to. It's always a priority of mine to eat and shop local when i can, and with city-spree its no different, the family behind the business is a great local Pensacola family! I would highly recommend CitySpree for delivery for everyone in the area, no matter what food you like they can get it to you!

I did not want to cook dinner, so I decided to try CitySpree. My husband and I ordered Mexican food and it was delivered prior to the delivery time. We were very satisfied with the food and plan on using the service more often!

I have used City Spree many times. They have a great variety of restaurants to choose from. The delivery fee is very reasonable and delivery is always right on time. The employees are really on top of things. The one time I ordered from a restaurant that was closed (they did not tell City Spree) the manager promptly called me and reversed the charge. I love having the option of "eating out" at home.

We love GoWaiter! On those busy nights where you don't want to cook but want the extra few minutes at home with your family instead of running out to pick food up…this service is PERFECT. They are always fast and friendly and the updates you get as your food is ordered, picked up and on the way to you are very helpful.

This is the most amazing food delivery service out there!! List of restaurants is top notch, and delivery drivers are very courteous. They always make sure your order is correct upon delivery and if for some reason your order is held up they give you a phone call informing you. This is a stand up company I order every Sunday and usually once during the weekday just because I don't feel like cooking after work. Use these guys you will be happy you did!! P.S. I an writing this as I just ordered amazing Mediterranean food again.

Cityspree is great! The restaurants that they have teamed with offer a great variety and the service has always been top-notch. The delivery team is fast, clean, and courteous. I am thrilled with my interaction and will definitely use them every chance I get. Kudos to them!

Ordered delivery at 5:53pm on a Wednesday and was okay with the eta being between 7:03-7:23pm. It’s now 8:25pm and it is supposedly on the way. I called the restaurant at 7:48 to see if it was prepared and they said that is was and they were waiting on a driver. After trying to get in touch with someone with city spree my phone was bombarded by a stream of texts informing me that my order might be a little late. Lol I got that text 50 minutes after I was supposed to get the delivery. Next time I’m skipping city spree and all the extra fees and just picking it up.

I have been sending emails and reaching out for almost a month on a refund. The food was never made and order was cancelled long before cityspree let us down and they still have not reached out or done anything to attempt to fix the issue. This is horrible business, the company clearly only cares about taking your money, and not about the customers.

I've used this service on and off in the past and I thought it was pretty good. I see now that I was wrong. They're GREAT. Fabulous even. They place a premium on happy customers and that's not something most of these services can boast. I noted in one order that my drink was missing. Bummer but it happens. Not only did they compensate me and provide a credit to my account for the inconvenience, but the driver noticed the drink was missing and drove ALL THE WAY BACK to deliver it. Why did I ever use anyone else?
