I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the hospitality at this restaurant. The lady and the owner were very attentive and friendly. They served us quickly and personally. We had samosa chat, lunch special (available until 4pm), garlic naan (delicious) and jeera soda (refreshing) and finished with Badam ice cream. Everything was flavorful and reasonably priced. The owner was especially kind and sweet. He checked on every customer and asked for feedback. He even played a song for my wife that I requested. I have never experienced such service and attention from an Indian restaurant owner in the USA. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Parking spots are limited, though.

Only recommend Indian chat items. Usually, I won’t give negative reviews. But I can’t this time. Meat and other foods are looks fresh well plated, not in taste. You should eat meat when it’s hot(within 10min). We feel some bad smell after sometimes and can’t eat it anymore. Too much of sauces in lollipop chicken and noodles, Feels like tasting sauces directly from bottle. Also, don’t try biriyani here. Seems, they boiled chicken in hot water and mixed it. 2stars for chat items and best service

Excellent Northern Indian style cuisine. Everyone there on staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to talk to. Food portions are just enough but full of flavor. If you like India and haven’t been here yet, you are missing out.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Their chicken platers are fresh, flavorful and nicely done. We tried 6 different things in our group and each one of them was vying to get the #1 spot. Also the ambiance and hospitality is unforgettable!

Good food, decent ambience. Top notch hospitality by the Lady there. We ordered lollipops and didn’t liked it. They took the feedbacks from us and canceled the order and got us another appetizer. Service was fantastic. Never seen such good attitude in recent times. Tandoori’s, Naan basket and Curries are tasteful and freshly made. We also ordered Veg Thali which was deliciously flavorful. Loved it! Prices are decent. I would definitely recommend as a must to go. Will revisit again.

AMAZING family owned authentic Indian!! We cant find too many authentic Indian places in South Jersey but thats okay because Nimit is all you need. We LOVE this place. Always easy to order and get to go. Friendly staff. The guy who always runs the phone even knows our orders and gives us extra sides when we get to go. VERY delicious. Nimit will not let you down.

The best Indian and authentic Punjabi food in the Greater Philadelphia area. I recommend the Butter Chicken and Mango Lassi. Ashu, the owner, takes care of you whenever you come in. Great music, amazing atmosphere, and you're treated like family always. <3

The service was better than any restaurant we have been to. Every server stops to see if you want or need anything. The food is delicious. If you have an opportunity, try the ice cream. It's fantastic

Our experience was magical! The food is immaculate and the service is incredible. Paul provided outstanding customer service along with our servers. They made sure we were comfortable and that we were having a good time. I even got to pick a song to play. We will definitely be returning to enjoy this amazing atmosphere and delicious food.

Good food, with decent service, only complaints were the amount of napkins and the water which was not refilled through the entire meal. The fried paneer was very dry and unflavorful, but the tikka paneer was significantly better. The food was reasonably priced and had good flavor. Expect to be walking out, paying around 25$ per entree. To try 2 different items you can order a half order of each and they will oblige. I'd recommend the tandoori platter and butter chicken, if you're new to Indian food.

The food is good but the owner is beyond entertaining. This was my first time here but won't be my last. The owner was so funny and charismatic that we let him order appetizers for us so please forgive me not knowing exactly what we ordered. We received tandoori shrimp, mixed grill platter and chicken on the bone dish that was in a very delicious marinade. Veggie samosas were on point too. Now let's move on to entrees because that I can remember. I had paneer Tikka masala and chicken Tikka masala. The sauce was so rich and creamy that I would come back just for that. Oh and garlic Naan to mop up the sauce is a must. I did not try hubs chicken curry but he loved it to. We will be back and if you are lucky you will have a " magical" experience too.

Food was great!! Tasted fresh and wasn't oily like I find with other Indian food spots. I always have an issue with spice... they never make it spicy enough but this place got it right!! Came here on a recommendation and Nimitz palace did not disappoint! The staff was very nice attentive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

We were a large group (veg and non-veg) of 11 folks, and ordered from their lunch special.. One of the rare places where everyone loved their meal., food and service were top notch. Everyone had 2 variety of curry and taste for every curry was very distinct and different from one another. 5 star! Will visit again when in the area. Highly recommended! They have a top chef!

This place is amazing! The food has authentic flavor. It's freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! They aren't serving any frozen/prepackaged food here. The staff is friendly and want to make sure you enjoy meal. The owner went to evitable and took song requests. The atmosphere is wonderful. We had the lunch special. By far, it's the best deal in town. It was my daughter's birthday. The owner made her day extra special. He brought out a special birthday treat. I will definitely be back! I absolutely loved the food and having such attentive staff made it so much better! Thank you Nimit Palace! You made us feel so welcomed!!

I have written a review here before, but the food and service are amazing, I had to write another. This place is very WHITE PEOPLE FRIENDLY, they will give you popular menu suggestions and ask you how spicy you want your food. I got afgan tandoori sizzly chicken. The dessert was amazing. It was ice cream with a syrup soaked cake ball with ice cream. Thank you again, and I will be coming back.

My wife and I love to try new places… Rarely do we leave reviews. However, when an establishment goes above and beyond a review is a must. The food here was absolutely amazing! Every dish! I wish we had more pics but we only took one of this Afghani Style Tandoori Chicken appetizer. The hospitality was also incredible with the owner and staff really making sure we had a great experience at “The Palace”. We enjoyed the different flavors. We were also educated on their lunch specials and can’t wait to go back to try more dishes!

This is my second time here and I love my experience, I love the customer service and I can’t wait to come back . They make the experience worth it regardless how far you’re coming. I recommend anyone that loves authentic Indian food to stop by you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent quality and ambiance. Indian food in Princeton varies a lot and it's difficult to find a consistent experience, even at one restaurant. I hesitate to give a huge, glowing review based on one visit, but if the second visit is anything like the first, I'll go to 5 stars. I had the Cashmere Chicken and my bf had the Chicken Vindaloo and it was all extremely tasty. Pleasant, attentive staff. Loved it!

This place is awesome! The customer service is wonderful, they make you feel special from the time you walk in until you leave! The food is excellent and spot on! I really enjoyed my early dinner this evening, usually when I ask for medium heat at an Indian restaurant they tend to keep it mild. This place got the heat perfect! When we come back in the area, we will be stop here again! Can’t wait….

I have tried most Indian restaurants in South Jersey and this is by FAR the best. The service is second-to-none and every dish I have had here is a step above the best Indian food I have had anywhere else. If you are anywhere nearby, stop in and eat because you will not regret it! I have also ordered many times for delivery and even with a far drive, it comes hot and delicious.

I paid $41 for My order I’m shocked on the small portion size of my curry chicken was $18.99 for a very small Portion with nearly ANY chicken and a small rice portion for a kid Complete rip off!

We had a really good dinner at Nimit Palace for. The restaurant serves food that is both traditional and authentic, yet it's a bit more refined than your typical Indian restaurant. Our entrees were tasty and prepared with the amount of heat we requested. The dining area is spotless and tastefully decorated, providing for nice ambiance. The service was both attentive and friendly. We'll definitely return.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Went for my first experience with Indian food by suggestion of my girlfriend. The presence is so peaceful and welcoming, you can tell the staff takes pride in their restaurant. They are kind and fast, our server was very helpful and on point. The food is out of this world, despite being my first experience with Indian cuisine I could tell how refined their craft was. Definitely on my list of “my places” after eating here. Looking forward to my next visit and highly suggest them to you. AAA+++

This place is hands-down, the best in the NJ area. The food though is absolutely delicious. Had a chance to taste their Masala papad, Naan, Malai Kofta and a dessert. All the items were extraordinary and I'm not even exaggerating. I haven't had restaurant food that is very satisfying in a very long time. The owner of this restaurant is very kind too. He personally looks after each customer and seeks personal feedback.

This was my first time trying Indian food, a friend recommended me this place and I have to say it did not disappoint! I tried the butter chicken which was so good! The garlic Naan bread was very delicious and the samosa was amazing! Definitely will be ordering from here again! The staff were very friendly when I went to pick up my dinner and the online ordering was quick and user friendly. I will definitely recommend this place!

we go for dinner one day and breakfast another. The dinner menu is varied enough for a family like mine that has only one seafood eater. The pasta and pizza are delicious! The breakfast menu is equally varied. I could have ordered at least 6 items on the menu. The service is great, prices are reasonable. The dining room and restrooms are clean and well maintained. Two thumbs up and 5 stars

You cannot get better food or service in another restaurant. Every dish I have tried here is absolutely amazing. I have eaten at most of the Indian restaurants around and none even comes close to this one. If you eat in you will experience what it is like to dine in your own ‘palace’. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Do not miss out!!!
