I had to come give this company a review ! My family was in desperate need of lawn maintenance for a recently purchased home. The JOSH team accommodated me so quickly and went above and beyond to assist me ! They responded to me frequently and performed the service the next day ! I’m sure they were busy but they fit me into their schedule and did an AMAZING job ! I want to thank the Josh Team for being so professional and providing outstanding customer service ! If I could give them 10 stars I WOULD !!!!

We called for a yard clean-up quote on a Saturday & they were at our house that afternoon, then did all the work the next day. They gave us a really good deal & were very professional. Everything looks great! We will definitely use them again!

Great company for lawn care! They come weekly to cut grass and are always on time and very professional. My grass looks excellent. They also removed all my weeds and are planting flowers in my yard. Communication is great! They offer a wide variety of services and are just a great company! I am always happy to see them because I know they are going to do a great job perfectly and quickly. Josh was great but his team just couldn't get it right if I did not want it cut shirt. Thus is year old bluegrass and we wanted it 4". First little trial swath was great. But then weekly service was horrible leaving uneve. Grass length all around. Edging was perfect, cutting was terrible. No refund or adjustment was offered against my weekly photos and complaints. At $$$ charged in advance I really expected good quality for the 60% more than all others but was severely disappointed. Josh promptly responded to every complaint by text, but apparently his equipment or help was just not up to the standard we had mutually agreed to in advance. If you have a nice lawn and don't want it screwed up, look elsewhere.

After many attempts of searching for a reliable and quality landscaper, we have finally found one in Grass Up Lawn Care. Josh was EXCELLENT. His attention to detail and reliability is unmatched. His response time was extremely quick and much appreciated. Thanks again Josh, and Grass Up Lawn Care for the beautiful landscaping!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Josh and his service ! Customer service is so important to me and he answered every question I had, was so patient , and gave us a great price. Anytime I need work down in our backyard I will 100 percent use this company again. We had bushes cut down and our lawn was a mess. Josh worked so hard to clean it up , plant soil , fertilizer and grass seeds. We are so excited to see what the lawn will look like once all the grass grows in. My fiancé and I just bought a house. We reached out to a few different companies that were recommended to us, all of which were unresponsive or grossly overpriced. I read a favorable review about GrassUp and Josh and decided to take a shot with them. They came the same day to tender a quote, which was extremely fair considering the amount of work that had to be done. Further, they then came just two days later and got the job done! Despite the fact that my call was a week after a storm, Josh understood my urgency made time to get the job done and did a beautiful job on my lawn. They were professional and responsive and made sure the lawn looked perfect. I never write reviews, but because reading a review is what lead me to GrassUp, I’m hoping to return the favor to another individual looking for a reputable, hard working company to service their lawn. Seriously, if you’re in need of landscaping, look no further I cannot stress enough how great they were!

It's refreshing to have a landscaping company actually care about their customers. Josh and team got back me asap and did an outstanding job. I will be a customer for life! Now if i could only find my other service suppliers to be as professional as Josh and GrassUP.

After a stressful week and a half of trying to get service and constantly being rescheduled, I looked for a new provider. These guys at grass up were not only understanding of my situation, they came by quick, took care of the service, and overall we’re just fantastic. Highly recommend them if you want well done and timely service.
