Unprofessional & didn’t stand behind their work. Hired for lawn & grading. -Argued & accused client of lying on property, putting blame on customer when results were not satisfactory -Lacked on followups -Poor installation of matting -Destroyed several crawl drains and a tree -Overpriced. 5k for results in picture attached -No partial refunds or fixes Ended up hiring a different landscaper after and the job came out great. Buyer beware.

We were really disappointed in the representatives lack of response! We contacted them multiple times to schedule a meeting to receive an estimate on services after submitting a request through the website and the representative responded once through text, but never showed up! We then contacted him three more times and scheduled another meeting and he did not show up yet again! We have heard great things about the company from neighbors and we’re hopeful to use them for our projects as well, but have chosen to go elsewhere due to their lack of follow through! Good luck getting someone to respond if you don’t have s $20,000 or more project!

Daniel and his crew above and beyond to make sure our project went as smoothly as possible. Our patio turned out better than we envisioned. Would def recommend these guys for any landscape/hardscape and irrigation needs!

Matt came and gave us a quote for drainage issues and we were very pleased with his professionalism and punctuality. We loved the plans they made and look forward to continuing to work with them. Great folks over at Ideal Landscaping! I highly recommend them.

Got quote from salesman Matt after he visited property indicating needs. I am disabled and only have a lot property. Told him I could pay $100/week or $400/month...he said he would work on quote! Got the quote today... one-time "renovation" fee was over $4000! They sub out work in "maintenance" phase, plus have to pay their folks to remove "debris", which translates to picking up sticks!!!

Back in October I had a gentleman by the name of Chris come put to give me a quote after numerous calls and messages not one person had the decency to call me and give me the quote. They have gone so low to block me on messenger. If I didn't know better I would say Ideal Landscaping is closing.

Ideal landscape did a great job installing my irrigation system. Crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend them for any landscape needs.

They seem to have a lot of trucks on the road and they service some of my neighbors unfortunately when I called to get a quote for them to service two of my properties they said they would give me a”floating call back window “ between 1-4 the next day. They sent me an email to confirm the floating apartment and then never called. I responded to the email saying no one ever called and they simply said someone will call you tomorrow in the same floating timeframe and no one did. So with that being said (or lack there of) I decided that’s probably what doing business with them would be like, a lot of we’ll be there Monday and not showing up. So I wish them the best but I think it’s for the best, I think I dodged a bullet here. There’s plenty of landscaping companies in town

Aldo and his crew, Fidel and Uriel, were fantastic! Not only did they deliver on time, they were professional, respectful and accommodating. Aldo made suggestions throughout the project that prevented us from making mistakes that we never considered. The finished product far exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the results! And kudos to Matt for going out of his way to wrap up the finishing touches. We gladly recommend Ideal for their integrity, customer service and quality work!

We were very pleased with the project that Ideal did for us. Communication throughout the process was great. They have a pre-construction meeting so everyone know exactly what will happen. The install was done very professionally and completed on time. We would highly recommend!

Poor communication. I used Ryan for the irrigation service. Had to keep reaching out to him. Part of the job (wiring) was already completed for them and I was still getting charged full price . some aspects did not look professional, when i reached out to him 3x he never got back with me, even sent pictures. The job was completed in December and disabled for the winter. Now I must pay 150 to have the water turned on.

Daniel & the guys at Ideal did an amazing job on our hardscape. Well organized, friendly employees, great quality work, very thorough & easy going throughout the planning process, & cleaned up all of the mess after they were done as if they were never there. Happy customers with the final product! Can’t wait for the spring so we can enjoy daily!!

While I had a great experience with Ideal at my previous home, the dry creek bed they installed at my current home has never worked. The water drains out of the creek bed and washes away the grass next to the bed. Representatives of the company have come out to my house to look at the problem and added rocks to the channel (see the last photo--they don't match the original rocks they used!), but they seem unwilling to correct the drainage problem by redoing the one section of the bed that leaks. I get it. I made a mistake by paying the bill before checking to see if the creek bed worked. The company's mistake was sending out someone to do the job who tried to finish a one and a half day job in one day. When I suggested that they come back the next day, since they were working in the dark, job foreman actually said that he had plans the next day! All I wanted was to have a channel to take the water away from my house. They created a channel, but never checked to see if worked--sloped downhill. I think this shoddy job is unusual for Ideal. They sent the wrong person to do the job, and I paid for the shoddy work. Don't pay until you see that what they have done works.

I have been working with these guys for about 5 years now. They do great work and are very knowledgeable. In the last year they have been going thru some growing pains and that gets difficult when you don’t have enough employees to get it all done. They have made some mistakes but are always ready and willing to make it right. They are better than most I’ve worked with and I will continue to use their services.

It is so comforting to be able to sit in the serenity of my own yard. It is so beautiful. What a fantastic job Ideal did. I am so satisfied. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I am very happy and cannot wait to entertain and show off the amazing yard I have. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny. Great job guys! I will call when I am ready to put my Koi pond in! This company is awesome. They came out to my property and listened to what I had in mind and provided me with a very detailed estimate for landscaping and the process was pain free to get started and it was such a weight off my back. I didn’t know my property could look as good as it does from where it was. It was overgrown and neglected and they said it would take time but with regular maintenance it has been transformed. They do such a good job and keep everything looking great. I wouldn’t want to go with another company. Easiest process and most professional experience with landscapers I’ve ever had. Thank you
