Stayed at a single site with 3 friends. We drove around a while and found a pretty good site, but our options weren't equal at all. Some sites compared to what I expect from a campground, but many were very small, very close together, and featured a total lack of trees. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and most people showed up on Saturday, I think some of them who arrived after the sun was down had to stay at the undesirable sites. Everything I saw online said the price was $20 a night, but that was outdated, it's $25. The hosts drive around to all the campsites and you just pay them, there's not a do-it-yourself box or anything. We had no problems with the hosts. The campground has clean water, but there isn't a spigot in every campsite. There are a few spigots around camp, but we had to walk pretty far (or just drive) to get to the nearest one. The toilets flush but there are no lights in the bathrooms. You can't drive into the campground after 10pm. There's a directional spike strip that lets you leave, but you'll have to walk back in. The single sites allow 2 cars and 8 people. Each site has a metal fire pit and a picnic table. Some sites have concrete pads.

Beautiful place. Lots of individual camp site with a few large group sites. They have an old lodge available and power for the large group sites. Everything sits just below Causey Reservoir and the South Fork River runs through the middle of the campground.

Really great campsites in the trees or along the river. Fantastic place to experience the fall follage. Make sure to call ahead though, because I think this park is closed after October 1st.

Memorial park is a beautiful place to stay! We booked group site C which is one of the most secluded campsite there. We didn't see anybody else's campsite! Overalls would recommend!

Cute campground with super nice hosts! Water available (yummy well water!), real bathrooms, and plenty of sites for both tents and campers. $20 a night, no extra charge for extra vehicles, and no reservations! Just first pay = first dibs

Nice. Clean. Camp manager was very nice. Guests were a bit rude, they keept huge dogs out of leash, but camp hosts resolved situation. clean restrooms. Place to fish. there is lake near, and it is mainly used for the kayaking and fishing... No signal.... It was great escape from all the digital fuss....

Spent a beautiful Friday afternoon at the Electric Powwow with aThe Happy Hog food truck. Peaceful retreat to higher grounds close home. The drive up there only takes about 40 minutes but with all nature has to offer in gorgeous scenery and fragrant smells the time passes quickly. You can reserve a quiet camping spot and enjoy the cooler mountain air with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy.

Right below causey reservoir! Along the river. Several group sites. Flush toilets. Good camp hosts. Big problem with wasps! They have made several nice improvements to the camp this past year. Toilets still have a hard time flushing. Great camp ground!

We used to come here as a church group each year as a kid. I have fond memories of tubing the small stretch of river between bridges, exploring the woods, and playing Pooh Sticks with friends and family. It was great to be able to share that with my own kids. I hope to do it more. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful.

Not a bad area overall. Lots of space and close to a river

Plenty of shade, lovely river, nice fire pit. The group site we stayed in has a large enclosed lodge with a fireplace.

One of our favorite places to camp. Its just unfortunate that the host doesn't follow the park rules. Sites are supposed to be occupied at night. The host allows folks to drop their trailers during the week, to save spots for the weekend. So trailers/tents occupy a spot all week long even though no one stays in them. Not the definition of First Come. Nor does it align with the park rules.

This was just about the only campground open when we went. My daughter had requested a camping ONLY trip--rather than river running or rock hounding like the rest of the summer was--so it was important to us to find SOMETHING. It's kind of an odd campground to me. Most spaces were very open, with a lot just sections in a field. It felt more like a place for groups or parties. A few spots were more wooded, but so small we couldn't fit our large 10 person tent. We found one that was a bit more protected on 2 sides, and it happened to be right on the river and as close to the restrooms as possible, save 1 closer spot that was taken. With 3 kids only 6 and 7yo, that was important. The kids LOVED the river, and our site was right at a calm pool, so it felt relatively safe. The restrooms had running water and soap. They weren't pretty, but were some of the cleaner campground restrooms I've seen! The hosts were pleasant and helpful. As a whole, the campground to me felt sort of pieced together from leftover parts. Fire pits varied in material and size, some sites had a concrete pad or a gravel pad, others didn't. It wasn't bad, just a bit odd.

$30 per night. ($140 for A,B, or C) wasn't exciting. wasn't nice. fire pit was a cracked concrete tube above ground (not a pit). description should say "first CONE first serve" there were MANY spots to choose from but apparently campers paid to put a cone there so they could show up on the weekend. when the weekend did come it seemed like the "rules" didn't apply- dogs off leash- watched a pit bull take a dump next to my car. campsites clearly had more than a maximum of 8 per site. the rule for quiet hours was ignored. music played loud until 11, then turned down but played on for another half hour to an hour. lots of smokers. might be better off reserving A, B, or C with 5 or more families (price would pretty much be the same per family- or less if you split it between more than five families.- at least in A, B, or C your not right next to smokers and loose dogs (the loud music would carry to those sites though). drinking water was good. toilets were clean (enough) and stocked with soap and TP. could've been better could've been worse.

Camping here was okay but will never come back. Gopher holes everywhere, kids had a hard time running around and playing since they would keep tripping in the holes. Camp hosts were not friendly, and multiple people floating the river said they had the same issue. Camping should be about having fun and spending time with family, not being babysat and hovered by a camphost watching your every move to yell at you when you do one little thing wrong.
