This is a long overdue review of this company. I would not give my hard earned money to the Bradley's. GAIL BRADLEY is an unethical business owner who treats her employees as if they are indentured servants. I use to work here when I got out the military. She would raise her voice at me and expected me to be submissive towards the things I didn't agree with here. DO NOT EAT ANY OF THE FOOD THEY PROVIDE. the family eats off of it on a regular basis and they even re-use some of the food from the previous flight days. In addition Gail would have me wash off moldy fruit to serve to customers. Lucky for anyone who attended the air balloon flights during my employment here, was alleviated of that rule. I threw away any moldy food I found and refused to serve it to customers. You wouldn't know this happened because after every flight, they bring the food back up to their home! On top of this, we didn't get any breaks or lunches. I have posted the sign in and sign out worksheet they would have us sign for our hours. Please view it. Lastly she would only pay her workers $12 an hour but pay her family who worked with us an exorbitant amount of money in difference. Which, I understand you put yourself on the line for the business, but minimum wage for the amount you charge people? And you expect us to work EVERY DAY. Please everyone, support better businesses with better ethics. I wasn't the only veteran that worked there either. She hires people who she thinks are desperate for work. I worked here with the mentality that I was getting experience for the agriculture field, not because I needed the money. I lasted about 1.5 months. I waited to quit after she disclosed to me she would be going on an European trip with her daughter. She neglected to raise my wage before doing this. I was "in training" still. How am I in training still if you feel comfortable enough to leave me to do your job while you go on a trip overseas, Gail? What customers are experiencing with the owner's customer service is an 8th of what she's actually like as an employer. Support better businesses 2023!

WOW! My husband always want to do this and I did not. I never had a desire to do this. I LOVED IT! This was so amazing, beyond anything I imagined. It was like floating on air. It was serene, smooth, beautiful, magnificent. It felt completely safe. I wasn't afraid at all. We had the best pilot ever. Dylan was our pilot. He took extra time explaining everything to us and was incredibly knowledgeable. We were so impressed. Our pilot Dylan was so great that he even flew the balloon to where the bottom of the basket was inches away from the tops of the grape vines. The whole crew was incredible. It was great to see the whole process from unpacking the balloon and hooking it to the basket, filling it with air, and then guiding us to the ground as we all were so mesmerized. We now have a wonderful place to take our out of town guests and our family. We researched other companies, even in Utah and we know we found the best company ever to have this experience. We will remember this for the rest of our lives. I still smile and am so glad I love my husband so much that I did this. Thank you Dylan and thank you California Dreaming for this breathtaking experience. Thank you also Dylan for going out of your way to teach us the history and make us feel important.

What an unforgettable experience! I spent a VERY long time researching options before booking with California Dreamin' and I am so glad I did. This company is everything you should be looking for when making the decision to try this once in a lifetime experience. They are 100% safety-oriented while being personable, reassuring and even more importantly, they know how to share their passion with you and you can feel their love for ballooning (and top notch customer service) in everything they do. There is a huge team involved in getting every balloon off the ground and then landing them again safely and each and every person you come in contact with is friendly, welcoming and passionate. I can't say enough good things about Dillon, our pilot. He was wonderful - from chauffeur to pilot to bartender and storyteller, he knows his stuff and has a way about him that would make even the most nervous participant feel safe and comfortable. Thank you for all of your kindness and all of the interesting information you shared throughout the trip. The views are stunning, the feeling of peacefulness is overwhelming and the overall experience is one you will never forget. If you are still hesitating, don't! California Dreamin' may not be the least expensive choice but they are absolutely worth every penny spent. Thank you for the unforgettable, magical memories!

If you ever were curious or ever wanted to do a hot air balloon ride, you MUST try it! I'm terrified of heights and I was not scared at all. I believe we had Dylan as our pilot, and he explained everything every step of the way. He was knowledgable, passionate, and as a bonus, he trained most of the other pilots in other hot air balloons around us. I felt very safe, got amazing photos (that all the staff also helped us take) and had a great time! This adventure was totally worth it!

Extremely organized, super friendly crew and pilots, extremely knowledgeable. Our pilot (who also flies for other companies and has flown all over the world) says that this company treats their equipment the best and therefore it is SUPER safe and they have the most fun! I believe it is also a father son run company which just makes it that much more wholesome! Highly recommend and would absolutely return for a 2nd time! Very impressed!

Guys were great! Amazing experience for us..except the two people that were scheduled to go with us showed up 35-45 minutes late and we missed the sunrise. Personally I would have left them…it was frustrating for us to wait especially since we got up at 2:30am to get ready and make it to the meeting point ON TIME! We chose this company for the Sunrise trip… not the we’ll get there when we can! Overall it was amazing!

The staff was soo nice and friendly. They answered everyone's questions. The balloon operator was so nice and gave us a great tour of the land. We also got mimosas after our flight.

Taking a hot air balloon ride has always been on my bucket list, whether it be in CA or CO I knew I wanted to do it. This place did NOT disappoint. A group of 6 of us took a friend as a surprise birthday gift. I highly recommend calling and booking with Jen (she’s the kindest person) instead of using third party sites. The trip - coming from LA we drove the 1.5hr to a journey that will be remembered for a lifetime. Our captain (and I apologize I do not remember his name, but he’s been in competitions) was amazing. He was so informative regarding the landscape, history, and mechanisms of a balloon. The flight lasted for what seemed like eternity but realistically over an hour as I soaked in the sunrise views. No words can describe how magical the experience was. The take off and landing were incredibly smooth and nothing that I could have imagined. Regarding the birthday; a happy birthday sign was on the basket and even a bottle of wine as a gift to end the flight. After the trip we discovered the reason behind balloons and had a champagne toast. TL:DR - get your friends and go on a hot air balloon! 🎈

Such an amazing adventure. The pilots and crews extensive knowledge about the aircraft, climate and topography made me feel more comfortable being a first time flyer. I was really worried about the ascension and landing but both were so smooth and easy. It was so beautiful and very memorable. 10/10 definitely recommend.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an amazing experience on our first hot air balloon adventure and a perfect landing at the end. David is a pilot whom you can trust! If I return to Temecula and take another balloon flight, I will choose California Dreamin' again!

We were the first out of all the balloons to be up in the air. Other balloon companies seemed to be piled up on one another while California Dreamin was by itself secluded from the rest. Saw the sunrise and crossed a bucket list item off for my mom. She was terrified at first, but the crew and pilot instantly put her fears at rest with their calm demeanor’s and clear knowledge of the process. Epic experience, highly recommended.

This experience could not have been any better. David was our pilot and was literally the coolest person I've ever met. So experienced in both the work and the world. The view from the skies combined with David's knowledge made it truly unforgettable.

This experience was amazing. The weather didn’t cooperate for a sunrise flight over the vineyards, so our pilot David (who is the most interesting man in the world) took us on a 30 minute trek above the clouds and weather to the desert where the conditions were much more favorable and safe. He takes flying very seriously, did multiple wind and weather checks and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. His crew was great as well. If you get a chance to fly in Temecula I would definitely choose this company. David was so friendly and even treated our whole group to coffee after our flight.

My husband planned this trip for my birthday and it was the best experience ever. The team effort was amazing, the way they communicated through out the whole ride was great. Watching the sunrise was the best out of the whole experience.

We had a great experience this morning. From start to finish, we were made to feel comfortable and at ease. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. Our pilot, Dylan, was fantastic. I’m personally terrified of heights, but ultimately had a really positive experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering doing a balloon ride in this area.
