A must stop in my family for 40 years. Best ice cream and chocolate milk I’ve ever had. Kids love petting the cows.

Actually closes at 9:00 PM in the summer. Absolutely fabulous ice cream. Many flavors to pick from; maybe too many (see photo of list). This is really a dairy farm selling their own dairy. Great variety of milk variations including organic. It 's exactly what you want this kind of place to be.

Great family run dairy farm with an ice-cream stand and a local specialty store. I am selling their ice cream at my store (Brando’s pizza Lowell) and customer loves it. Good products highly recommended.

Farm fresh milk in glass bottles !!! Need I say more ? Ok you want more, how about farm fresh milk turned into ice cream .... There is an ice cream stand and packaged containers in the farm store. Farm store also has vegetables, muffins, breads, candies, steak tips, chicken, and so much more. Yes it costs slightly more than pre packaged supermarket stuff but it's soooooo much better it's worth the extra.

My first experience here. I'm from Boston. Customer service by one person was phenomenal. Ice cream prices more than reasonable. I can see why my kids love this place. Coming here every weekend !!!

Their farm fresh milk is enough you get you to come but add on their fresh meat and ice cream and you'll be hooked. Not many places like this exist and it's a shame. Come drink some real milk and you won't want the supermarket trash. Their chocolate, strawberry and banana milk are so rich it's almost like drinking a milkshake. Friendly staff is always willing to help.

I’ve gotten a frappe a few times the last year and honestly, it’s been a disappointment every time. The most recent trip there were slimy chunks in the frappe and I had to throw it away. Overpriced for the most mediocre ice cream and honestly there are so many better places in the area

Great family run dairy farm with an ice-cream stand and a local specialty store with local New England products. They have fresh poultry and fresh packaged meats. Fresh baked goods. Friendly staff, very courteous and welcoming.

First Time in this Location. Loved everything about Shaws! Great Customer Service by the cashier. So Many Varieties of Milk, fruits, and vegetables. They even had snacks and cookies options for your Dogs. Will definitely come back again. :-)

Cute little place. They had a nice selection of product. I went there fir the cider donuts. They are different than typical donuts. They are much denser and cake like. The sugar coating was good. The flavor was good. I was just a little thrown off by the texture. They also have really good chocolate milk. The place was very clean. The staff was really friendly.

Great place to come get fresh local products. Not only do they have the Best milk around but the Muffins are great for a quick bite and the ice cream is a nice treat on a warm summer day.

My first time going and it was an awesome, warm, and cozy place. The staff was super friendly. There are three tables inside to sit. Two of my friends and I shared a banana split that was very delicious and like 8.50 Also heads up on their amazing strawberry flavored ice cream it is not pink.

The chocolate milk is like drinking really good hot chocolate, but cold. The whole milk is remarkably more substantial than supermarket whole milk. We saw a big difference using it to cook with. Much smoother results. Hmmm, time for some cream of tomato soup made with Shaw Farm whole milk!

Use to really love this place has been quite some time since I have been here wanted to bring my son here for his first time and was really bummed by how gross the ice cream counters were as well as the windows. It looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. And the girl at the window seemed annoyed.

Best fresh (real) milk. Ice cream and eggnog are rich and probably the best I've had. Small grocery store with a seasonal ice-cream stall. Worth the trip if you're around Lowell.

Cute little farm that has a lot of local things to offer. Employees are so nice and helpful. They also have daily haul come every Saturday for your seafood fix. And ice cream all year round! Will definitely be back.

Fantastic family owned farm! We love coming here for milk, ice cream and so much more! Everything is fresh, clean and easy to find! Love the recycle glass bottled milk program! Highly recommend!

Visited Shaw's for the first time last night. Love this place! Wish I got the womans name at the register, she was so friendly & kind. Bought oatmeal raisin cookies, best cookies ever! & a Blueberry pie, delicious! I'll be back for sure! Such an amazing selection of specialty goods.

Unfortunately this place doesn't accept credit cards transaction at their ice cream stand which was surprising considering the size of the business. However, it is a nice and clean place. Service was great.

Yes, the ice cream is fantastic, but the chocolate milk… guys, this chocolate milk. It’s on another level of heavenly. Love that you reimburse for bringing the bottles back for reuse!

Staff are so friendly and you can’t find better milk than here! The banana milk and chocolate milk are my favorite, but the strawberry and regular milk are good too. Really tasty and creamy!

Brought my father here for ice cream at the suggestion of the director of his assisted living facility, and we had a nice time sitting at one of the outside tables enjoying our sweet treat, looking across the way to Shaw’s cow barn. The farm store was nice as well, carrying their own as well as others’ area-produced farm products.

I love visiting & buying from the local farmers...and this is a place I used to visit monthly (when my kids were growing up) - we loved buying the milk (flavored & regular) in glass bottles & the ice cream. Stopped by the other day with my daughter...the place is even better than it was back in the 90's & early 2000's. If you are in the Dracut area, you should swing by...it is just around the corner from the High School.

Giving a 5 because it’s still a fantastic local business that deserves recognition. The milk, chocolate milk in particular, and farm store are top notch. After moving to the area from somewhere with more farms/dairies closer to the city it’s exactly what I need to scratch that itch. The only thing that I personally, and it may be totally a preference thing, I was a little underwhelmed with was the ice cream. It’s still fresh and delicious and uses the best kind of chocolate chips (big dark chunks) but the mouth feel was just a little to airy and not rich and smooth enough. Flavor was still excellent, though. Definitely will be my go-to for milk when I can find it around.
