Kingston East was just right for our family! Plenty of room, comfortable beds and a big tv and sectional in the living room. Sephlin, our host, was very friendly and made sure we had everything we would need. The kitchen had fresh eggs and water bottles in the fridge and a variety of quick and easy breakfast items:)

The place is gorgeous! .. But the service is terrible. Owners are scammers by not reimbursing security deposit, paying fee for “maid service” even though they made us clean everything and take out their trash. Husband blocked doorway waiting while wife scammed us. Felt unsafe. Forces customers to write 5 star review, don’t be fooled.

EXCEPTIONAL! Sephlin and her team took great care of me. It was a LEVEL 3 TRULY SHOW UP experience. I'll definitely stay there again! Clean, comfortable, caring, quiet. Walking distance to BYU-Idaho. Close to Yellowstone National Park. I highly recommend this place.

What a fabulously, wonderful find! I was able to stay at Kingston East on a recent trip to Rexburg. This home was very clean, relaxing, and quiet. The perfect place for me to focus on my upcoming TEDxRexburg Talk. It’s also walking distance to BYU-Idaho which was very convenient as I had several speaking engagements on campus. A trip to Yellowstone National Park is on our family’s bucket list. I will certainly consider this place for that stay! Highly recommend this place!! And I can’t forget the super host, Mrs. Sephlin. From beginning to end, she was absolutely amazing to work with. Thanks for a stress free trip!

We loved our stay in this darling apartment. Sephlin thought of every detail from the darling decor, soft bedding, ample extra towels, to dishes, pots and pans, and teapot. She even went the extra mile and stocked the kitchen with eggs, oatmeal, teas, pancake mix and syrup for breakfasts. She is a kind and cheerful hostess who is responsive to requests and needs. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our family and it was wonderful stay. Great area and close to the grocery store. We drove to Yellowstone everyday so it was pretty far but it was nice to look forward to a comfy, enjoyable stay. There was also all necessary essentials in the kitchen including breakfast that she was so kind to include. She was awesome!

Very comfortable stay! The host, Sephlin was very kind and welcoming to our family. She made sure we had all that we needed, gave us helpful traveling advice, and was always just a text/call away. The apartment was very clean and we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and extra materials (extra towels, air beds, toiletries, etc.) We definitely recommend for families!

The rates were awesome when booking on Kingston East's actual site! The apartment was clean, beds were so comfy and the kitchen was stocked with lots of goodies! We reserved the apartment for 3 nights for Father's Day weekend up in St. Anthony's! We were able to have our little dogs with us and we enjoyed our stay! Sephlin was our host and she was really sweet and accommodating! I would recommended this stay to anyone from couple to family's! They're is plenty of room for all! ☺️🩷🩶

This is a very tastefully decorated apartment. The amenities are what you would expect in a vacation rental. Very clean and comfortable! Great hostess! I enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and in a good location close to BYU. A lot of extras most places don't include. We would stay here again and recommend it highly.
