Very small size meal for a larger price. The food was good but feels more like an appetizer. We still paid just as much as going to a restaurant though. The mushroom pie is not a pie and is about the same size as a creme brulee. We have to pay ahead of time, before we know what we're getting. Sad that I gave 20% tip. I wish I could turn back time! Came in hungry and leaving still hungry...and broke.

Holy. Cow. This was such a hidden (out in the open) gem for us to stumble upon. It's got a very magical, celtic, Irish vibe but just love the dimmed areas and woodsy look. The whiskey menu is no joke and they make some fantastic mules! We only had the late hours menu but we both got brats and kraut and it was delicious. The back patio is by the Riverwalk if you Want to sit outside. Parking was easy at night. Service was great. The bartender was so friendly and also very knowledgeable about his drinks. It wasn't very busy either. They had a small stage for bands or comedy perhaps. I could see myself dining here frequently if I lived in town. Just a very good vibe. Oh, in the wall were some secret notes with cute "fortunes" that someone left for others to find.

Food was great and the service, though unusual was quick and courteous. The decor was amazing. I would have enjoyed the band if they had been an accompaniment to dinner not trying to put on a concert. Accustic doesn't need to be amplified in such a small space.

Oberon’s was the first place we visited in Ashland and it did not disappoint. The garlicky shepherds pie was unconventional and was made with beef, but it was good. The polish dog was one of the best.

This place is the best! Brandy and Taran are awesome, and the live music was cool. Definitely deserving of the title “Ashland’s Ashlandiest Spot” and I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else.

This place is so fun! Classic British dishes, fabulous local drinks, cozy booths, even a rocking chair. Definitely check this place out.

Cozy tiny and cool spot. We went there right before their last call for just one drink. Cool decor, many letters stick inside the brick wall. Some of them are nice, some are just drunk... Servers are nice and friendly. We got beer and a cup of spiked chai. We love to come back again for their food.

Superb. Fresh big soft pretzel. Plate of lovely sausages - with 2 kinds of mustard, like the pretzel. Hubby enjoyed a peanut butter stout; mine was actual fresh-squeezed lemonade - divine! But for me, the awesomeness of their mushroom Sheperd's pie cannot properly be described. Just heaven. We think this place deserves to be on our favorites list, for sure.

Ambiance was gorgeous and the food was wholesome, filling, well priced, and delicious. Bar selection was luxurious and service was friendly! If you're walking Ashland it is definitely worth stopping in.

I had my first night at Oberon's in Ashland and it did not disappoint. We went in December on a Monday night for the open mic. Surprisingly, there was a decent sized crowd. The food and service were excellent. Above all, Ashland has some amazingly talented local musicians. If you're a musician who wants to come down and play a couple of tunes, this is the place for you. It's an intimate stage with lots of character. Check it out!

Great food, really cool, sweet people who work here. Vibes are great all around. Thanks to the nice bartender who took pics for us (and one of his own lol) :)

Really great old world atmosphere and fantastic drinks. Live music regularly so this place is a must. My one complaint is there are almost no vegan/vegetarian items on the menu, otherwise a gem of a place.

This is an amazing place for a drink; some wonderful live music and warm welcoming, kindred souls. I didn’t eat here but the menu looked very nice and they would welcome my dog to the patio. They also serve the best old fashioned on the planet….in the universe.

Had the Shepherds pie, which was scaldingly hot, but tasty once it cooled down. Also had the beer brat sausage, which was absolutely perfect. The bun held together, sauerkraut was dry enough it didn’t soak the bun, mustard tasty too. Had a couple stouts, very delicious and a high abv. Wanted to switch to an ipa or a cider but they were out until Tuesday. Whiskey selection was incredible. Great place for the connoisseur.

We really enjoyed our experience here! The service was friendly and fast, and the food was delicious! I ordered tea, which used fresh herbs and included a shot of honey, slightly watered down for easy pouring. We ordered the tomato basil bisque to share, which may be the best I've ever had. My wife got the beef stew and said it was excellent. I ordered the Shepherd's pie which was also amazing. When in Ashland, go here!

My favorite bar in the state, for years. The lavender lemon drop, and the strawberry mule are both amazing. The back patio is incredible, and it's an awesome venue to catch a set. The staff are super good vibes, and so are the patrons. Only good times are found inside. 😘

Charming and inviting. This place was really nice. I ordered the chicken sandwich and my friend ordered the french dip. They were both wonderful! The ingredients were top notch, fresh and the bread was very soft. The dressing was great and the portions were just right. The waiter was super friendly and had a great recommendation for which beer to try. I enjoyed the atmosphere and fun jazzy, Cajun style music they were playing. I would definitely come here again!

A very unique restaurant with excellent service and food. Smoked turkey leg worth the wait. Peas were amazing (not something I ever thought I'd say).

Awesome and unique atmosphere in Ashland. Very warm and inviting right when you walk in. Live music is great and adds to the ambiance. The food is warm and delicious and their whiskey selection will impress even the toughest critic. This is a gem in Ashland!

Absolutely loved the decor. Such a beautifully crafted restaurant & bar. Try the tobacco tea!! Great mule menu (went with a dark & stormy but they have so many others). The Shepard's Pie was ok but the sausage platter was good. Would come back for drinks & a light snack. Whoever designed this place is genius.

Oberon's is a beautiful restaurant right in the downtown plaza of Ashland. It has been called "the most Ashland-est place in Ashland". The name Oberon from Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream, and this place has the looks and vibe to match. The staff dresses up, the food and cocktails are themed (and delicious!), even the bathrooms are cute! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was for pricing. Everything is tasty, but not (in my) budget friendly. I still definitely reccomend stopping by this place. Grab some mead and enjoy the ambiance!

We always enjoy our food & drinks here! Had a Gold Rush bourbon cocktail & my mate had a featured Oregon beer from the tap. Thanks for the great service!!
