Well, this is very nice indeed. A beach with extremely fine sand surrounds the excellent pool. A pool with great wave machine which goes off with a lot of noise & clapping from lifeguards. The water rides are fun too but I didn't do the big side from volcano's top for 125 meters. Had a great wee Burger & juice at lunch. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone with access to volcano bay to take time out & check it out.

Located in Volcano Bay Water Park. This is the main swimming pool. It’s right under the impressive volcano. Wave machine is the best I’ve seen. Runs every 10 minutes. The waves are quite powerful as they break in the shallow end, keep an eye of the little ones. Plenty of life guards.

It’s a beautiful wave pool that’s huge and sits right underneath the big volcano. It’s almost like it’s the center point of the whole park. Waves are big and fun to swim in. Overall a great addition to the center of Volcano Bay.

Well, ain’t this a very relaxing and exciting place at this great water park? What’s not to like? You have an enormous swimming pool, which has a machine that generates massive waves, whenever the lifeguards do a tribal dance, as there is a bell tolling, as well as tribal chanting, which happens every 10-15 minutes. It’s super important, not to swallow the water, as the warning signs tell you because the water is constantly re-filtered. This is the best place in the entre water park, where you can chill and enjoy the view of the enormous model Krakatoa Volcano, which towers hundreds of meters over the pool, making it a very Instagram-worthy place. It’s also the best place to wait for your reserved ride, if it takes over an hour for your spot to be ready for you! This place makes you feel like you are in a tropical island paradise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, despite being over 100 miles from a real (natural) beach, either along the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. There are hundreds of seats, where you can chill, and raise an orange flag, indicating the employees at the water park that you need food or drink, so that you can enjoy the relaxing and free atmosphere to your heart’s content! There is so much sand here, which makes it feel like a real beach! There are even gigantic waterfalls coming from the top of the Krakatoa volcano, which is super soothing noise to those relaxing in the pool and on the sand! AWESOME SAUCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son and granddaughter went to this park. My son has an artificial arm and was not allowed to go on any of the tube rides because his arm might puncture the tube!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! There isn't any sharp parts on his arm. I could see if it was a danger but it's not!!!! Very disappointed.

Great place at this time of year as there is plenty of sunbed availability. We upgraded to premium sunbeds, a little pricey but it was good to have a secure base to leave your stuff and handy to be able to order food and drink to be delivered to you. The staff were all cheerful and helpful. The rides are great, especially the aqua coaster but get there early as the queues build quickly.

A good spot to relax. There are several wide umbrellas for shade and a great view of the Volcano attraction. Every few minutes the waves start with a loud fanfare. It's neat, but might interrupt would be nappers.

Rides very fun lines really long but if it rains stay until it stops so that the lines are much shorter since most people will leave. They also have a watch thing where you can put onto specific tikis that can save your place in line and you can just go to the ride when it tells you to. There are also intractable objects you activate with them so you can shoot cold water while someone's on the lazy river and many other things. Great place overall

Great park. Pretty decent food. Wait times can be uncool.

Great wave pool and beach area! My only complaint is that I wish there was more shade, as every chair under an umbrella is in high demand.
