    I was racially profiled at this location. The bank’s supervisor Kerry who would not tell me her last name but I found out it’s long. Kerry long refused to deposit my check, not cash just deposit my check because it was to high she said. So because of the amount and the fact that it read, my name and the father of, with my sons name after she said she will not take it because her treasurer “might” send it back. I told her to do her job and deposit the check and let the treasurer send it back if they feel as though they need to. So she voided my check and told me to have my lawyer issue me another one with ONLY my name on it

    The TD Bank corporation is a major funder of fossil-fuel projects that increase the risks of Climate Change/Climate Chaos. The projects include pipelines to transport fossil-fuels, e.g., "Line 3" through which tar sands-derived petroleum will flow. In Minnesota, the construction of Line 3 is opposed by Native Americans who want to protect their land and water. Please do not use TD Bank until they stop funding fossil-fuel projects.     4 tellers at the counter, 1 customer service rep, 30 minutes with one client ( a lot of unnecessary conversation) = 45 minutes wait. Perhaps another customer service rep would have been helpful if the conversation could not have been limited. (Hello Branch Manager)

    Well, now I get why their rating is so low - I really should have checked before I walked in. Very long story short....I exceeded all of their criteria for a personal loan to get my roof and siding done. I also already had a line of credit from TD for 42K. All I was looking for was an increase from 42 to 58 and a slightly better interest rate. I brought two years of taxes and two current pay stubs. I was told I'd need, in essence, approximately 14 additional past tax forms....more than I needed to buy my house.....for 16k?? They said there was no way around it. So I politely said no thank you, asked them to withdraw my application and went to another bank. Guess what? They didn't withdraw the application. And I was approved for 78K with NO FURTHER paperwork 2 weeks AFTER I told them to withdraw. These people are incredibly disorganized, which is a precursor to being unprofessional. Please bank somewhere else. I am so embarrassed to have wasted my time there.

    Awesome place and great tellers sometimes line is slow but Erick and Gianna and Bella are amazing people and useful to be helped by and their security guard Michael Is So Kind And welcomes me and everyone with respect definitely a place to go to make a account or cash a check

    The teller misunderstood how much I wanted withdrawn from my account. She gave me the wrong amount and then got mad at ME for asking for the correct amount. I told her "You don't need to be rude to me", to which she responded "You are the one being rude". I will not be returning to this location in the future.

    Very rude and unprofessional. Kept raising their voice because of the amount of money I wanted to put into the bank account. They also kept questioning me after I answered their questions that are required. Will never return to this bank.

    Why are the 2 ATM machines always broken?! I don’t want to park my car and get in line inside the bank. So inconvenient. The branch is close to me, which is one of the reasons I chose TD bank. Fix the ATMs please!!!!!

    Typically this branch is convenient + fast, but a few years later this has changed. Teller lines have become longer. Went to a Branch Manager after being hacked to have charges withdrawn, and after visiting another location they advised me that he was to print me another card. This did not happen. (mind you this is over the weekend and If I was to have an emergency I would not have had access to any of my funds). Not sure, never had probs here, maybe he was new?

    I worked at 3 different banks and none of them were ever as slow and useless as TD. That's what you get from the big banks, no attention just fees

    Very unprofessional the Manager in this branch! Always very long lines. You get ignored by the staff and manager they make you wait and then says to you: “ I have appointments” after they make sure that they appointment arrive.Why they live people wait when they have appointments?Very disrespectful and inconsiderate!

    The have no atm in the inside if your on foot you have to make the line with the cars, and in addition tot hat the atms are always down smh
