What an awesome experience. Course is in immaculate shape. Will test even the best golfers skills. Greens in great shape, fairways in great shape. Everyone in the clubhouse was nice and friendly and the food at the clubhouse was great as well. Will definitely be making the trip from Des Moines again in the future! Highly recommend!!

My friends and I took our annual golf road trip and decided to play here opening weekend 2022. It was cold (33 degrees) and it was crazy windy (20-35mph), but it was one of the most enjoyable rounds of golf I've ever played. We got there early to take in the experience, and am I very glad we did. As we walked in we were greeted by the course superintendent, who gave us a quick rundown of the course and the recent upgrades they have made. Every single person we talked to, from the pro shop, to the lounge, to the starter was pleasant and seemed genuinely glad to have us there. The course was obviously not in peak condition as it was early season. Carts were paths only, which at times was a hinderance by getting all the way across the hole, realizing I had the wrong club. The greens were slower than anticipated, but again this is 100% due to early season conditions. The layout of the course is very enjoyable and has some amazingly scenic views of the Rock River. My friends and I have already started planning the 1100 mile round trip back for later in the season. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience.

Great golf course, great layout, fairways were quick and rolled out and even with some decent rain.... Greens said 10.5 on the board but rolled slower than that but they were in great shape and ran very true... Bunkers in great shape and very well placed throughout the course

The course and staff were excellent. However I've never been to a course that was so buggy! My golf buddies and I drove here to play from Ohio. We had gants and bugs in our face on literally every hole. As a group of four we had a total of 6 gnats in the eye and countless in the nose, mouth, and ears. There was no bug spray available for purchase or use anywhere on the course. As much as I was looking forward to playing this course I was really disappointed we didn't get to enjoy it due to the environment. If you're going to play here bring a bug net and plenty of bug spray!!!!

The best bang for the buck course out there. Not many places I can think of where you get to play a PGA Tournament course for a great price. Love it and play it as much as I can when I'm in town. It's a tough course especially close to tournament time. If you are in the rough, forget about hitting the green wedge out, and take your lumps or this course will eat you alive!

Attended day 3 of the John Deere Classic as guests of family. First time attending a professional golf event. We had lots of fun with good food and drinks. Darius Rucker concert was an added bonus.

Absolutely perfect condition and great golf atmosphere made this the best John Deere golf tournament! I hope all the people who attended realize how nice the weather was and how great the course was. People are very friendly & helpful, plus the exciting golf you get to see and it's up close to the stars of today & tomorrow. Another great show put in by the crew at TPX Deere Run.

We played this last year and it was in pretty rough shape, only one nine. Playing the Sunday after the PGA Tour event was a blast, the course was in solid shape, and while the price is a bit much, it's probably low for a TPC venue. Recommended.

top notch golf course. beautiful views of rock river, rolling hills, immaculate fairways and greens. played in October when leaves were changing and it was so nice. was fun to play and see where the pros tee off on this difficult course.

Just an incredible facility; course was in great shape even after the tournament. The staff are class acts and ended up playing 2 times in 2 days because we loved it so much.

Very disappointed. Not my first time playing this his course. Paid $150 to basically walk the course since it was cart path only. The first 3 holes took an hour. Pace was extremely slow. The course had rain the night before, but dried by noon so there’s no reason why we couldn’t use the 90 degree rule at the very least. You were forced to bring multiple clubs from your cart on every hole. 5-1/2 hour round-Ridiculous! No discount offered, no GPS and divots everywhere. They don’t bring your cart near the first hole anymore. To add insult, the parking is 75 yards from the bag drop. We paid for a round of drinks on the course for our other foursome and they never got them. Staff spent less than a minute cleaning my clubs and then gave me $15 back from a $20 I asked to break and decided he deserved $5 for spending a minute cleaning clubs. Really? Unfortunately, it was not the TPC experience I was expecting for such a beautiful course. Will not return.

This course is so incredibly beautiful and definitely a challenge. We set a tee time for 1 o'clock(that's when twilight prices start) on a Tuesday. We got there early to take advantage of the practice facility they have available before your round. I have even more respect for the pros after paying here. They make it look way easier than it is. 😆 We had an absolutely great day and loved it. A huge thank you to the entire staff here. They were all very welcoming and helpful.

Experienced a very enjoyable Easter brunch here; dined al fresco out on the veranda. Excellent service and food. Would do it again next year.

Former QC resident visiting from Seattle. Played for the first time, and it was the best course I’ve ever played. Grass was like soft velvet carpet, super green, wildlife everywhere, the river, everything. 10/10 Cart boys were 15/10

Super place to eat and enjoy surroundings. Very nice people work there. Our group was the last ones to leave TPC on December 21st and TPC Was closed the next day. They gave us the beautiful poinsettias.

The course is beautiful. The views on the tee boxes and approach shots are something special. The clubhouse is great, food is very good and the service is outstanding. Definitely a place everyone should visit. Just played again on 10/02/2022. Just an outstanding layout and the staff are top notch.

Played 10/14/22. Course was in great shape! You can tell you are at a pga course. Perfect tee box & fairway grass. Rough is thick & lush…and greens roll perfect. All staff very friendly as well, special shout-out to the starter Mike who was great & friendly & the perfect way to start our day. Highly recommend Deere Run!

Outstanding course and very friendly and informative staff. Starter had some great information for us about the course book which hadn't been updated with the latest changes to the course. The course is very playable if you choose the right tee boxes to play from. Would give 5 stars if the carts had GPS. Only thing that was missing for a premium course.

What a great golf course. The picture is the 18th hole. It's not too tight either for a TPC course. Friendly people also, that adds to it being a nice course to play.
