Normally pleased with performance however, recently disappointed by not being able to get sale dates that assist with my planning.

Always friendly staff from being greeted at the door to help from floor employees. Stock is always adequate.

Clean store and the works are attentive. When it comes to prices they are higher than most. Only thing I get is blasting material. Last place I go for anything else.

Very helpful staff every time you go in there or call in they've answered all my questions and help me find everything I need and then some.

Brian and Carter did such an excellent job with customer service. Guys far exceeded what I was expecting. It was nice and refreshing to have people who took time out of their day to assist me. I definitely can say that I will continue to shop at Northern Tool here in Waite Park because of their customer service.

Bought a plate compactor from them. Used it 4 times and the carburetor went bad. I ordered one in October of 2020. To this day I'm still waiting for one. I was promised a new one no later than April 15th 2021. Their service center is horrible and lied to my face. Their stuff is absolute garbage. If I could give zero stars I definitely would!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to the management of Northern Tool for the great service they rendered to us by picking up our snow blower . I didn't have a means to getting it there. SHIPPING NIGHTMARE!! Ordered mower on 5/25/22 to be sent to our local store. Estimated date of arrival was 6/10. Then we were told another week now its 6/20 NO MOWER & NO definite arrival date can be given. Then we're told this is the SLOWEST method of shipping to choose however there is NO WARNING OF THIS AT CHECKOUT ON WEBSITE. We only choise this shipping thinking it'd be faster (or at least by the date they'd estimated) & safer than delivery to home with all the thieves out there. AND WE'VE ALREADY PAID FOR IT BUT HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR LAWN CUTTING 3X'S DUE TO IT BEING LATE you can bet we're not going to get a discount for our expenses due to their incompetent shipping! NEVER AGAIN EVER!!!

Buy my household batteries there. Like there brand better than name brand batteries. Friend employees in store.

Nice store with friendly workers. They share the parking lot in front of the store with the grocery store - it gets crowded during busy times. And is terrible if you're pulling a trailer. There is a lot on the East side of the store that is better.

Very secure facility at a reasonable price. Just need to do a better job of cleaning snow and ice during the winter

I always enjoy Northern Tool . some time I'm going to ask management if I can take my sleeping bag and spend the night . I take selfies and text them to my friends! Their jealousy would take over and they would come by slobber all over the store windows trying to get me to let them in. My friend owned a tire store for 40 yes and his wife wouldn't let him retire, saying he couldn't because he had a few " Good Years " left !!!

They have what you need to stay creative as a diy the only reason for 4 stars is they dont have a location very close to me.

Didn't have what I wanted to look at. I wanted to see the hose reel that they had on sale, but I found out that they don't carry that model in store. After reading negative and positive reviews on many hose cart reels I just wanted to see it for myself before purchasing. It's not something I want to order, put together and then find out I don't like it. I would rather see it in person before I make the decision to purchase something that costs that much.

Nice clean store with helpful staff. Tony was a huge help for me. I just had surgery and he even carried my stuff right to my truck. A big thanks to Tony !

Have been here in the past but not recently great place to buy tools, however I must have just driven by close for this to show up as a place I recently visited!

A store that most men can get lost in for a couple hours :) I Love this place
