I
wish
my
experience
had
been
better….
I
booked
the
big
top
combo,
for
two
days,
well
in
advance
for
my
sons
birthday
party
and
4th
of
July.
The
customer
communication
was
awful.
The
company
never
called
me
before
the
day
of
the
event
as
stated
when
booking.
The
day
of
the
event
I
had
to
call
several
times
and
text
hours
in
advance
to
try
to
get
someone
on
the
phone
to
confirm
they
were
going
to
deliver
as
scheduled.
It
was
then
delivered
AFTER
the
scheduled
drop
off
time
because
the
driver
came
to
my
home
did
not
exit
the
truck
and
then
drove
off…
I
then
again
had
to
call
multiple
times
and
text
to
get
them
to
come
back.
Now
after
that
entire
fiasco
the
bounce
house
and
water
slide
worked
good
and
was
clean
and
we
did
not
have
any
issues
with
it.
Now
comes
the
day
of
pick
up.
I
did
not
receive
any
kind
of
communication
as
to
when
they
would
show
up
at
my
home.
From
there
they
opened
up
my
privacy
fence
and
went
into
the
back
to
get
the
equipment
and
did
NOT
close
the
gate
behind
them.
I
have
two
dogs
and
items
back
there
that
would
be
easy
for
someone
to
take.
All
and
all
I
will
not
be
using
this
company
again.
