We had a great time! We were able to complete the waiver online, then showed up a few minutes before our scheduled time. The staff was friendly and polite. The game was fun as well. We were able to escape with 6 minutes left, and did the Gold Rush. We want to go back to try the other rooms (I think there's 4 in total). I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an escape room to do with friends and family.

Awesome escape games! We’ve done prison break & the heist and both were an amazing experience!! Sydney was super sweet, made a great intro & let us take pictures at the end 😁

Such a fantastic place with amazing puzzles to solve. Very friendly staff and super well organized. We went on a Saturday night, you go into the room by groups of 8 people (if you are a party of 3 or 4, you'll be paired up with other parties) and for the price you pay ($37/person) you don't get to do a lot (per person). With simple math, they do about $300 for the hour you have in the room. As fun and challenging as an escape room can be, it's not worth that price. Unless their prices are adjusted down or the number of people per room is reduced, I won't go again to try another room.

We did the playground room for my daughter and her 2 friends, they had a blast! Even though we did not escape. Our little hint giver, bless his heart, tried his hardest to help us, but we just couldn't get it done! It was our first escape room and was a great experience. Very clean, very fun! I'll attach a pic of our guide because he was wonderful and very much appreciated! Glad we weren't limited to 3 hints, bc I'm pretty sure we used 300! 😂 would return here again! I do assume masks are a requirement for your staff, which I wish wasn't the case or at least only upon request by the group. Maybe he wanted to wear a mask? I dunno. Any way! Fun time!

My friends and I did the playground room and it was so much fun! The place was incredibly clean and the puzzles in the room were very unique. Our game master Emmy was funny, helpful, and tolerated us even though we were very overbearing. The room itself was very well built and definitely made me feel like a fourth grader (in a good way). I would recommend doing the room with more than four people, that way you can get more done quicker.

had so much fun doing the prison break escape room! loved our guide and it was a pleasant and exciting experience. the rooms were nicely built and decorated and it truly felt like we were stuck in a prison. would definitely visit again for another escape room! maybe we can escape that one XD

My wife and I actually did two back to back escape sessions and we escaped both!! I would definitely choose the location at Grapevine Mills Mall for an Escape Game over any location!

My niece and I did the prison break game. We didn't realize it was the hardest one but it was pretty amazing! We worked with two other people to escape and communication was definitely key! It was so much fun! If we had 5 more minutes, we would have won. It kept us on our toes and will definitely be back! Love, love, loved it!

Just did a prison break game for my husbands birthday and it was awesome! Got to play with another couple and to be honest I am happy it was 4 of us instead of 2 :) Alexa was absolutely amazing, so helpful and so friendly - just made our evening even better. We will definitely be back for more games!

Me and my friend decided to try it when passing in the mall and we’ve never done an escape room before! The staff was amazing so and fun while we were booking! We did gold rush first guided by Alex with the green hair, and escaped with 9 minutes left!!! She was an amazing guide and so much fun to work with, we had her again the same day when we booked prison break and escaped with 10 minutes! We also did heist while we were there and got holly as our guide! They were both so helpful so sweet and so amazing! Alex really made the experience one of a kind and we will be back to tackle playground!

Our blue haired guide alex was amazing they were very helpful the whole experience was amazing .I loved the story line and although there was a missing part alex helped us right away loved how attentive they were and theyre was a discount right when we finished a bonus for this 😊 will be coming back .

Did the playground/school themed room. We do a LOT of escape rooms, but this one is in my top 5. The details were great, the theme was fun, we just really enjoyed it!

I had so much fun here! This is such a great place to go for family games and very fun for birthdays and random hangouts with friends! I’m so glad we found that place and I recommend the gold mine puzzle as it was a very elaborate build and one of the more moderate puzzles where it wasn’t too tricky. I definitely loved this adventure and the staff was so nice and were constantly giving hints it was amazing!!

I love this place so much! Fantastic staff. Sage was great. Holly (our guide) was absolutely amazing and sweet. She deserves a raise/promotion and is an amazing asset to your company. This is my second time coming to this location and it always exceeds expectations! 10/10

Everything was AWESOME!!! We did this for my sons birthday and have no regrets. I highly recommend this experience here at this location in the Grapevine mall. Grace was amazing with helping us and Alex (the lady with the green hair) has outstanding customer service. Created lots of birthday memories. Can’t wait to do it again!!!

We really enjoyed this experience as a family. It was an hour well spent. The young lady who hosted the game was friendly and helpful. The young lady who checked us in was also very friendly and excited to help us enjoy the game. It was a great time!

My family had a great time! Our kids are sensitive, but there was absolutely nothing scary about the playground game. The puzzles were challenging but solvable. The adults and kids (aged 12 and under) participated and had a great time. The host Jasmine was patient and friendly, thank you.

The attitudes of the Holly and Alex today were great . The rooms are challenging but in a way that are very solvable. I’ve been to many escape rooms where the mini puzzles are too complex to enjoy solving but these rooms the puzzles were fun. Secret passage ways to new rooms always make it a fun escape room.

Highly recommend. We've been twice and prefer Gold Rush over Playground. The staff, though, is what makes this experience great. Thank you Tori for making our trip special! You had the perfect balance between giving us hints and letting us figure it out ourselves.

had a wonderful time! really well made puzzle. we did the heist and it was wonderfully done, had a fun hat, jacket, and scroll case in the room that i wore to really immerse myself in the heist. our guide was sage and she was very fun and professional when introducing us to the mission, she's really seen it all when it comes to the groups that have come through lol. definitely worth the trip!

Jazzmine (our host) was awesome and we had a great team too. They team you up with another party and the host will introduce you to your team this way we can all talked and get to know each other and feel comfortable. All the escape rooms are an hour and you can choose up to four rooms. We did The Heist and it was AWESOME. Be sure to be there 10 min before your reservation.

Thomas was a great game host! We did “Gold Rush” and it was a lot of fun. It started off easy and then it got pretty difficult but not so much that we couldn’t get to the end. I love the fact that there aren’t any penalties for asking for clues which makes the whole experience more fun and enjoyable overall. Will definitely be back!

The Gold Rush Escape Room at Grapevine Mills mall was SO much fun. My husband and I were the only 2 in the room. We had fun using our strengths to figure out how to get out. Even though we didn’t escape, we’ll definitely be back. The staff was very hospitable for my husband’s birthday. 😊

So so good! Our room master was Logan, and he helped us so much and made us feel welcome! We did the Heist, which was fun and we left with 10 seconds to spare!

This was my third escape room experience - all from different companies and I would rate it as the best so far. We had a great time. We solved the gold rush and it was challenging but not super hard and it was fun. The look and feel of the experience was really well done and our game master, Alexa was fantastic. We were celebrating a couple birthdays and they gave the birthday people a little gift which was really cool.

In the words of my son “that was the greatest hour of my whole life” We stopped in on a quick trip to Dallas, we did the second hardest room just the 2 of us and our first guide was so awesome! She and the other staff found us matching “mom” tattoos with a flower because they loved my flower tattoos so much! We didn’t make it, but with 40% off another room the same day, after such a fun and exciting time. Of course we said YES. We came back after the mall and we ESCAPED THE GOLD RUSH. It was so much fun. And the game master was just as wonderful. I love escape rooms and this one has very amazing, very detailed, and very cool rooms. More impressive however was the entire staff having pleasant, kind, and playful attitudes, they were there and enjoying it and it showed. Highly recommend!

Had so much fun! My group and I did the playground room, and it was awesome!! Our escape guide, Alexa, was phenomenal and SO HELPFUL!! With her help we escaped and had a wonderful experience! 10/10 recommend and will definitely come again!

This was the first escape rooms 4 of 5 people in our group had done. Cole was an awesome host for our Gold rush room and Tori was soo fun as well for our Heist room breakout. We will definitely be doing more escape rooms soon!

Alex (with the awesome green hair) made our experience AMAZING. It was my sons birthday and we wanted to make the escape room part of his “scavenger hunt”. She ended up hiding the last scavenger hint in with the final room and it was THE MOST beautiful idea ever. I appreciate her and the other staff for creating such an amazing experience for my kiddo. We come often and it’s always pleasant l, but this time was extremely special since it was his 9th birthday! Thank you x10!

As a Level 9 Google Guide I look for extraordinary opportunities to try new foods and I search for the most interesting activities to try. Since we are 1,250 miles from home we have tried a couple of Escape Rooms and they were exceptional. Honey provided a fantastic experience, was friendly, and able to answer all of our questions while being educational. She was 100% interested in our family having the best possible experience. We decided to tackle the Gold Rush which was an entertaining and immersive experience. We would definitely recommend this Escape room for their builds, the complexity of the puzzles you have to solve, and the customer service. Highly recommend experience!

Chidinma, Andee, and Alex with the gorgeous green hair did absolutely amazing! They led us in with all the hope in their hearts and we thankfully did not disappoint them. They were patient and kind to us as we struggled with some puzzles, trying not to become uncivilized creatures. I definitely will be coming back to do the other two puzzles as the experiences were jaw dropping. 10/10 pickles, I want to bring my whole family.

We did The Heist. It was challenging to say the least and we (husband, 15 yr old son and myself) got to do ours alone. I think because we were willing to wait as they were so busy. This room was an 8 out of 10 for difficulty. Not sure if the owner or manager dealt with us but he was awesome! Over the top customer service which always enhances. The staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed the hour we spent in the room with two minutes to spare. So, we escaped! Thank you to owner/manager and staff for making this treat so enjoyable! Definitely would do this again in a different room! Those reading this, you got to do this and at this location if able.

The Escape Game was a great experience for our group of 7 celebrating our recent graduation from pharmacy school! We originally came to do The Heist, but we had so much fun we came back a few hours later to do Prison Break. The puzzles were challenging enough but we were able to successfully complete both rooms with minutes to spare. We will definitely be back to do Gold Rush and Playground in the near future! Kareem, Alex with the green hair, and Andee were amazing gamemasters and really helped put our group at ease since this was the first escape room experience for most of us! We were so touched by the graduation cards they grabbed for us while we were playing :) Hope to see you guys again soon!

The staff are the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Every single one of them. It’s like they are having as much of a blast as you are. That’s why we came back again the second time in 1 day.

Funnest escape room I’ve ever been to! Me and my family did the gold rush escape room and had a blast. Our hosts were Alex (with the blue hair) and Alexa! They were both super sweet!! It was also my birthday and they decorated the escape room and even gave me a mini Bundt cake, a card, and an adorable pin. I’m definitely coming back! 🫶🏻

If I could give it zero I would. Booked a room to start at 8:20am was here at 8am as instructed. Still sitting here outside the store at 8:50am with one of the employees waiting for a manager to let us in. Very unprofessional and very disappointed in The Escape Game Grapevine. Update: the team was very apologetic and made the wait worth our time. We appreciate the effort you don’t normally get these days. Updated stars and we will be back. It was a great room

Do not recommend The Escape Game at Grapevine Mills Mall. Our time was scheduled for 8:20am, our group arrived at 8:05am in order to sign waivers. No employee has arrived to unlock the doors and it is 9:00am. My time and energy has been wasted. Very disappointed with the lack of organization and I will not be coming back. Update: They were very apologetic and helped to make up for showing up late. I am very thankful for their compensation. The room was very fun and one of the best rooms we have been to. We may end up coming back after all.

Andre and Jess were fantastic! Both very accommodating and helpful. Andre made check in a breeze and Jess was the perfect Game master! And we beat The Heist!! And we took advantage of the 40% off on the second game on the same day and got to have Game master Aiden for Gold Rush and Alex with the green hair was out hostess. Both were super awesome and helpful as well! Can't wait to come back!!

I love an escape room and this was maybe one of my favorites. So polished, the staff was incredible, the effects ruled, the game was challenging but very doable. Really enjoyed our time here and our ~game master~ Tori was the absolute best. Will def go again!
