My stay at the bed and breakfast was a delightful experience from start to finish. The charming and cozy atmosphere immediately made me feel at ease. Keith and Darrin were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout my stay. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful base after a long day of exploring. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Homemade dishes and fresh fruits that left me craving for more. Snacks were readily available. Good location for those who want to be around Canyon Lake or a short drive away to New Braunfels. You'll be able to spot some deer and have deer corn available for you to feed the deer. Pepper and Smoky will keep you company if you decide to hang outside with the deer. The attention to detail and personalized service truly set this bed and breakfast apart, making it a memorable and highly recommended choice for anyone seeking a warm and inviting retreat.

My wife and I wanted to try a new B&B, and Equinox Inn looked to be the best choice in the Canyon Lake area. We prefer B&B's to staying in hotels, and The Equinox Inn did not disappoint! We stayed for 1 night in the Lone Star Mini suite and It is quite roomy and cozy. It has 2 decks and the hot tub occupies one of the decks. The privacy is great, the location is fantastic. Take your camera, there is plenty to photograph on the property. Keith and Darrin are really good hosts, and make a splendid breakfast. We will absolutely visit The Equinox Inn again, and We will stay longer! We really liked and quite frankly lucked out with the LoneStar room. Keith also gave us the tour of the other rooms that other guests didn't occupy. I think we will try to stay in the Captain's Bay suite Next time. Don't get me wrong, it's hard to beat the LoneStar Mini suite. Thank you Keith and Darrin for such an enjoyable stay!!!

Despite a unexpected encounter with someone there, Darrin and Keith made things very enjoyable. I love how they made me and my significant other comfortable and welcoming. The bed, the breakfast and the scenery was magnificent. We will definitely be coming back. As ALWAYS!!!

My husband booked us this wonderful getaway! It was perfect! We enjoyed the beauty of God’s creation surrounding us. Keith and Darrin provided a comfortable, relaxing stay. We stayed in the Captain’s room, which included a fireplace and scenic view from the balcony. It was a spacious, beautiful room, and the bathroom has a jetted tub. We also spent time outside relaxing in a swing. We put feed that was provided out for the deer, and loved watching them come eat. Darrin made a delicious breakfast! I stayed at the equinox for a company function and arrangements were made extremely last minute. We were a group of 6 property managers and we were extremely impressed. Keith and Darrin could not have been more accommodating, kind and welcoming. The Equinox is a very charming bed and breakfast with great views and inviting rooms and lovely hosts. I would recommend the equinox for anyone looking to get away for a few days or have staycation in the canyon lake area.

A friend of mine purchased a massage for me. It was the best experience. First of all Darrin is so warm and welcoming. She asks questions about technique in reference to the massage. Before we started she was so kind to show me around and we chatted a bit before she started. I highly recommend her! I left feeling like I made a new friend🙂

We just returned from a wonderful, but short, stay at the Equinox Inn and it was virtually perfect and met all of our hopes and expectations. We were drawn to it because of a photo of the Crystal Cove room and it was even better than we could've hoped. We really just wanted a place to relax and refresh. Delicious breakfast, a great massage, and a jacuzzi tub (and access to Netflix and Prime) helped us to disconnect and unwind in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Even got a chance to feed some deer and a fox, as well as commune with sweet Pepper, one of the house cats! Highly recommend!

This was my first experience staying at a B&B and I had an absolutely wonderful time. I loved the quiet, the closeness of nature and location (even with the hot Texas heat outside). Darrin and Keith were great hosts and I felt right at home. What else can I say--I'll be sure to come back soon.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights over a recent weekend. This is a true B&B, and the hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The room was a wonderful place to relax after a day of walking and shopping. The breakfasts were epoch and delicious. We will remember this place for future trips.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Equinox Inn! We spent a long weekend out in Canyon Lake and could not have asked for a better experience. Keith and Darrin were so kind and welcoming. Our room was the perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to every day. Breakfast was delicious each morning and we loved getting to spend time with the cats and deer! We highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat.

Awesome place and Hosts. Breakfasts were delish and beautifully presented. Lone Star mini suite had big screen Tv, 2 large windows, couch, table chairs for 2, covered patio including hot tub. We will go again!

This is a fabulous place, very peaceful, out of the way and quiet. Hosts were terrific and breakfast was first rate. We both had the best night's sleep we've had in a while. Deer were plentiful and visited often, which was a neat experience. We both highly recommend!

We loved staying with Darrin and Keith in the Equinox inn. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended! These guys make you feel like home. About cayon lake, please bring cash. Comal park takes CC but cayon lake beach park doesn’t and that was painful

I just spent the weekend here in the Captain's Bay Room and it was fantastic! The decor was perfect and the food was delicious and creatively done. We also got a couple massage and the Sweetheart package both additions helped make this weekend one of our most romantic getaways. Absolutely loved the fresh flower arrangements. The owners are the most genuinely kind hearted people. This place is perfect to spend some quality time with the one you love. Thanks Darrin and Keith we will definitely back!!!

Equinox Inn is definitely a must visit again type of B & B. Our weekend stay was so relaxing because of the care and kindness shown by owners/hosts Darrin and Keith! We had the blessing of meeting them while vacationing in NY and one year later finally made to Equinox! Well worth the wait! We loved the delicious breakfast (that was plentiful), Community Coffee, chocolate covered grapes, croissant French toast, fruit, daily snacks and the list goes on. They attended to every detail and even put fresh flowers the room. The bed was comfy, sheets high quality, and very clean room overall! The Star Gazer room was amazing and we enjoyed the balcony with the lake and hills view and had so many deer to watch!! Thank you so much Darrin and Keith! You both ROCK!!! We will see you again!

Equinox Inn far exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were very comfortable. Darrin and Keith were wonderful hosts in every way. So friendly and always helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to everyone.

Our room was comfortable and cozy. The hosts, Darrin and Keith were so welcoming and made sure that our stay was comfortable. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept. My husband and I enjoyed being outside on the balcony and the grounds enjoying nature and the beautiful weather. The breakfast that Darrin prepared was delicious and the conversation among the guests and the hosts was enjoyable. We definitely found our home away from home when we need a quick getaway in Canyon Lake!

Like everyone else says, Equinox Inn is the greatest. We've stayed at many B&Bs over the years but Equinox was one of the absolute best. Darrin and Keith had decorated it for Christmas and it was like a winter wonderland in there. Unbelievable. We stayed in the Garden Room, of which every inch was decorated in a tasteful garden theme. So many special touches throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. Darrin's breakfast was delicious and very accommodating of our dietary restrictions. The two sweet cats were perhaps our favorite part of the whole experience. The location was also great for access to cafes, restaurants, and wineries. We will definitely be back.

Such an amazing and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like old friends and were left wanting nothing. Our hosts, Keith and Darrin, were friendly and accommodating, seemingly knowing what we wanted or needed before we did. Breakfast served on the deck was spectacular, Darrin constantly trying to outdo herself and keep us amazed. Our room was beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out, both inside and on the private balcony. The property was quiet and peaceful. We had our choice of areas to relax outside, our favorite being the firepit. Surrounded by the sound of water features and wild life all but eating out of our hands, made it to where we didn't want to leave, to just sit and enjoy the day. Highly recommend as a wonderful little get-away. Centrally located to practically any and all forms of entertainment and shopping offered by the hill country.

Excellent hosts, Darrin and Keith are extremely inviting an personable. The entire property is so peaceful. My wife and I have 4 children and find it difficult to try and get away, and when we do it is usually for only a short period of time. It was a blessing to find a bed and breakfast that DID NOT require a minimum 2 night stay. We stayed in the Garden room which included an outdoor hot tub, and the room was perfect. We have already recommended this place to others and will be returning. Thank you for being great hosts!

Cozy, quiet, great views, great massage. Everything you want in a mini honeymoon. Room was so nice (Captains Bay) with a jetted tub. Whole place was clean and comfortable. Darrin and Keith were super nice, made you feel at home. Great breakfast with the other guest or take it back to your room. Will definitely be returning and checking out other rooms!!

We spent our anniversary at equinox inn and had a wonderful time! We stayed in the lone star suite and had our own private hot tub outside with curtains that enclosed the patio. We also had a private entrance into our room from the outside and was given keys to keep with us. Keith had great recommendations on things to do in the area. The B&B is adults only so it was nice and quiet! Would def recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Equinox Inn at Biscuit Hill. We stayed for one night to attend a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater. The owners are very kind and provided plenty of snacks and drinks. The outdoor patio is very relaxing and peaceful. Our bedroom was very comfortable and it was very lovely to drink a cup of coffee on our outdoor patio in the morning. The breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the Equinox definitely exceeded our expectations. Darrin and Keith are so welcoming and were so accommodating, they have literally thought of everything. Attention to so many details, the grab and go fridge, the snacks available at any time, house slippers just for us, and not to mention the breakfast was phenomenal! My husband and I visited this B&B for our 3rd year anniversary on December 1st, without a doubt this place is wonderful!! It’s very relaxing, peaceful and romantic. I loved the Christmas decorations especially in our room, our tree was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. My husband enjoyed the jacuzzi tube a lot, he was in it every night and we were only there for 3 nights. The breakfast was always prefect and delicious, it was always a different menu. The owners, Darrin and Keith, are the best!! They are such a lovely couple. They make sure that the guest are very happy and satisfied with everything. My husband and I really enjoyed our conversations with them. Staying at the B&B is like being in a efficiency apartment but it’s one big house with different families in multiple rooms. I looked a long time to find a place for hubby and I to go and I’m glad I chose this B&B. I have personally never been to Hill Country, not a big fan of going up and down the roads especially at night not being from the area, that made me a little nervous because I’m more of a city girl but we will definitely be returning in the near future.

Keith and Darrin were wonderful! We literally came as strangers, and left as family, only after the 3 short days of stay! The location was very special due to gorgeous views and the wildlife, such as deer visiting the back patio often. Darrin's breakfast was very delicious and at the top level presentation-wise. Also, make sure to get an hour or two of Darrin's relaxing massage - it's a must! Darrin is one of the best therapists I've experienced! Both Darrin and Keith are very welcoming, and we felt at home right away. They also suggested few of the best places to visit, depending on what we wanted to do. This was one of the best getaways ever!
