Pleasing aesthetic… Friendly people, great selection of spirits and cigars… Visiting from NC and I couldn’t be more pleased

This review is more of place holder. The bar just received new management and is undergoing changes. That being said, their humidor is lacking. However, after talking with the owner, he is planning to bring in the regulars (My Father, DE, etc.) in. He was on the phone with some reps to get more lines in such as RomaCraft and Mombacho. The staff was super kind and hospitable. I'm hoping that they get some of the more boutique brands in like Warped, Chogui, or Tatuaje. Definitely worth stopping by.

Visited in the evening with my wife as it was our first time here. Walked into the humidor and made my selection. My wife and I stood next to the bar for about 5 -10 Minutes until we were able to get the most bottom tier customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It wasn’t even that busy in the tiny bar. No greeting, no hi, no hello, nothing. I was surprised because we drove out of the way due to the establishments overall good reviews. Haven’t felt the need to leave a review in a long time because I don’t feel like there is a benefit. I guess after 3 years i finally had that bad of an experience where I would warn other cigar dudes in the community. I wouldn’t care if the cigars are free. If the service is terrible, I’m not spending money at the place again and won’t be back.

Been a while since I had been in. What a difference. The humidor is loaded with great smokes from boutiques to name brands. Had a great time. Definitely will be back.

Good place. Knowledgeable staff. Varied selection for every price point. And now with mixed drinks! Great place to work remotely from or just unwind. Highly recommend this establishment.

A group of us, family and friends notified them that about 15 of us were coming in after a50th birthday Celtics for my brother inlaw. When we got there they already had chairs aligned for us. The staff and owner were great. Very inviting. The customer service was great. The official bartender came in later and she was great. The bourbon pours were great. My wife and I will definitely check it out when we're in town from Charlotte.

It's like the "Cheers" of Cigar Bars!!! Jeff, the owner is AMAZING, as well as his staff. Monday night football is such a vibe. Super friendly people, cigars, drinks, food, outside sitting area, etc. Check it out!!!

This is my go to spot for great cigars and great drinks. Friendly, clean and safe environment to kick back relax and watch a good game while listening to some good ol' music. I am happy to spend my money here!!

More of a boutique style shop with high end cigars and pretty pricey. Not a big deal. The reason for my rating is the crowd there is loud and obnoxious. Loud mouthed women who think no one else is there but her. An annoying voice that ruined my cigar. I understand we are in public and so forth, but damn! Someone tell that woman to quiet down. Anyways....that was my day today. Will not be going back due to lack of brands and everyday smokes. Like I said, boutique style lounge in an expensive area of town.

Classy relaxing place to smoke a cigar along with a great selection. The owner and the staff make you feel at home and the clientele are a pleasure to relax and talk with.

Located in a retail plaza the CW&CL is a full fledge cigar lounge. The wine offering is slim yet with a full bar nonetheless. The environment is a family vibe as the staff is welcoming & chats with the customers - only if they want to be sociable. The seating area is quaint with TV’s & overhead music. The walk in Humidor provides you with easy access to pick your choice of cigars. Complimentary smoking accessories, hand sanitizer & filtered water is readily accessible. The unisex restroom is extra tidy as with the overall establishment that is ventilated pretty well. Stop by for a puff or sip as Jim, Staci & Big Matt will make you feel welcomed.

Absolutely amazing place. Jeff and Jason are incredibly nice and exceptionally helpful. I walked in and immediately felt like I was home. Super worm environment, great prices, great seating, the best ventilated lounge I’ve been to, a exceptional humidor and a great selection of beer and wine and cigars. If I wasn’t just in town on business I know I would be in there every day. Huge thanks to them for making my business trip for feel like I was on vacation. 12/10 will come back every time I’m in town. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great cigar selection and super friendly folks. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a blast there. The smoke could be a bit overwhelming at times. Ventilation should be something to consider improving. I know, I know, it's a Cigar lounge and I had a great time regardless.👍

I found this hidden gem online. The owner Jeff, described it perfectly, it is like the television show Cheers. I absolutely loved the friendly atmosphere, the excellent customer service, and the environment of community. I definitely will be getting me a membership and I finally found "my spot"!
