A lot of infighting within the priests. Very bad experience. Went to do a pooja, paid the necessary fees and waited. Priest showed up performed the pooja and demanded dakshina in addition to the fees. He mentioned to come in and had it over directly to him and not put it in the donation box. We complied with due respect. When we went to hand the dakshina directly, the neighboring priest followed us until lobby and yelled at us saying, "why did you do the pooja through him and why not with me? Why didnt you check with me and went to the other preist? " almost in a condescending loud tone. It was embarrassing to hear that in front of everyone. If you want to experience true devotion without greed, avoid this temple. Came out with.a bad state of mind and totally disturbed for no fault of ours. Regret the whole experience.

The place may look like a temple on the outside but looks kinda like an office building on the inside😅. Maybe they had to build it like that due to the US laws or not sure. The priest is also abit sketchy. After pooja, when we were about to take the prasadham and keep the dakshina, he told to give it to him rather than keeping on the tray saying if it is kept on the tray, the money goes in the undiyal (to the temple) and not to him…. I don’t know what to say.. I’ve seen priests in other countries who are just fakes, but to bring a priest all the way from India (not sure if it’s true) to USA, you could have at least looked into his background more…

Beautiful south indian temple with great people and activities for a family visit. It brings memories close to home of visiting a temple overseas. There are lots of pujas and archanas that you can perform for your varied interests. The priests are very very knowledgeable and friendly. They also allow you to perform pujas at home by booking a priest. I highly recommend Alageshanji for your puja's and archanas he does it with dedication and is a very kind man. I had a great experience performing a havan at home for lord Ganesha by Alageshanji. It was done precisely with great attention to detail and feel blessed after all the rituals. If you're in the area don't miss visiting this temple and getting Lakshmiji's blessings. Om Shanti!

We booked a private grahapravasam with the temple. We had requested Priest Alagesan. He did a really good job. He patiently and diligently when through the entire process. He walked us through all the steps and explained the wise behind them. I would highly recommend him!

A massive temple located in Ashland. It’s easier to alight at Framingham when you take the commuter rail to head towards the temple. The place is serene and the cafeteria serves delicious South Indian fare for a fraction of the cost you’d end up spending at restaurants.

Been to the Lakshmi temple today after more than 4 years. Had a fast, smooth and pleasant darshan. 3 ☆ just for darshan and food taste. Since we've not been to the temple in a while, we din't know about the cafeteria and it's current covid-19 rules and regulations. We asked the lady at the reception area and she was very kind to show us the way. But it's a different story at the cafeteria. We din't know about the "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY" rule. There was not even a notice anywhere (You just need to printout some papers and plaster them. We just walked in to place the order and the 2 men there (One inside the counter and one outside) were just outright RUDE. They literally shouted "DON'T COME INSIDE, STAY OUT STAY OUT". No "PLEASE" nothing. They could've been way way way more polite, and said that they are only taking online orders. But no, they just shouted that the QR code is somewhere plastered on the wall INSIDE OF THE CAFETERIA. And we need to scan it and place order... MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.. People go to temple for some peace. Not to encounter rude, no manners, disrespectful people.

Very good temple at Boston. First time (Saturday) I had the Devine darshan, and felt very great. Sri Ganesha, Sri Lakshmi, Lord Venkateswara, are the main Deities. Huge temple complex with ample parking. Anna Prasadam was also served whuch is a great tradition followed here. As it is Saturday, Lord Venkateswara was Adored with special Alankaram.🙏

An amazing temple based on architecture from southern India. The deities are sculpted predominantly of south India, presiding goddess is Sri Lakshmi along with Lords Venkatesa & Ganapathi besides Nataraja, Murugan, Garuda, Hanuman, Aiyyappa and Navagrahas. A Temple for away from home for Hindu Indians.

This Sri Lakshmi temple is located in a very Calm & Green Location of Ashland. A 40 minutes drive from Boston MA. You can pray all the Gods… viz Lord Vinayaka, Mahalakshmi, Balaji, Vishnu, Siva, Navagraha, Satyanarayana Swamy, Ayyappa Swamy…… in this single Destiny. Many Devotional & Cultural activities are performed periodically as per traditional Hindu Calendar.

Temple is beautiful and God and goddess statues were so beautiful and divine. But the food was not great it was very spicy sambhar rice and tamarind rice. We have to pay online only to purchase food from this place and have to wait. We thought of eating lunch there as we came from a long distance for this temple. But not able to eat the food by ourselves and kids couldn't eat as it was very much spicy only. Thank God I packed some lunch for safety which we had in a different area outside the temple.

Nice Hindu Temple in Ashland. Alankaran and pujas of Deities are well performed by the Bhattarak and the Volunteers. Food is well prepared and sold at this temple. The food is equally popular.

I visited this temple a few times but today's the first time during a weekday. I can't believe how empty it was. I assumed the canteen downstairs was closed as there was literally no one. It was a very pleasant experience.

The temple is very calm and peaceful. You will find yourself at peace. The priests do an awesome job of beautifying the Gods/Goddesses. The aarti/pooja that the priests perform are so good, its music to the ears. The cafeteria is inside of the temple. The food is reasonably priced . All South Indian delicacies you can taste here and they are very tasty as well. The temple and cafeteria is neat and well maintained. Temple can be accessed using elevator too. I love going to the temple because it brings a lot of peace to me.

We had been to this temple yesterday. We felt that we were in Tamilnadu Temple. All the God's are in one place. Very peaceful both place and our mind.

One of my favorite temples in the US! Feels like India. There are festivities almost every week, and good, Sattvik food in the cafe.

Loved the place, great location, and a peaceful place to meditate. All the deities were beautifully decorated by the priests, and the chanting of Vishnu Sahasranama really brought in inner peace. Unfortunately missed the sakara pongal, hopefully next time.

Peace is what you can expect at this wonderfully constructed and maintained Indian temple which has multiple smaller temples of various Indian Gods all under one roof. Plenty of parking spaces and excellent Prasadam offered in the temple's cafeteria at basement. Make sure you book an online appointment before your visit during the Covid-19 days.
