Rodeo Mobile Home and RV park is a good place to stay. Most of the tenants are also great and monitor their own space respectively. The onsite property manager however needs a lot of training and guidance. She prides herself on having been there over 15 years. As if that is suppose to make her good at managing the property. I made the mistake of challenging her inability to properly bill us on the monthly rent and associated charges. From that point forward she made it a point to harass us and attempt to catch us in acts that would lead to eviction. She has sent us plenty of emails outlining the park rules. Too bad most tenants violate some of them, while she is only focused on us. I hope Cascade Community Management monitors her dealing better in the near future.

Thank You Cascade Community Management for having such a WONDERFUL park manager. We have stayed in RV Parks all over this country and Fabiola is the best manager we have ever encountered. She is honest, fair and hard working, always trying to meet or exceed the tenants requests. We have been in the park for 19 months and have had no issues. Our neighbors are here 5+ years, and we all appreciate the courtesy and respect the management shows. Best little RV Park in the West!

I stayed a couple of months at Rodeo MHP while traveling for work. The place is very quiet and peaceful with good neighbors. On my first day I was welcomed by a friendly neighbor with a bag of avocados from the tree on the property. I've really got nothing negative to say at all about the park and I'm very happy In the spot they picked for me #26 - plenty of room for my 23' trailer and large truck parked on the side of my trailer. The property manager is a sweet heart and very professional. She had great communication with me in coordinating an available spot and also was onsite to help me park my trailer. All in all - one of the best parks I've stayed at

I’ve been living in Rodeo Mobil Home and RV Park for 7 1/2 years, I have been very comfortable with my kids and family, my kids play outside and love our neighbors, and the manager is very helpful and respectful every time I have a question or an issue she’s always very polite and professional and has answers for me in a matter of minutes, my family and I have never had an issue with her or anyone at the park. We thank Faviola for being so welcoming and helpful all this years she makes the best manager.

This is one of the best parks in the area. (I know we have stayed in the others.) It is small, but clean and well kept with a laundromat on site, with stores and restaurants within walking distance. We adore the manager - she is a jewel. In all the parks we have stayed at across the country, Fabiola is the best manager we have ever encountered! Long term or short term, Rodeo Mobile Home Park is the best! PS who ever gave this a one star rating, must have had a personal problem.

Looks very clean, quite,safe and convenient to every day life . Has parking space car wash spot laundry facilities and a few more liesures adminitees to say the least. But over all a wonderful place to settle.

Sorry for the people that done care for this park. Best one around we have been here for 11 years. Fabiola takes care of business does not tolerate filth. She is a very good manager and person period. People have to keep themselves in check. WHAT IWANT To KNOW is WHO IS LOOKING AFTER THE CHILDREN?
