Great company! Great customer service! The drivers arrived on time with the appropriate (and very clean) vehicles. Our driver was friendly, helpful and safe. "GREAT EXPERIENCE"-----My very first time flying into Bwi by myself was in 2014 and I used a competing shuttle service company that is national. The experience was awful. I knew I would be returning to Bwi Airport in the summer of 2015. I searched through Google and found Bwi Shuttle Service. I called the company and talked to a real person over the phone. I made reservations and I flew into Bwi Airport on a Tues. Bwi Shuttle Service called and sent me a text telling me they were ready to pick me up. I waited about 5 minutes and a beautiful and clean SUV was waiting for me. Less than an hour later I was at my destination. I called for a reservation for my return flight and I couldn't be happier. The owner of the company picked me up at the appointed time and drove me to Bwi airport with time to spare. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS!
