    The service was excellent. I thought I had made a mistake with the tires I chose and was going to have to have them removed . They were going to do it no questions asked! Ended up being the right tires so it worked out. Both the managers were very patient with me even though they were very very busy. On top of that they were cheaper than any other tire installer in the area of Edwardsville Il. I had an appointment and they got it in right on time. I also could see they were very patient with all the other customers in front of me. The next time I need tires or something else they will be the first shop I call!

    I want to thank Tim at the front for his help. We're driving through the highway to St Louis. Our left front tire went flat. We pulled over to the nearest town Edwardsville, IL. It was close to 6pm. We called around to see if any tire place can help us. 3 business turned us down. We called Dobbs. Tim said we close at 6 PM. However, if you can be here before we close, I can can see if we can help you. We're there in 10 minutes. Tim found a tire, which was the only one for our car. In 30 minutes they replaced the tire. Thanks you Tim and all the staff. Tim deserves an award for excellent customer service.

    We were on the road with a tire emergency we called this establishment and they were the best. Great people and great service. Would recommend them time and time again. Ty for being there.

    I will not take my car anywhere else! It started to because my parents went here, and it was easier to add me to "the family" so to speak. It's continued because they understand me, and don't look down at me for saying, "My car sounds like it has chickens under the hood." Just cos I don't know the lingo doesn't mean I don't know what I'm saying - and they get it. Also very LGBTQ FRIENDLY!!!!

    Eric and Tim, at the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon location, were great at helping me out while I was aggravated from an experience at a competitor's shop. Said, large company, did not even have the "required tool" and had me pay before theybeven took my car back. Eric & Tim graciously answered alllll my questions and dealt with my frustration. They got my car in (and out) the same day and kept me abreast of everything. I have decided to move all my auto needs to their shop. Note: I don't even live in Edwardsville/Glen Carbon. These guys deserve to be acknowledged by their management.

    My car started making grinding noises such that I thought it might be a brake pad that was stuck against the rotor. Tim helped me out and turns out it was part of the splash guard (metal) that was dragging on the road. Tim was not only honest about the issue, he was one of the best examples of service-oriented approach I have ever encountered. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond. The service was so good I’m considering going there (45 min away) when I need new tires simply because of the amazing service.

    I called the Edwardsville branch to set up an appointment. I managed to talk with the manager Tony. I needed to get my brakes checked and asked a general price range of how much that would cost. He was very helpful and explained the best case and worst case scenarios. I explained that I was able to pay $1000. The next day I come in and I am greeted with friendly and professional staff. I go to the waiting room and about 10 minutes later a staff member comes in asking if I live close by and was willing to drive me to where I live instead of waiting there. I was very thankful at the thoughtful offer, but declined in the end. After they got done, checking my brakes, I was informed that it was the worst case scenario and that the service would originally cost around $1200. However, the bill I received was around $972. I asked about it and Tony, the manager mentioned our conversation from the previous day about how I only had a budget of $1000. I explained that the $1000 was an estimate and then I was able and willing to pay the $1200. Tony and the staff were insistent otherwise and I only had to pay the $972. I would like to thank the manager, Tony and the professional staff at the Edwardsville branch of Dobbs tire and auto centers for being so understanding and acting with Grace regarding my situation. I would definitely personally recommend going there if you have any vehicle troubles.

    Customer service is great from manager to employees, they did a great job on inspecting rotors and pads, I was shown the rear pads and rotors on the rear it was bad, they replaced them. I highly recommend them to everyone, great job Dobbs, thank you

    I had a damaged tire on my livestock trailer and had to pick up a load of starving goats in Millstadt and bring them back to Glen Carbon. The guys were great!! They had my tire in stock and had me on my way in record time. Thanks for the amazing service!!! The "Goats On The Go" says thaaankss.

    I have used this location for years and have always had the best service- both for my cars and customer service as well. Fixed forever guarantee makes all the difference. The guys are friendly and always give accurate time estimates as to service completion- often getting the work done ahead of schedule. Our family has 4 cars now with teenagers growing up and every one is serviced at Dobbs.

    Really nice staffing across the 2 different Edwardsville locations that I've been to. They worked on my 04' mystang involving suspension work. Several parts replsced imcluding ball joint and camber on both sides. As well as front end alignment. Price was right, it drives good as new, not much more i can ask for

    All the employees were so helpful. We had A trailer tire blow on 270. We were loaded with pumpkins. We limped it to their shop. They didn't have the tire We needed but drove to get the tire. We were back on the road in an hour!

    This location is a miss for me and my husband. Most of the time they are extremely rude this includes in person or over the phone. We stopped coming to this location all together, they are technically the nearest Dobbs to us in Edwardsville, but we'd rather drive a few more minutes/miles and go to the new one on 157. I'm only giving 2 stars because I like Dobbs.

    I scheduled an appointment for an oil change 8 am. I arrived a few minutes before and was sure to ask the young man how long it would be for them to start on my truck. He stated it wouldn’t be long. I simply requested if there was a way to add to my profile “no upselling”. This guy caught an attitude. His delivery was unprofessional and he raised his voice. I advised him this isn’t the time and please get my oil change done. I clearly get the point to what he was stating, but the delivery was unacceptable. I should have left at that point. I waited patiently, never once was I acknowledged to say “my apologies for the wait” or “thank you for your patience in waiting “. 8:28am I walked out and left. 8:30 Dobb Tre &Aut comes across my screen. Tony leaves a message to state his employee walked the parking lot for 5 minutes looking for my car. 🤣 yea ok sir. A few weeks ago i asked for recommendations on a good spot for oil change and Dobbs wasn’t a recommendation at any point in time. I returned because you all did my service previously. One thing I’ve learned is to support companies with great customer service, diversity inclusive and ethical. I’d give this location a zero if I had the option to. Make it a great day on purpose with purpose.

    Had car trouble while traveling across the country. Took car to Dobbs Tire & Auto Edwardsville, IL. Though they were booked with work, they immediately assigned a tech to work on our car - even unhitched the UHaul trailer and hooked it back up when they were done. They were kind, helpful, understanding, and quickly figured out the problem and repaired it. Special thanks to Tony and Hunter who went out of their way to help us. I cannot begin to thank the staff at Dobbs for their help during this stressful event. Best car repair experience I've ever had.

This week we asked them to have a look at an old truck we bought, and because I had to bring it back after the first repair, they comped us parts and labor that would have cost hundreds.     Shopping for new tires is not at the top of my things I like to do, nor is spending over 1K on something that is not fun! But Dave at Dobbs gave me a better price than competitors, and I liked his approach. Tires had to be ordered, came in next day and I am on the road with new tires, and a pretty sweet deal. Give them a call, or stop in to get an estimate!
