I went on a group tour yesterday organized by a friend and it was so neat! I had no idea this place existed and I had no idea it was family owned. The story of how they started is such an endearing one and quite inspiring. Wes was an amazing tour guide and I learned more about coffee than I thought I could ever know. During the tour they talk about how the company started, how coffee beans are harvested and the farms in Columbia they get their beans from. We also toured the roastery and got to see how they roast their beans and how they make their own k-cups. We then did a coffee pairing. We smelled, yes smelled and tasted 3 different kinds of coffee. We tasted them paired with different pastries and it literally brought out the amazing taste of the coffee. They have a cafe on site where you can order some pastries and different kinds of coffee and lattes, etc. You can also buy some merch and of course some coffee grounds and k-cups. It was such a great tour! I would love to go back and do a private tour where you can actually roast your own beans. If you have a chance to check them out you totally should.

The staff here is exceptional; their friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, drink quality... all great. I always get a beverage from their creative drink menu. It changes all the time and it never disappoints. I suggest giving it a try. There are plenty of games available and events to attend. I had the chance to attend a roastery tour, including an interactive coffee tasting, and ended up with a goodie coffee bag to take home!

A coworker and myself went to Parks this morning. The nitro coffee was good and the service provided was even better. Thanks for answering all of my coffee questions. I will be back!

We took the Coffee Roasting tour on Saturday and what a wonderful fun and educational way to start your day! I have driven by this place for a while and never realized this hidden gem of a beautiful coffee shop was even there! Lots of treats,snacks, merchandise and of course the wonderful coffee available. The tour was educational and so fun! We learned how to really see, smell and taste all the flavors the different coffees. The pairing with different pastries and chocolate was wonderful too! We each got to roast 1 lb. of coffee of our choice and take home! A must for any coffee lover! You won't be disappointed!

Great coffee and great people! Everyone who works here is always really friendly and when the management team is around, they always greet you and make sure you're doing well. It's nice to start off the morning with a warm, welcoming set of people. The owner randomly gave me a complimentary "Parks coffee" t-shirt this morning - - a small act of kindness goes a long way. All in all, exceptional quality in food, coffee and service!

My company has had Parks Coffee as our supplier since 2015 and we are very pleased. I like that the coffee is roasted locally and that upkeep and maintenance come included. We're huge fans of the Papa's Prime Italian Roast. Our rep, Jorge, is awesome, too. He's friendly, quick, and we honestly feel like he's an extended member of our company. I've had other coffee companies ask me to come out to see if they can beat the pricing, and every time they can't. I went to Parks Coffee Monday December 23rd, it was my first time there and I was impressed all around. The place is beautiful inside, I was running around like a kid taking in all the details! Jakob was friendly and very helpful explaining the menu to me and making sure I got my drink the way I liked it. I had a peppermint mocha, it wasn't like a Starbucks peppermint mocha in that it wasn't like drinking a dessert. It was a good cup of coffee with flavor added and made really well. I ordered an almond croissant and it was the best almond croissant I've ever had! It's one of those things I try everywhere that has them and now I don't have to hunt for a great one anymore. This is a place you can get a cup of coffee to go but it's also a place you want to pull up a chair and hang out.
