Nice store for wholesale items for restaurants and small store fronts. Open to the public as well. They do offer no tax if state tax ID or restaurant tax certificate is brought in to be filed. Nice deals on plates, chicken, lettuce, cheese and other items used daily. Good deals on ground beef depending on type you are looking for. Definitely suggest you visit to get a look for yourself. This is an amazing store. Great product selection means something for every institutional food service product fan or restauranteur. Such a cool place to just peruse massive quantities of sauces or to-go containers.

A very good selection (though don't expect a significant price discount, apart from some items.) You can find things that are otherwise not easy to find, and it is well worth checking out if it's something you will regularly use. I would prefer this to alternatives (such as Restaurant Depot.)

The staff is fantastic; always offering help and suggestions. Unfortunately, the inventory is often lacking with many items out of stock. For me, this was a one-stop shop for my catering business, but not so much anymore.

Quantity purchases necessary but Chef'Store is aces for holiday meal planning, big affairs, and giant cocktail parties for the home cook so inclined to get it on in a big way. Open to the public with no membership required. Big selection of Stanislaus tomato products at extremely fair prices, crabmeat, and bulk deli goods as well. Easy parking, great staff and very clean store.

Good prices on bulk items, good for restaurant business, catering, and they open to the public no membership required. We bought red and green apples, celery, lemons, bell peppers, and pepper jack cheese.
