My go to spot for breakfast sandwiches and have spent hundreds of dollars yearly here. Lately you guys are going downhill though. Phones down for days, sandwiches sent to me via Uber eats WITHOUT bread, ordering an $8 Wilton sandwich that comes without avocado. (Both in person and via Uber eats) My advice to you if you'd like to retain me as a customer is: 1. Stay on top of your inventory. Avocados aren't hard to order or even pickup from a local store. Gluten free bread - you are always out, once again not hard to find. Drinks - your inventory changed drastically and now I skip ordering drinks which would have netted you another $4-5 / order. 2. Quality control. This applies to your food, your tech, and also inventory. Phones being down multiple times, get on that. Uber eats being offline entire days.... You're losing $$$ 3. Show you care. Thank your customers the next time they come in. Be polite on the phone from start to finish rather than just hanging up after an orders taken and also making it feel like a customers a bother to you. Happy to edit my review if I see someone actually cares and the negatives are taken care of. Let's go! Step up

First off the bagel was amazing the best bagel I’ve ever had. The rainbow with cream cheese. Delicious, the doughnut 🍩 chefs kiss 😘. The service? So sweet! I think her name was Katie & the rest of the staff were just so full of energy. Will be coming back. From the girl from Canada 🇨🇦 I went back again and tried another doughnut thank you Alisha

I love ordering food from this place and the cheerful staff are a joy to visit in the mornings. But the quality control of their sandwiches on more than a few mornings has left me burned. This is the second time in the span of a few weeks that I have been given a breakfast sandwich that was so hastily slapped together that ingredients were missing, completely unripe, or overcooked. I have had similar sentiments from friends and coworkers. I love this shop but wish that it didn't feel like a gamble ordering a wilton breakfast sandwich some mornings

Great place for breakfast sandwiches! Got a sausage, egg and cheese as well as a bacon, egg and cheese - both on a hard roll and were delicious. Also got a cinnamon and nut roll which was tasty. Service was fast and welcoming.

We stopped here on a recent road trip. So glad that we did! Breakfast burrito was one of the best I've ever had. The steak, egg and cheese bagel sandwich was fabulous. There were interesting doughnut flavors, and what we tried was very tasty. The staff was so incredibly friendly, and they checked in a few times to make sure we were pleased. So glad that we stopped here. Can't wait to check in again next time we come through town!

What a great find on our way through the state. The most important thing to take away, get the blueberry donut. DO IT.

We’re not from this area, so we were trying to find something open on a Sunday morning since we were traveling. What a sweet little shop! It was bustling with activity, the food was absolutely delicious, and the people were very kind. We highly recommend!

I love Uncle Leos. The food and staff are always amazing. It is my favorite go to for breakfast and lunch. ☘️ A special thanks to the lovely lady that was behind me today (3/16/23) who encouraged me to buy the handmade Stromboli that was on the counter. It was absolutely incredible! If you stop in this place and see a Stromboli sitting on the counter, grab one!!!!

Delicious sandwiches, fresh rolls, bagels & donuts, friendly folks; Uncle Leo’s is a breath of fresh air along the Route 7 slog towards I-95. If you’re patient like me & can handle a minor order foul-up from time to time (I haven’t had this issue myself, but I see it repeated in the comments & makes me think it could be an attitude issue on the part of the reviewers) you’ll have no problem enjoying Uncle Leo’s fine selection. Pay attention to the specials board!

Ordered a apple Danish that was stale. Told the counter and they said yes they are old. No refund or even a sorry. What a shame I've been going there often.

Staff was really friendly. We were greeted as we walked in the door. The breakfast sandwiches and donuts/pastries were fresh and tasted great. We really enjoyed it. We've stopped here twice and no complaints.

Editing: I was hangry.. the service really is top notch and they know they can do better (especially when it’s the tail end of a busy Sunday brunch — owner gave me my donut on the house bc they ran out of avocado for their incredibly good “Wilton” breakfast sand. Similarly, when the online order prev weekend didn’t print and I was hanging around for an extra bit gave me the coffee I wanted to purchase on the house as well). They’re a great small business that manages to stay crowded despite heavy competition. Everyone deserves some grace, especially when they’re swamped w/hungry families on a Sunday lol. I’m leaving my original review below..they do seem to have a problem with their online ordering options (any app related orders don’t print thru to kitchen for ex. So they’ll hustle and get your sandies made but defeats point of ordering ahead). “Decent food but the ordering ahead doesn’t work. Placing the order there doesn’t work. They’re busy so things seem to get misplaced..often”

Stay away!! Ordered a blueberry muffin this morning for my small child only to realize they were eating a cranberry walnut muffin. On top of forgetting a sandwich with the order.

Sandwich was good, but it was not as advertised on their Google profile. No GF bagels or espresso drinks. Large selection of pastries.

Tried out Uncle Leo's for the first time today with a dlivery order. Chose a couple staples of mine: a breakfast sandwich in the form of a Heart Attack Wrap and a Chicken Cutlet Sandwich. The food arrived a bit late but that happens from time to time. Things were well erapped and the food was still warm when it arrived. The Heart Attack Wrap was a very filling breakfast sandwich. Full of all the meat you could want each bite was quite tasty. I was glad I ordered it with a hash brown which helped break it up a little. The chicken cutlet sandwich was also quite good, I ordered it with added bacon and advocado. The combination worked well. Overall great experience and would order again!

I tried this place for the first time. They were accommodating and nice but the ordering/waiting experience was chaotic. People were standing all over and was a tight situation. Good donuts and coffee.

👍👍 The service is phenomenal... we get inside and it said closes at 8pm... we were about to turn around because it was 7:45 ... the lady said to to us you got time... so we were seated. There were several other tables finishing up around us but Mikala ( I believe that was our server) came over with a s...
