    I have joined many gyms and this by far is the best program ever. The coaches are absolutely fantastic. They sincerely care and are passionate about what they do. I enjoy working out here. The energy is welcoming and everyone is so friendly and helpful. One big family! ❤️❤️❤️

    I did not realize I needed fit body boot camp until I actually experienced it. I was occasionally working out, but had no accountability and honestly minimal motivation. Fit body is not your usual gym. They are a family, and the coaches are truly invested in your health journey. I like the accountability they provide by keeping track of your workouts. So far it’s been a great experience. You all rock!!!

    Great facility! Never would have thought I would get an amazing workout in 30 minutes! Coaches are great and they have a great balance of pushing you and knowing your limitations. You truly become a family when you join and the support you have for one another, is nothing like I’ve seen before.

    Beavercreek Fit Body Boot Camp is amazing. I have been working out at home alone for 5+ years, and didn't know what I was missing. Since joining in March 2022, I have become so much stronger...and going to class is the highlight of my day. The energy from the coaches is contagious...and you will leave smiling (and sweating). Can't recommend enough.

    I joined back in June 2022. Of course, life happens but I've managed to hit a milestone of 100 workouts. I like all the coaches but my favorite coach is Tim; he is always energetic every morning and I like when greets me by name and when he calls out my name during workouts. It is very motivating! He is always high-fiving and challenging me with heavier weights as well. For those military folks that are interested, they do not offer military discount. However, they do waive the $99 fee to join so that helps. For $34/week, I get unlimited boot camp sessions, monthly access to the Inbody scan, and nutrition tips (logging meals into My Fitness Pal). The nutrition coach checks in once a month to see how everything is going. They also offer Small Group Training (SGT) 45 min sessions, which is an add-on cost and more personalized 1:1 training, etc. Overall, I like it and it allows me to workout for my health and have a bit of socialization with the regulars away from my WFH setting. I love how you are in and out in 30 minutes and I have been noticing changes in my arms/legs, etc. The atmosphere is very friendly and fun as well and it does not feel weird going in there because everyone is there to improve their fitness. Definitely recommend!

    Great place for former college and highschool athletes who want to stay fit after "retiring"! I was a D1 college cross country runner and these workouts are tough, effective, and only take 30 minutes 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Exactly what I need to keep moving and stay in shape, the family atmosphere reminds me of the feeling of being part of a "team" that I have missed since graduating! I would recommend FBBC to ALL ages and ALL fitness levels, the staff will take care of you no matter what 🥰🥰

    Hands down the best gym in the Dayton area. The trainers take a personal interest in each client and ensure we get the best workout, no matter your fitness level. It’s only 30 minutes and you don’t have to think about which muscle group to focus on; the trainers do that for you! The trainers not only guide you through the entire workout but they provide instant feedback and adjustments during the workout. They are always encouraging and making sure we walk out a better version of ourselves. It’s a life changing gym experience that I highly recommend to all family and friends!

    Any one who needs motivation to work out should be here . This is just such a body positive environment . And anyone can do anything for 30 mins. I mean, the coaches are awesome and everyone is there for the same reason and supportive ! I look forward to going every day and on the days I can’t make it I’m bummed . I have NEVER stayed committed to “working out” . I’m going on 7 months of classes and I still love it! Do yourself and your health a favor and try it!

    Since joining Fit Body is Oct it had made a world of difference in my life. The coaches are amazing , the people are as well. I no longer dread working out in fact I look forward to it every day and miss it when I can’t go !

    30 minutes in and out. Love the upbeat music and trainers that push you the entire time. Best workouts I've ever got... no treadmills or machines that bore you. Great for the experienced and easy to jump in and start for the beginners. Everyone is welcoming... Highly recommend !

    Best gym in town! The coaches are full of energy + motivation and care about every client and their individual goals! The atmosphere is welcoming to all, and always energetic! And I love the variety of the workouts… never the same. ‘Always leave feeling great, and glad I went. They also offer Small Group Training which is fantastic! I’ve been in SGT since the beginning!

    I'm so happy to see all the positive feed back on this place, I joined some time ago and I was so excited to start and get my life and body back from having 5 back surgeries within 2 years. I joined paid my money up front for the whole program, then I had 2 brothers die, that being hard enough as it is I was responsible for the Estate and inherited the payment for my brother's trailer. 2 years later everything is finalized, my point is that Boot Camp beavercreek would not refund my money not even a portion of it. I'm just now allowing myself to be at peace with losing 2 of my older brothers and I'm happy to see while I could not be accommodated at least some people got to achieve their goals.
