Of
course,
life
happens
but
I've
managed
to
hit
a
milestone
of
100
workouts.
I
like
all
the
coaches
but
my
favorite
coach
is
Tim;
he
is
always
energetic
every
morning
and
I
like
when
greets
me
by
name
and
when
he
calls
out
my
name
during
workouts.
It
is
very
motivating!
He
is
always
high-fiving
and
challenging
me
with
heavier
weights
as
well.
For
those
military
folks
that
are
interested,
they
do
not
offer
military
discount.
However,
they
do
waive
the
$99
fee
to
join
so
that
helps.
For
$34/week,
I
get
unlimited
boot
camp
sessions,
monthly
access
to
the
Inbody
scan,
and
nutrition
tips
(logging
meals
into
My
Fitness
Pal).
The
nutrition
coach
checks
in
once
a
month
to
see
how
everything
is
going.
They
also
offer
Small
Group
Training
(SGT)
45
min
sessions,
which
is
an
add-on
cost
and
more
personalized
1:1
training,
etc.
Overall,
I
like
it
and
it
allows
me
to
workout
for
my
health
and
have
a
bit
of
socialization
with
the
regulars
away
from
my
WFH
setting.
I
love
how
you
are
in
and
out
in
30
minutes
and
I
have
been
noticing
changes
in
my
arms/legs,
etc.
The
atmosphere
is
very
friendly
and
fun
as
well
and
it
does
not
feel
weird
going
in
there
because
everyone
is
there
to
improve
their
fitness.
