This shopping center has it all. It is in RSM's center so it is a convenient location, with lots of parking and many stores and eating options. What is nice is that you can do grocery shopping at Trader Joe's and across from that is Target, so you can do your common goods shopping as well. There plenty of food options within the shopping center, but if you don't find something in this location right next this center is another shopping center that has lots to offer as well.the movie theater is also very nice to have, it is definitely something everyone should try once. Target Trader Joes Cinepolis Flame broiler Hannah's BJs is just on the other side but within area.

Went to movie theater, fantastic. Leather reclining chairs, order food/drinks from seat. Preordered and paid for seats with reserved seating.

Wonderful Center, Good fast food selections, nice sit-down restaurants ( can be pricy) a movie theater and a few Clothes Stores

Love this place , shopping unlimited. Everything you could ask for in this centre, great for a good night out or date. You could visit the movie theatre and go for desert after. Great for family on a night out as well.

Best shopping plaza around. Always easy parking and not to crowded.

Nice, convenient location. Would be nice to fill in the empty spots with a variety of shops, cafes and other resources so I wouldn't have to go to other towns.

Love this area. I got everything I need in one area. There's plenty of parking and safe. Trader Joe's, pizza press, movie theater, target, Kohl's, bed bath and beyond, Ulta, bath and body works, Panera, and more.

It has everything you need groceries, sporting goods bank, clothing, entertainment, accessories, and a fantastic collection of restaurants that can appease even those folks who are impossible to please. Wan-Fu is a little known gem of Rancho Santa Margarita. It is a family owned and operated restaurant that has been a part of the community for a long time and hopefully it will remain to serve our city. With plenty of parking, and easy accessibility SM Town Center is a wonderful place to check out if you are looking for something with no idea what you want.

We were at Hanna's for my birthday. It was amazing, delicious and very memorable. Dave Hanna came over was warm and inviting. Best place ever to celebrate it just have a delicious meal.

Lots of good stores here. Ulta the beauty store has all the make-ups a girl could want and really friendly helpful staff. Cinepolis is a luxury movie theater where you can see new movies and good food and booze is delivered right to your seat! (Its a tad expensive though) trader joes, one of my favorite places to buy groceries is right there with a great selection of unique foods and produce. So stop by and snag some free samples! Wingstop has the best chicken wings in town. Bath and body works if you wanna feel clean and smell goood. Mcdonalds for if you wanna eat some garbage food (everyone likes eating like a fatty once in a while) luckily theres a big 5 nearby so you have the choice to buy sporting goods to work off that big mac, or sweatpants to accommodate those extra pounds. poke bowl is the healthier alternative to fast food, its quick and you get to build your own bowl with some fish with rice/salad and your choice of some bombass dankass toppings. Theres a Marshalls for when you wanna feel like youre at a commercialized garage sale, theyre fully stocked with stuff that real stores couldnt get people to buy! All in all, its a good shopping center.
