This restaurant was just a few blocks from our hotel and a great find. Their happy hour is excellent with many great sushi choices at reasonable big city prices. The service was friendly and attentive. The calamari was the best calamari I've ever had. cooked to perfection and not too much breading. The sushi rolls were made beautifully and tasted excellent.

Nice urban romantic atmosphere and the service was excellent. We had several rolls, the shrimp and vegetable tempura, the sizzling pork belly and a peach lemonade. The sizzling pork belly was amazing but the rolls were kinda bland. The shrimp tempura in them had clealry been prepped much earlier in the day so the batter didn't have the best flavour or texture but overall everything was decent. We will definitely be back again

Absolute delight. I have been here multiple times and have enjoyed my experience every time. The waiter was super nice and friendly and the food and drinks are delicious. Their happy hour menu is fantastic too. The pictures feature the skirt steak dish, volcano roll, Seattle tempura roll, and another tempura roll with spicy tuna. My one complaint is that I wish there were more traditional rolls available on the menu. I like sushi that doesn't need mayo to taste good - of course they allow me to order without the mayo too, but it would be nice to have more traditional ingredients inspired rolls available on the menu too.

We really enjoyed our experience here! The atmosphere was very cool and modern. This could either be a place for casual dinner with friends or a nice date night. The food was delicious - I mean, you really can't go wrong with sushi in Seattle, can you? The miso soup was surprisingly filling. I wish I had room for the yummy looking mango cheesecake they had! And the service was great as well. Very attentive and polite. Would absolutely come here again!

Nice atmosphere. We were a party of 5, so the fifth person was crammed in at a four top table, but it worked fine. Sushi was amazing. Unfortunately they were not making the cucumber rolls the night we dined. Miso soup had mushroom which was a nice touch. Wait staff was pleasant. Solid 4 star experience.

This place usually has wait line if you have not made a reservation prior. My friend and I were lucky to get a table without reservation as some party cancelled ahead of us. So the ambience of this place is top notch. We ordered volcano, spicy tuna, spicy crab tempura rolls. I would say this place is one of the best places for sushi. Service is quick and staff is friendly. If you are a sushi lover this a must try!

We enjoy the happy hour here. Been coming here for many years. Things seem to be pretty solid even though new ownership took over. Their old fashion with Japanese whiskey is pretty good. I notice the shrimp dish is no longer large and fresh like it used to but everything else is still pretty tasty. I think the only complaint I have about this place is its music. I wish they can turn it down a little so we can hear our conservation. Felt like it was a nightclub vs a restaurant.

As visitors to Seattle, we had a wonderful experience at Wasabi. The sushi was incredible and vibe was on point. Jenny was friendly, very attentive, and welcoming. She invited us to come back and we did, the next night! I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for the happy hour specials.

Great sushi restaurant with an upbeat atmosphere. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were great but the service from Christopher was above and beyond. Great recommendations and knowledgeable about the products he's offering. Will be coming back again.

This place was delicious. We hit them during their happy hour. They have a ton of options on their menu for Happy Hour. Was really impressed by that. The rolls were wonderful, drinks were great and service was top notch. We had Ryan D as our server. He was friendly, efficient and had great recommendations. Was walking distance from our hotel. Didn't look like much from the outside but was another world on the inside. Thank you for a great experience.

Great sushi and Asian food restaurant. I love salmon and their teriyaki salmon was delicious! Cocktails were not to my liking though. There was no balance between the straight vodka and mixers so they didn't taste very good at all. Overall though, good experience and will be back again.

The happy hour is really good. Presentation of the food is great. Everything was good minus the service. It was a slow Monday and everyone seemed to be elsewhere. Bartender barely paid me any attention, was more focused on regulars, which is fine. However consistent engagement leads to further retention. I'll go back since I enjoyed the drinks and the music but I'm sure others wouldn't be so forgiving.

The staff here were so nice, and the waiter was really helpful in telling me about what sushi is cooked or not. I had the white rabbit roll with mango instead of salmon on top and a California roll. The white rabbit roll was so unique and tasted great, almost like a dessert sushi.

This incredible sushi and izakaya joint in the heart of downtown Seattle has some of the best Japanese food you can get. Incredible dishes with some really unique combinations make the sushi rolls top of the charts, and the various izakaya-style dishes come quickly and are quite tasty. The rolls at Wasabi were some of the freshest I've had in downtown, and we will definitely be coming back! ごちそさまでした！

I was trying to eat somewhere down the road and they were closing so an employee directed me here. The vibes felt very night club when I went which was fine but not what I was looking for. I sat at the bar and it took some time to get attention to order. I ordered 3 rolls. One I liked which had no sauce (thank god) and the other two were very mediocre. They put SO much sauce that it completely overpowered the flavors. Beyond the food, there was a woman at the bar who was scarily drunk and the bartender said he’s friends with her. She kept acting like she didn’t have her wallet and used apple pay to pay but then forgot she’d paid. The bartender said she only had two drinks while there but if you see someone is already drunk and keep serving them, that’s incredibly irresponsible. Needless to say, I’d not recommend coming here nor would I come back.

This is a super trendy, “young” feeling sushi restaurant with a modern take on sushi. The food was excellent- we were happy with everything we had. The cocktails were mostly riffs on classics but were really well done. The environment felt fun and inviting, and the heated toilet seats were an added bonus!

Amazing atmosphere and food! We had an amazing time here to the point of coming here 3 times during our vacation! Alex worked with us all those days to and was amazing service even though it was super busy most nights and also made amazing drinks! We are definitely coming back here the next time we find ourselves in Seattle again!

Fabulous service! I was taken such good care of by the bartender and all of the staff on Tuesday evening. Al of the food was spot on. I had the coconut prawns, belltown roll, and some calamari. I paired it with a special drink they handcrafted. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting!

Was looking for a place open late on Friday and chose this since there was no wait but still a good size crowd dining in. In addition to their happy hour before 6pm, they also offer happy hour 2 hours before closing every day. Not too much savings though since most of the food only appears to be $1-2 off the original price. My friend ordered the tempura udon and I ordered the California roll and hibiscus margarita. The margarita was too sweet for my taste, and the sushi was good but light on crab meat. My friend thought the udon and shrimp tempura were ok but didn't like the yam and eggplant used for the tempura.
