I came across Royal Way on my way home from Hempstead State Park. I did not expect so many fresh cooked hot menu options. Usually health food stores just have a few items and most of it is in the refrigerated section. Mary, the owner is an amazing lady, passionate about organic food and natural health. She is from Nigeria but was an MD in Russia, and speaks fluent Russian. I caught her by surprise when I switched from speaking English to Russian. She has an incredible story and background but what stood out most was how warm, welcoming and kind she was. She made me feel like I was right at home and could talk to her about anything. She changed her career in conventional medicine to help people recover their health the natural way, helping customers select the right supplements and tailor their diet. She also offered some free samples while I was there, which was nice. If you are in the area it is definitely worth a visit, so many fresh options on the menu or if you just need someone for advice with health, Mary is definitely the person to speak with.

Mary made me feel so special on my birthday when I ordered the organic chicken wrap and Inflammatory juice which was blended so nicely without residue. She makes any customer who walks in feel like family!! She’s ready to share details on the time, love, and healthy nutritious info that went into crafting the food and/or drink that you order. She cares for any customers well being and will tell you why a certain ingredient is good for you. God bless this heath food store that she refers to as “her ministry ” to genuinely help people eat quality healthy and delicious food.

Mary is amazing person and she recommended something different then what I ordered and it was amazing. I was surprised when I walked in to see all the health products and home made yogurt. Its not a typical juice bar and frozen yogurt but I went with my gut especially when Mary came out and welcomed me, I loved her energy and vibe. I dont live anywhere near but I'm so happy I stopped in and when I come this way I will definitely stop in again

I had the Tropical turmeric cleanser green smoothie and I felt the effect within hours and the drink is fresh and taste very delicious.

What a beautiful experience!!! Dr. Laura is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We spoke in depth of about all things health and I left with a tasty beet juice and a new mindset. You want to get your healthcare and wellbeing in check a visit to ROYAL WAY is a MUST!!!

My mother in law always brings back a green smoothie from this place. I went in for the first time today and the owner is so pleasant and helpful! I got the tropical green smoothie (which is always delicious!!) and mango & coconut vanilla frozen yogurt. Everything is 10/10

I can not say enough amazing things about my experiences at Royal Way health food store in Franklin Square. The owner, Mary, is an absolute Angel, who has been a teacher for me, mentor, and now like family. I have been coming here for 6 months now, and Mary has given me such life changing advice and recommendations on how to build a healthy lifestyle, I have actually lost 25 pounds in this short amount of time. She is so knowledgeable, and she loves to help others, so please stop in and see her and I guarantee she will change your life in some capacity, the way she has changed mine!!!

They are so full of knowledge and so helpful! The owner is a doctor and is so keen on supporting your health journey, I felt like she was more informative than any doctors office. The juice was delicious!! One of the best I’ve ever had. She made it custom to the symptoms I was experiencing. Can’t wait to go back!

Dr Mary was just a blessing! from the moment my sister and I walked in , her and her family made us feel welcome and took time to help us find the supplements that we needed and educate us on what the different products were and their health benefits. I think I found a new home lol ❤️

Dr.Mary is amazing . She cured my acid reflux naturally ,no antibiotics. I usually give her a call 10 minutes before to have my shake ready, I tell her to surprise me !! Her and her husband are both medical doctors and are extremely helpful . I will do my detox with her soon !

Is the best spot in all franklin of course if you’re into fitness life like me and your main goal is being like CR7 let’s go and enjoy and amazing juice and yell siuuu when we’re done!

Super nice and friendly woman and family. She is very passionate about our health and what we put into our bodies. She truly cares and has a lot of pride in opening such a great store! I loved the frozen yogurt! A little pricey but it’s worth investing in your health. There are many healthy foods and drinks served here. I can’t wait to try more food and drinks.

Also a great place for learning how to "Heal Thy Self" by eating what God has already given us to consume. This place will help you with your physical ailments. This places truly cares.

Mary is one of the sweetest, caring people I have come across. She is always concerned about you doing the right thing for yourself and improving your health. If you are interested in losing weight try her cleanse as it can help you shed some of those unwanted pounds. I would definitely recommend.

I have been waiting to come here for a few months. Today I finally got the chance. Immediately upon entering Dr. Mary welcomed me with this beautiful smile. She asked me how my weekend was and we started getting to know each-other. She told me she was a Doctor so we started talking about various health and wellness topics. She fluidly explained all of the things that make us sick from the way our food is grown to the environmental pollutants we breathe in and even ingest through our drinking water. She is extremely intelligent and truly cares about helping people with their health concerns. She also looks at all of us like family and as I left she said we are family now. This was really beautiful because it replaces the coldness of western medicine with warmth and love which is healing in and of itself. I really enjoyed the summer blast smoothie which was a mix of blueberry, strawberry, banana and Agave syrup.
