This is a very organized shopping mall, and I like the way management arranged things. The good thing about this mall is that they have a section exclusively for dining. I love their outdoor section as well. There was a nice view of their garden with fountains. Indeed a cool and nice place. We will definitely come back soon!

Well I do like the outlets but not today. I could not shop because of the cardinals game and all parking was for that. We could of park and shop but had to pay $20 to do so. Why wasn’t there a section for shopping only? I understand that would be hard considering people going to game would want to park there and not pay. Maybe you should figure out a way for shoppers and people going to game.

The outlet mall is a great place to go shopping for clothes and is conveniently located close to the NFL football stadium, cinema complex and the NHL hockey stadium where there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. There is lots of free parking, but it quickly fills up on weekends and public holidays.

I enjoyed my afternoon at the outlet. We drove out and it was an easy walk over to the Westgate Entertainment District. A few stores had really good sales.

Never fails to meet our expectations. Clean. Good variety of stores that seem to stay around. We visit the outlet every time we are in PHX and we load up on clothes, etc., for the coming year.

The stores are nice, but there is only shade in certain areas and a lot of the sidewalks are painted black. I have no idea why anyone would think that is a good idea.

Tangers is great don't get me wrong, but I can't give five stars to a place that literally only has stores full of shoes and clothes, I love the restaurants in tangers and there is so many great spots to sit with friends and family but it needs some new stores.

My daughter loves to come here. Alot of her favorite stores all on one place. Parking is crazy but the stores are not bad. A couple stores are still keeping track of how many people in at a time. Overall we really enjoy coming here!

Nice layout. Easy to find food & stores as well as my parking place. Some outlets had prices that did not seem like outlet prices (same prices as online sales). Good food selection. Very clean! Nice to have vending machines for water & soda all over as well as restrooms. Good job laying out this outlet.

Definitely found what I stopped by for at the Converse store. Dropped in on Michael Kora store as well and apparently they want to keep their fall/winter clothes for the upcoming season; the markdowns are not clearance priced except for the shoes. Overall not a bad experience especially at my go to store Polo Ralph Lauren store. Most items had a percentage off and I had a coupon for an additional 20% off which brought my total to under $100, which is almost unheard of for me in this brand. Was able to pickup a nice Polo outfit for my grandson’s birthday that will also show his hard work for being on the honor roll and being moved into all gifted classes near school year.

Nice place for shopping with the family, we spend the entire morning there, looking for a variety of clothing and shoes for everybody, great outlet with top fashion stores, very convenient location , lots of parking space, but does get very busy.

A long list of different stores and most of them have really good prices. There’s definitely something for everyone from sporty to luxury. On the day I went there were also a couple of food trucks including ice cream on a hot day. They have misters all around, some parts are shaded, and the bathrooms are inside with air conditioning.

Pretty solid outlet mall! It's clean, well maintained, and has multiple public bathrooms. There are a lot of good shops and most of them have pretty good deals. Only a few stores don't feel like actual outlets. There is a ton of parking as well, which is always helpful. It's in a pretty nice location as well. There are a few places to eat in the shopping center and if you go across a few streets there are even more restaurants to choose from. Right now there seems to be a lot of construction going on, but nothing that interferes with the shops or parking. Go on a week day if you can and avoid the crowds.

One of the best places for shopping. I have been here during Black Friday sale and we found almost everything we want!! Old Navy for kids, Charlotte for women, Nike, Levi's, Fossil and what not!! It is an amazing open style shopping mall with quite a few options of food. We got to munch at Subway and Dairy Queen which was best as always!! I totally loved every single bit of this place. Very well maintained.

Talk about money hungry charging $30 for parking on Sunday’s. At least give people refund for shopping in your property. I don’t want to hear about $10 dollar discounts on 8 participating stores wen it’s not even one of the stores we came for smh.

Love the layout, and the cluster of stores all in a walkable area. There are some really high end brands and affordable ones too. The whole shopping area is outdoors, but even on a hot day the location gets a nice breeze coming through.

So these greedy guys tried to charge me 30$ for parking. I went there with my wife and daughter to the mall to buy some stuff and they wanted to charge me 30$ for parking. I told them that I was going to the mall for like 20 mins just to buy something but they still didn’t let me park. I don’t know how the business feel about there customers being deterred from shopping there but I know I would be pissed.

Was able to completely redo my wardrobe with new clothes that would last me almost 2 weeks for about $200. That's a good deal and they were high end clothes like under armour and Ralph Lauren and polo. I'll be back again to pick up a couple more items for summer!

Although most employees are taking precautions for Covid19. Today I saw an employee at Lids not wearing a face cover or social distancing. Personally this was enough to make me leave the store.

  • 4/5 Lupe L. 3 years ago on Google
I know everyone is taking precautions because of corona virus but its az and ut is too hot to have people standing outside in a line they need to come up with a better idea or shade at the nike store.

As far as outdoor malls go, Tanger is great! With spacious parking lots and pathways, they always maintain clean restrooms and grounds. They have pretty water features and a variety of shops to choose from, including a few places to grab a bite to eat or drink. Great for back to school shopping!

  • 5/5 Vicente N. 2 years ago on Google
Had a really great experience shopping here. I needed some new clothes so I hit up this shopping strip. It's very well kept but be aware it does get busy. The shops here have done a great job of making sure people are wearing masks and aren't over crowding. Also across the way you'll find several restaurants and an AMC movie theater.

There are pros and cons with my experience at Tanger Outlets. Pros: The stores are nice and the employees are friendly and helpful. I visited Journey's for a pair of shoes for my son. Cons: Wish it was indoors and it is difficult to maneuver where the store is that you are looking for.

  • 3/5 Richard A. 2 years ago on Google
Nothing super amazing but it was good. Good shoes selection throughout the stores. Adidas had/has 50% most of the store so that was pretty awesome. Tanger usually puts on a decent outlet experience.

  • 5/5 Ron G. 2 years ago on Google
We are not typically brick and mortar shoppers but needed shoes today. We have a Premium Outlets near where we live which we don't like because it's all cement, hot, and has very little in benches or shade. The Tanger Outlets impressed us with the large covered, but open, areas for shade, lots of tables and benches in the shade, and huge ceiling fans to cool visitors, which is very important in a hot climate like Phoenix. There are also lots of planting areas in the middle of the walkways which visually softens all the cement and other hard surfaces.

  • 5/5 Matthew S. 1 year ago on Google
It's cool, clean, and friendly place! Great shops! I wish they tried and make it cooler for the summer months with more misters coverings and fans. Campus is well taken care of!

Lots of shopping here! Everything you can think of is here. I needed a pair of sunglasses....and found a shop with them! Love the outdoor sprayers to keep cool! Music was great!

We always visit the Anthem Outlet but this time Tanger is on our way. One of our go to is Banana Republic. But in this outlet mall, the female staff was not friendly and very arrogant. We still love BR, in fact we have a Credit Card with them, but we will no longer visit this particular BR location. What an unfortunate experience.

Disaster getting in and out of the parking. Not just the parking lot, but also off the freeway and in the direction of the outlets (it is by Cardinals stadium and also Westgate which are equally busy). They try to keep it cooler with misters but it's still so hot walking around there. Store placement and stores in general are good, ones you see at most outlets.

Someone needs hold accountable the puma store. They advertise to open at 10 am but it was close at 1005, 1030, 1105 am. There was 1 worker inside with the lights on but the store was close. Waisted my time and numerous potential clients, it's a poor reflection of Tanger outlets for nor being reliable.

  • 1/5 Aleisha C. 1 year ago on Google
I don’t fee like a valued customer at all. I was yelled at to pay 20 dollars. I’m not watching a football game therefore I shouldn’t have to “plan ahead” nor pay to shop. I don’t want a voucher or gift card, I’d like for them to put the same effort in making an area designated for shoppers as they do for all these football fans. The lady directing people was very unprofessional and rude. She shouldn’t work in this kind of field if she can’t handle customer service. She didn’t listen to anything I was saying and just demanded for the 20 dollars. She had no solutions just a disgusting attitude. I will simply being going somewhere else next time.

I went to the crocs store to make an exchange and how clean the mall looked and the amount of different stores in this mall especially with them all being pretty good brands made me realize I should've been coming here sooner ! I'll be back the Polo store was having a sale but I came too close to closing time

  • 4/5 Brittany B. 1 year ago on Google
Has a lot of great deals today, but they need to fix the traffic issues. Entering, parking, and exiting the outlet is literally a nightmare. So, plan accordingly.

I usually love shopping here but today we got asked to pay $20 for public parking that is usually free only because a game at the state farm stadium. I let the lady know we were only shopping but she said we still have to pay after waiting an hr in line. Instead of making a resort they should have thought of making more parking for events like these that affect shoppers to the outlet !

  • 4/5 Don L. 1 year ago on Google
Nice place for shopping, but I wish more stores are coming like Northface, Tommy bahama, Lacoste, Merrell, etc.

  • 3/5 Gigi R. 11 months ago on Google
I have very mixed feelings about my experience here. On the one hand, there were several events taking place in the hotels, football stadium, and auditorium on the same day whose concurrence may have soured my shopping experience. It was also consistently 100F or higher. However, I trudged in the heat just to find that the stores in the outlet mall had pretty much exactly the same prices as their equivalents in other stores of the same brand. Therefore, I see little point in coming to this outdoor shopping mall, when I could drive to an indoor mall or to a regular store, both of which would be air conditioned and not impacted by local events. That being said, the deals I found were average and the mall was in proximity to my own hotel. It's not a bad place and I'm sure that in reasonable weather, it's better. In my experience, though, it wasn't what I would hope to get out of an outlet mall whatsoever.

  • 3/5 Emma C. 8 months ago on Google
The outlets are amazing, the only problem I have is that nowhere on the site they let customers know that when there's a special event with there neighbors next door or around the area, we have to pay to park to go visit the outlet as they have issues of event customers parking in the outlets, so they charge $30 dollars. In case I missed it let me know, but I think that it should be posted in the section of hours of the outlets as many probably check what time they open and closet It would be nice that it was posted on the site so those of us that have nothing to do with the event going on and just want to shop at the outlets and don't want to pay $30 parking are aware before we make the trip over there as some of us don't live in the area. I think there has to be a better solution.

  • 5/5 Tienna D. 9 months ago on Google
Being from the East Coast there were a lot of outlets that myself and my partner have never seen before. It was a very nice environment that had water sprays throughout the walkways to keep people cool. Also all the stores had the nicest employees.
