Our son has an appointment at 1:20, we got there before time and nurse took us in the room at 1:25 and she said that the doctor will come soon. After sitting there for more then 35 minutes no one came so we went back to the reception and the receptionist tried calling the doctor but no one answered and we came back without the checkup. Very unprofessional doctor.... but front desk staff was good...

Went here for urgent care for my son, while he was in-between insurance. The urgent setup went great, received excellent service while in the appointment but other parts of their service isn’t so great. The website that outlines if you are eligible for financial aid is really confusingly worded and not thought out for those who are actively looking for that that kind of help. Also fun fact, if you’re bringing your kid in for an appointment both parents and the child may go. But if your kid has a sibling you can’t bring yourself and your two kids. Seriously? It’s the same number of people either way. The name of your organization is Seattle CHILDRENS. You’re anti-family? But pro children? I thought you’re a hospital, aren’t people who run hospitals smart? How am I supposed to get my son to an appointment if I have both my children with me? This policy just goes to show that intelligence has nothing to do with thinking things through.

I took my daughter here Seattle children in everett and it was the worst experience I ever had. They put us in room and literally forgot us there, she was crying and I couldn't to calm her down. we waited for the nurse for good 30min and then it took the doctor another 1hr for her to come to us. She said she will give a medicine to my daughter and to wait for 5mins and we waited another 45min, I nock the door to see if anybody is on the other side but No one came in so I left. I made huge mistake coming here instead of urgent care.

Took my son here for an urgent care appointment when he was not feeling well. They were all super sweet. The front desk was so nice to my toddler son, who was acting very fussy and chaotic. She gave him stickers and a beanie baby, which helped to call him down and actually completely made his day. The MA, nurse and doctor were all thorough and awesome. The wait time was completely reasonable for urgent care ( people who complain about long wait times, be realistic, have you never been to a doctors office before?) I will definitely be trusting them with my son's care for any future urgent care appointments.

Extremely frustrated. My 4 year old daughter had an appt in the eye clinic today and we live almost 2 hours away. Her older sis had covid last week so my wife called to make sure she can still be seen. They pulled her up by her birthday and said that it is totally fine so long as the affected daughter wasn't present only to be refused services when we got here after being stuck in an isolated room for 45 minutes. Unbelievable. 75 dollars in gas and 4 hours later and no t happy clients.

Every time we visit our children’s doctors at Seattle children’s hospital or the north clinic it’s a pleasure to be there. Everyone who visits our twins room during visits is so kind and friendly and they are always so helpful and also it always seems like we are in and out of there so fast!<3

Please correct and make clear on your urgent care hours. I have driven here twice from granite falls and have been turned away. The first time was a Sunday evening at 6:30 ( online hrs said it was open until 8pm ) the parking lot was empty and as soon as I parked a women came out and said they were full and I could go across the street to the emergency department or find another urgent care. The second time I went there (10:30 am on a Tuesday) I was told that the urgent care hrs didn't open until 5pm. Providence for the win in mill creek I guess. It's a bummer because our first experience with my youngest was great. The doctors and staff are very nice. The online information wasn't very clear until you read into it completely. My bad I guess.

Our family has visited the North clinic many times. With 4 kids it seems like we are there often. I absolutely love that we can make appointments ahead of time so we dont have to sit in the waiting room and wait. It is also helpful that they have walk in appointments as well. The welcoming staff is always so friendly and very helpful. Rainee is fantastic and always concerned with getting my children the help they need. We also love many of the Drs there. Dr. Lindsay and Dr Denise have developed positive relationships with my children and in turn my kids have grown to trust them. The relationship helps to make visiting the Dr not so scary. The only thing that would help to make the North Clinic more amazing is if they had a pharmacy onsite. Other than that we love having a Seattle Children's in Everett that is such a clean and friendly atmosphere.

One of the worst facility. I had to go in with my 2 year old as something went in his eye. I was told that wait weeks be 30 mins but ended up being 2+ hrs till almost midnight. After such doctor told me to go to emergency as they were not comfortable cheating the eye!! Couldn't that have been told earlier. Feels like a scam as I was further sent to Seattle emergency care where they asked me to wait too . after waiting 30 mins when I asked they said it could take couple of hrs. Not until I made it clear that I'll leave and dont want the help somebody came and worked with us.seems like all they need is your money.

I called to see if I can reach the non emergency line to see if recommended to bring my daughter in, it’s not an easy number to find, but apparently Childrens doesn’t have an nurse you can call and get advice, which is so odd for a children’s hospital, but Evergreen hospital has a non urgent line to speak with a nurse. The fact the main operator doesn’t have a directory in-front of them to speak to a nurse is ridiculous. Very incompetent people and wouldn’t trust my child to be seen by employees that can’t even find a number in front of their face.

Our recent visit to the urgent care center for my daughter left us with mixed feelings. While the hospital itself was clean and the staff friendly, the wait time to see a doctor was excessively long, causing frustration and impatience, particularly for young children. We had scheduled an urgent care appointment, hoping for prompt attention. However, we ended up waiting for 1.5 hours before being seen by a doctor. The initial consultation went well as the doctor suggested some medicine. However, we were then asked to wait for paperwork, which took an additional 15-20 minutes. Despite informing the staff that we were still waiting for the paperwork, it took some time for a nurse to bring it to us.

This is “URGENT CARE CLINIC” where patients are asked to go because it is urgent but looks like the management simply lacks basic understanding of English language and requires families to know their emergencies and set appointments for urgent care. This place is a joke with one of the worst and rude staff with ZERO understanding of what patient and family and specially children are going through. If the management for this clinic is not deaf they hopefully understand and take some action. There are probably other urgent care clinics that are way better. Would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go here. I don’t believe they are children centric or they even care. The whole approach is to PUSH FAMILIES TO GO TO ER SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY. They lack empathy and basics of being in a Nobel profession. EDIT: I see a lot of complaints about rude staff and appointment issue, clearly no action by management so they should change their name to “Seattle make money off Children’s clinic.”

No idea what the level of care is here, but they call this an urgent care center. Nothing about it is urgent. An appointment is required. Don’t waste your time if you baby or child needs seen, go to a real urgent care or the ER.

They don't even deserve one star but there is no option. I went to the emergency room with an appointment and they locked me in a room for 3 hours. The doctor never came, they only gave me a prescription with an antibiotic. My son continued the same and the next day they call me, how is the patient after? from the appointment with the doctor??? If they never checked my son, the nurse measured his temperature and the weight was everything, we never saw the doctor because he was never there After a delicate operation, the child has been with symptoms and an antibiotic is not the solution. They are incompetent and unprepared.

I was greeted by a friendly parking attendant, the security guard was nice, the front office staff was wonderful and warm. I didn't have to wait long and Dr. Gow was fast, reassuring and personable. The facility was unique and beautiful. Very happy with this hospital.

I took my sick two year old into urgent care. It was a very scary time but the staff made our experience so amazing. Duane (the medical assistant) was extremely kind. He brought my kiddo snacks and a toy. He and the nurse and doctor all came up with a treatment plan very quickly how to treat my child. There was no waiting for answers for hours. They devised a plan and got him treated so quickly. I am so greatful and thankful for their caring team going above and beyond. I will never go to the walk in again. 10/ 10 best experience

My boy had appointments at 5:10, actually we was going to late, called to same number about a late and they said it’s okay. When we get there unprofessional front desk lady was check in our front person with 30 min. My wife is pregnant tired in line. After all she said we are late need to wait another hour and said didn’t receive any call from center. She called to ask from supervisor, while she saying “they just came”. Come on we was in line 30 min. If she just apologized Of course I’ll not make a 1 star. She was still nonstop arguing blah blah blah… instead of apologizing. How come front desk can be like this kind of attitude. Besides nurses are fine.

We have been going to this location many times, but recent experience prompted to put review, we went for my toddler's ultrasound, the technicians was very rude and was instructing my toddler like he was an adult to lay still else she will not perform the scan. It felt like technician just wanted to get out quickly. As a parent we expect the technician and providers to be patient with the kids especially at Childrens hospitals...

You have to schedule urgent care online. The reason for UC is to get in and out, not expected things but not emergent. Suoer irritating.

For exhausted parents that work and care for their children the greeter at the door was rude and insensitive telling me we needed an appointment. I will say this sometime when your kid is in pain and your already at a urgent care the last thing you think about is setting an appointment. I do understand appointments are important but to consistently be told you need an appointment next time or we won’t see you as though a person is incompetent is annoying. After stating YOU STILL HAD APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE.

I think what's important to know about this particular urgent care is that they are going to charge you whatever your copay is to get into a room, I guess, and then an extra added fee to see a doctor. We ended up with quite a hefty, unexpected and unavoidable bill and there was nothing actually wrong with our daughter. Can't imagine what the experience (and bill!) would be like if something had been actually wrong.

Angela L Germeroth, she is the best physical therapist that I have ever seen. I have seen her for many months for my little baby. I cannot express how thoughtful and caring she is ALL THE TIME. I would recommend her to anyone, not limited to infants.

Very friendly I felt like they took time to actually listen, they had plenty of parking and a nice waiting room with plenty of space to sit, I hope I don't ever need to take my baby back but if I do I definitely would not hesitate to go back there, it was a calm welcoming environment

The very kind and helpful man working security at the front desk today gave my car a jump and stayed there until I made it off the parking lot safely after an appointment for my son. He went above and beyond to be helpful and kind.

The whole facility is amazing. Most recently we have had a lot of labs done- the two ladies have BEEN AMAZING with my 5 month old. It makes coming to the appointments so nice because they are so wonderful with my baby and with us parents! Thank you Seattle childrens staff and that you SO MUCH to the 2 lab techs- you both are incredible!

The staff here is amazing; they listened, throughly explained everything, and answered all of our questions (no matter how big or small). I had a surgery August 19th of 2021 for a rare condition in my ribs and was there overnight. My night nurse, daytime nurse, surgeon, the anesthesiologist, and more were all amazing! I also have scoliosis, so I’ve had many appointment check-ups at the Seattle and Everett location. 😂♡ (Note: I have never come here for a regular checkup or urgent care, so I am not sure how it is that way.)

It is so nice for Seattle Children's Clinic to be 0pen in Everett now I wished they were in 1980's. When our 4 children had emergency's we took off work and drove to Seattle Children's sometimes more than 7 days because if they were in the hospital. All doctors and staff are working hard to help you. But due to retired employees who retired it takes a little more time patience is needed. Thanks for your hard work. A grandma of 6 girls Linda

Recently took my two little ones here. I scheduled ahead online for 9:10/20pm for the boys. We ended up being there about 30 min early, they weren’t able to get us in sooner (which is ok, shouldn’t be an expectation) the waiting area is so open yet has ample seating. They had one receptionist when I came in and another came out about 10 min later. Plenty of free parking (again we visited at night) the nurse was very nice and kid friendly, she protected herself appropriately wearing a mask and gloves while obtaining vitals and getting history information. The provider who saw my kids was also nice and kid friendly (I say this because not all who work with kids are as nice) I was able to get a new spacer for my sons inhaler they were both swabbed for strep and flu and the nurse was very gentle and fast (as fast as you can be obtaining a swab) they discharged us before results of the flu test (there was a long wait and it was almost 11pm at this) I appreciated this so I could get my little ones home. Would definitely take my little ones back here if I need to.

My 1.5 year old daughter has been here both for urgent care and a specialist appointment. The building is brand new and beautiful with a TV for the kiddos, coloring table, and an xbox to play while waiting. Her urgent care visit was very quick and thorough. Very nice reception, nurse, and dr. Her specialist appt did take a little while, around 20 mins, to be called back even though we were on time but I am a patient person so not that but of a deal to me. The dr we saw was very nice, very good with the baby, very real and down to earth and helpful. This location is amazing as its wonderful to have Seattle Childrens dr's without driving into seattle. Although I am disappointed the urgent care has limited hours during the weekdays.
