What happened to our favorite hospital. Whenever we had an emergency Lagrange was our place to go. We took our daughter here many times. And I strongly believe that Iā€™m alive because of wonderful doctors and nurses that took care of me when I had COVID in 2020 Recent visit with my father change my opinion to the point that I wonā€™t be coming back here anytime soon. We brought my father 71 years old with excruciating pain around his belly and back with high fever and nausea hoping that he will get the wonderful care like we always did. 10/06/2022 We got checked in and asked to wait, after one hour blood work, ultrasound and EKG was performed and we were asked to continue waiting. Hours were passing and there still was no room for him. We came in around 7:15pm and left at 2AM without seeing a doctor or at least a resident. My husband was possessed off before we decided on leaving he asked whatā€™s is going on ? will we be able to a doctor ? The nurse told us no chance maybe around 7-8 AM they are understaffed and itā€™s been like this for months, most of the time they even need to send ambulances away. This is INHUMAN!!!! I donā€™t understand why she couldnā€™t tell us on the beginning that there is no doctors, how can this be allowed!!!!??? What kind of nurse can look at a full lobby of suffering people and with straight face just say please wait!!! Knowing that nobody will be helped. I took my dad to a different hospital and he was treated for a kidney and gallbladder stones. I will tell everyone about this horrible situation because I donā€™t want anyone else to go through this emotional and physical pain that we all were put through!! There is nothing worse then watching your love one suffer and not being able to help them. I thought by bringing my dad to this ER Iā€™m helping him that he will get pain killers and in few hours he will be much better, instead I cry from helplessness and disappointment. Shame on you all !!!!!!!!!

The doctors are totally hit or miss. My mother had a stroke, it took them over a month to try to find a rehab place. One of the doctors just continually said, with zero bedside manner "You should just throw in the towel, with her age there's no point" They dragged everything out for over a month and a half, they never found a place for her to do rehabilitation. My mother came home on hospice after being neglected in the hospital, nurses wouldn't feed her unless one of us was there, since she had swelling difficulty, they didn't want to spend the time to feed her. There was one nurse that would actually take time for it. Otherwise she went all day without water, most days without food. The hospice group they sent us home with, is absolutely awful. We were told in aid would come twice a week to help clean my mother. They have come zero times. We were told nurses would be here there have not been. I know the hospital is not directly related with the hospice services, however this is who they recommended. I could not be more disappointed. Also with my mother coming home at hospice, the hospital and nurses are still calling for follow-up appointments? When they should know what's going on. Absolutely no one reads charts. I had to keep being called about what medicines my mother was on. I don't know why they don't look at the history of the patient when that is the only hospital she would ever use. Maybe since becoming part of a bigger company hospital the quality of care has gone down. There's definitely a lack of care, a lack of kindness and staff. There's maybe a handful of people who were good during or stay there. The fifth floor rehabilitation is probably the best group.

Worst ER experience! Went in last night at 9:30 pm, went in after 2 hours to have my bp taken, then was left in waiting room. I had horrible pain in my hip and knee, I couldn't sit on those horrid hard seats. They kept saying I was next to go in. I left at 5:30am without ever seeing a doctor. What happened to this place? Used to be a good hospital. I'd give them no stars if I could.

My father was brought into the ER when he stopped breathing and suffered cardiac arrest. The ER staff was amazingly supportive and straight forward in explaining that although his pulse and breathing restarted at the hospital, that his prognosis was grim. In the ICU his nurse Karen was as kind and supportive to us as anyone could be. She spoke to him by name as she cared for him. Stroked his hair and supported our grief as we said goodbye. Your Critical Care doctor ( I am sorry I do. It remember his name ) was kind and gentle in letting us know that my dad could not recover from this. For 12 hours he was kept comfortable and when he passed away it was peaceful. Your staff let us grieve and say our goodbyes. This was the worst day of my lifeā€” but your wonderful doctors and nurses made it bearable with their support. Thank you to each and every one of them

Went with trouble breathing and lungs burning due to what I felt was a virus. I waited 6 hours. My back was in spasm. I was in so much pain. A consequence of sitting and just short walks. Staff was put out that I was as there. One said why do Drs keep sending everyone to ER. I had a EKG. Run twice. I asked Attendant why and he said because. Would not recommend this facility.

The care team I had for my surgery was awesome! This was my first time at this hospital. I went for a TKR and I was scared. The care team; nurses, the doctors and recovering team were nice and informative. They made my experience pleasant. The food was really good too. I had to spend one night in the facility and the staff was very friendly! Thanks to everyone who attended me! I truly appreciate it!

When I went the ER they checked me and all that stuff. But they didnā€™t check me good at all. They right away gave me a diagnostic. Which I thought was super fast and they didnā€™t manage to do a chest X-ray. When my bill came it ended up coming super high with the bare minimum they did to me. I just wouldnā€™t recommend coming here. Few days later I went to my general doc and she told me something way different than what the hospital told and at that moment it made sense of how I was feeling. Overall, it was a waste of time coming to this hospital to find out I had something else than what the hospital had told me.

Well where do I even begin. For years I have had family and friends go here and they never had anything good to say about the staff, patient care and really nothing good to say about the hospital itself. My fiancĆ© is pregnant with our first child so we decided to see a doctor at Lagrange really due to the convenience of how close we live to the hospital. Let me just say our experience here at this so called hospital has be anything but convenient or good. They grossly missed judged how far along she was by almost 3 months, the staff with the expectation of a few are all extremely rude, they lost her test results so she now has to re due test after the baby is born which is incredibly annoying and unprofessional, they also called to schedule an appointment one time and when we told them what date and time worked for us they told us they couldnā€™t make the appointment yet because ā€œthere schedule was not outā€ they were the ones who called us to make it. The biggest mistake they made is the so called doctor didnā€™t send the order to get the 20 week ultrasound done despite us making an appointment for it 3 weeks prior. All we got was a ā€œweā€™re sorryā€. You know how dangerous this is my fiancĆ© is over 20 weeks pregnant and your organization has yet to do a ultrasound. So now we are switching hospitals, due to this terrible patient care. We will also be filling a complaint with the state and reporting la grange hospital. Please to others that are thinking about going here please do not for your own sake save yourself the head ache and go elsewhere, trust me you want nothing to do with this ā€œhospitalā€

I know that nobody wants to review a hospital and needed to go here for a redo of my new knee. The first joint failed after 1 year and a few months, so a revision, and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and care I received. My phone contact was Jose, aka "Joey" and we were joking with each other about upcoming surgery. I was at the hospital when Jose came in to check me before surgery, and he remembered me. Everyone we had contacted here were all very professional and really cared about the situation and helped to ease my thoughts. My surgeon was Alex Tauchen, from Illinois Bone and Joint, and he was amazing and if ever I need more fixes on joints, I would use him and his team. One person was, Taylor, and she working quickly to get me set up. The aftercare I received was above average, as they needed to keep me overnight, to check progress. I am home now and they still keep helping my wife and myself to reach my goals. Anyone looking for a great hospital and awesome care should come here. I even was put into a private room, with more great care. The staff checked me every few hours to make sure all was good and foods were NOT BAD at all, you pick from a menu.

I went to the ER back in November 2019 with shortness of breath. I was taken well taken care of by the entire ER staff. When they realized I had more serious issues I was taken to a room. I received excellent care from the nurses and the doctors that I saw and the technicians who performed needs tests. The food was horrible and there weren't any menu options, which I thought was strange. There was also a harp player who came in and asked if I would like her to play. I said sure, I love music. It was just beautiful and peaceful and good for the soul. I hope that she is still there as music can be so soothing, especially when you're sick. I am writing this review now because I was reminded of my stay there while reading a devotion this morning. Overall I received excellent care during my stay at LaGrange.

Overall, my rating reflects the abhorrent overall focus of hospital administrative staff to kick my mom out of the hospital before it would become the murky area after the two-midnight Medicare rule---more to come. My mother was admitted post-car accident (conveniently after midnight) in an observation status. Hospital communication was horrible. Coming from a military background, I could not fathom how an organization could be run so poorly. My mom never knew when the doctor, case worker, nurse, or ortho would visit (even after repeated asking). She was also never told the out-of-pocket insurance ramifications of being treated in an observation status. I flew in to lobby on her behalf but THE case worker WOULD NOT let me talk to the original admitting physician (legal?). I remember the case worker coming in, throwing a list of low-rated skill nursing facilities at my mom asking her to "choose one," and walking out. Are you serious? I was forced to call over 20 locations (that were not mediocre) to ask about availability and out of pocket payment based on her status. It is sad because some nurses and other aids were amazing, but overall administration is abhorrent. In an already extremely stressful situation, this hospital failed SIGNIFICANTLY to quell my mother's high level of fear and anxiety over her injury and recovery. I hope one day that hospitals like this will have to answer for such low patient care and satisfaction. Do not patron this hospital.

Came in for surgery yesterday, Mari Lou was one of the most compassionate nurses I've ever encountered. Thank you for making me feel safe and making me laugh, I was in great hands. She took really good care of me & my 2 boys who were there to support me. Dr. Will performed the surgery, all went well, the nurses in the outpatient surgery floor are all VERY attentive and genuinely nice. My boy passed out after watching my iv go in and everyone rushed to help him. I am Thankful I was in good hands, I would highly recommend La Grange hospital. The level of care & compassion is above my expectations. I was seen immediately as I have a few auto immune disorders. Constantly checking on my pain level and making sure I was comfortable.

From the front desk at check in to the nurses and all staff were amazing. Very caring of your needs. I felt better just with them caring for me. The food was amazing. The nurses were very informative and showed that you mattered to them. They made my stay very comfortable and made sure I was feeling better.

I did not feel welcomed by the staff at AdventHealth LaGrange Hospital. The front desk receptionist at building 2 was very unprofessional. She did not greet me in a professional way when I stepped up to the desk. When she asked me what type of insurance I have, she insisted the procedure I was there to receive, was not going to be covered by my insurance. Due to the type of insurance I have and the color of my skin, I felt she was being very rude to me because of those reasons. When it was time for the next guest to be helped(a Caucasian woman), the receptionist greeted her in a welcoming way, offered her help and seemed more patient. When it was time for my procedure, the ultrasound technician was also unwelcoming and flustered as if she were experiencing stress during my visit. She gave me quick instructions and left the room. She did not give me a chance to ask her any questions. When she returned, the procedure went very quick and again, she asked me to change and left the room. When I was finished changing, I noticed the sheets and bed were sanitized and assumed the procedure was done. I opened the door and found the technician at the desk across the room. I asked if if the procedure was done because she had not given me instructions on what to do next. She then explained to me which way to exit the hospital. I was following her through the hallways when a hospital staff greeted her. She began to talk to him and just told me to continue through the hallway without clear instructions. As I arrived to the main lobby I was lost and had to exit the building and walk outside around two buildings to find my vehicle. Overall the experience I had at AdventHealth LaGrange hospital was not great and I would not recommend. I have been to numerous hospitals, and Iā€™ve never experienced anything like this from hospital staff.

Do not waste your time here! My mom came here this morning in so much pain. They told her they think she has cancer but do no tests for it and send her home. She was then taken back in an ambulance tonight because her pain got worse and sheā€™s been in the waiting room for HOURS and still has not been seen. This place used to be filled with the best staff now itā€™s trash and looks like it too. This isnā€™t the first time sheā€™s gotten treated horribly a previous time she was there in pain a nurse put her in the plastic box area in the waiting room in the ER and told her that she needs to shut up her crying is too loud and disturbing others. They need to reevaluate their staff and how they treat patients. SMH!

The service at LaGrange has not been the same since post covid. We have been in this neighborhood for 26 years. We have had a great experience at LaGrange. My husband was hospitalized in June and July 2022 and the service was awful. He had to wait a long time to be changed, to be fed, I call a nurse they donā€™t respond. Nurses were not following protocol. When I asked the Head nurse what needs to be done in order for me to receive his medication on time, she said that our family needs to be here to do it. Now we are back again and the wait at ER on a Friday night was over 3 hours. Then the service was better but there is still a long wait for medication, for patients to be fed and to be cleaned up. It is disappointing. Yes nurses are busy but it is inexcusable that a patient canā€™t be given medication on time and canā€™t be taken to the bathroom when needed. They also leave the trash can and the room stinks and we have to ask several times for the trash to be taken out of the room.

Knee replacement surgery went so well, home by dinnertime. Staff were so caring and attentive, checking on me frequently to check pain levels, answer questions, even made sure I ordered lunch in time so I could get real food instead of crackers and applesauce. Pre-surgery and post-surgery staffs are awesome. Thanks so much for another successful same day surgery!

My procedure was more than 2 hours delayed waiting for an Anesthesiologist. When the young lady finally came, she obviously was not happy. She never introduced herself and was extremely rude. The RN, Jennifer, was outstanding and went totally above and beyond. Dr. Gibbs, cardiologist, was very nice and quite professional.

Dr Fatima who is new at the GP practice I have been going to for years was wonderful. She listened to me and offered the treatment plan she felt would treat my illness. The nurse who took my vitals was lovely. The overall reception and checkout is seamless and everyone is (and always has been) very friendly.

This was my very first time in the hospital & I had received the best care possible. Nurses & all staff members on the 2nd & 3rd floors were wonderful & very responsive when I was in need of anything. Very clean hospital! Special thanks to Sarah, my nurse from the 2nd floor for her patience because I just wanted to be released & go home with her trying to make me more understanding in how they need to do their job at getting me to be better and she was right. Very sweet girl! Glad to be out of the hospital & doing much better!

I canā€™t say enough good things about Lagrange Hospital. I could honestly say itā€™s the best hospital I ever went to. I had the best nurses. When I called for them they came right away. Surgical team was great. My surgical prep nurse Jackie was the best. Thank you everyone for the best care I could get. Charmaine Adasiak

Professional, caring, competent, in all aspects except for tracking of surgical status. Surgeon called family waiting saying it went well I was fine and going to recovery, BUT the board still had me in surgery, no one from hospital was around in the waiting area to ask why board status was not updated. While still showing me still in surgery long after surgeons phone call my family finally called a number in the waiting area. Alas this went to a recorded message saying leave a message. Not really great communication. They finally called the general hospital switchboard and asked for my room number. You kind of lost points with this failure to communicate effectively. For all I know the board could still show me in surgery - sarcasm intended. There was a 2 hour and fifteen min time lapse between surgeon call and family calling the main switchboard and the board still had me in surgery.

On Wednesday, October 19th,(mid day) I experienced the most skilled phlebotomist EVER. My veins are hard to tap and it almost always hurts. Iā€™m usually nervous, but her kind and personable manner had me at ease. I wish I knew her name to recognize her publicly. There was no wait in the lab and check in/registration out front was a breeze. This is my hospital of choice unless one of my specialists is not associated here.

Worst experience ever. My mom stood on the 3rd floor. 3W. An assistant named Cristina with curly hair was the most rude person Iā€™ve ever encountered at a hospital. She literally tell my mother to not press the call button. She would look at me and tell me to help her because she ā€œdoesnā€™t have time for thisā€. She spoke to us like she was so much better than us. I do not recommend. They say they check up on patientā€™s every hour but youā€™re lucky if they come in 1 time the whole day.

I wouldā€™ve given a 5 had it not been for the MRI girl who didnā€™t give me ear plugs, let me cry out in pain, after telling her she had no heart proceeded to put me back in Without plugs. She wouldnā€™t let me accommodate myself so I had no pain in my side. Iā€™m so disappointed sheā€™s allowed to co to your doing MRIs as Iā€™ve been told this isnā€™t the first time sheā€™s done this. Robert and Anthony were amazing on my floor (room 407). The other nurses were good as well. The last nurse I had couldnā€™t read the notes and didnā€™t know how to answer questions. She just said she couldnā€™t do it and she only worked part-time. Whereas, all the other nurses were able to answer questions and read my chart. I donā€™t know why she was my nurse.

I had to go to UChicago Medicine AdventHealth La Grange hospital for a lumbar puncture (LP) procedure for a medical test. The procedure was part of the Day Surgery unit, specifically, the Interventional Radiology department. I received the best, kindest, and most compassionate care from the nursing staff, and the doctor's level of expertise was top-notch which made the procedure go by quickly. The Day Surgery nurses I had were all wonderful and took great care of me - huge shout-outs to Jamie, Greta, and Pooja - who were all very nice and helpful, and alleviated my worries and fear about the LP procedure. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, short wait-times, and the compassion the medical professionals/staff had for their patients. In addition, thank you to Audrey and Rachel in Phlebotomy who did a great job with my bloodwork. This was my first time going to UChicago AdventHealth La Grange, and I left feeling happy and respected and will be coming back for another test soon. Dr. Haswah did the LP procedure, and her top-notch expertise and knowledge in performing the procedure was very much appreciated by me considering how nervous and scared I was of getting this test done. Thank you to UCM AdventHealth La Grange for their excellent care! I give this hospital 5 stars!

My 5 year old sustained a pretty ugly head injury while at school. Chase , and his provider Larry were absolutely AMAZING. This review will do them no justice truthfully. In my 34 years a life and many ER visits considering being a mother of 3 , this has been the best staff I have ever came across. They care at this hospital. They actually care. Your not another pt on a roster here. I have to mention Chase twice. He not only impressed me but made a 5 year old comfortable by showing compassion and empathy while obtaining such an amazing attitude although my son sure does talk alot. I would recommend this facility over any other in the suburbs of Chicago hospital choices. Wow just wow. Thank you every one so much. When being in this type of emotional state and seeing how attentive this staff is....the entire scary experience was alot easier because of you guys ! 1 million stars #CHASE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING A GREAT PERSON WITH THE LITTLE ONES !!!!!

Gotta give a shout out to Dr. Taylor M. Kraft, DO! What an incredible physician. He actually took the time to SIT DOWN, ASK QUESTIONS, & GIVE INFORMATIVE CONCISE ANSWERS! I was blown away. My husbands actual PCP has never even given that much time and attention to him as her patient, so this was beyond appreciated. Thank you so much!! My husband was there for shortness of breath and severe dizziness. He was given an ekg, X-rayed vitaled, and had a lab work up within a couple of hours. Huge improvement from our last visit lol. The last time we were there, I swear the physician on duty WAS DRUNK! All of the ED staff were great too. However, the registration clerk def gets a gold star. She was quick and efficient with every patient that came in. Us included. I hope you never need to read this review but if you do need emergency services, I highly recommend La Grange Medical Center ER.

Came into the E.r due to my daughter running a extremely high fever at 1am, the waiting area was quite packed so I expected over a hr wait. As soon the wait got dwn to 1 person ahead a another family with a sick child displaying the same symptoms as mineā€™s, immediately got seen before us. Pushing my wait time a hr bck. Then the receptionist left for over 30mins leaving me and my child there. I had to call the main hospital phone line to get assistance. Once the receptionist returned she informed me the wait time is over a hour after pushing my time back. I understand shortage of staff around late hours and due to chronic and acute situations the needs of being help differ but this was not the case and then when we finally got to the back was escorted to a room that was not clean and sanitized šŸ˜” so we had to wait for another room.

Worst experience ever had at a hospital. Went in there in severe pain not knowing what's going on with me. They did a CAT scan and x-rays and MRI. When I left out of the hospital, no one came and spoke to me about my results of the MRI. I went in not knowing what's going on and came out the same. That was so wrong unprofessional. So I don't know the cause of my pain, because they never told me. Unbelievable

I have gone there on multiple occasions (over 5) for various procedures on different parts of my body, including a visit to the emergency room. The care I received could not have been better. From doctors to nurses to other staff, ALL have been very friendly, helpful and efficient. And the facility is kept spotless. All over. The negative commends here are totally inconsistent with my own experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to find an Advent Health hospital in Chicago. James RN (Triage), Carlos RN (ER nurse) and Dr Berg were great. They took really good care of me. It was a pain-free process to repair my laceration. I was in and out of there in no time. Thank you so much for your care.

I came for blood work that my doctor had ordered. The nurse took 11 vials and I was done in minutes, without even a mark on my arm. My whole time from entering the admissions area to being on my way home was 45 minutes. That was fantastic, no appointments necessary. It was total convenience with no waiting, a great experience!

The care we received, once my mom was admitted into the hospital, was top notch. I have a child with medical issues and we have been to two major hospitals in the city and they did not compare to the kind, compassionate, professional care my mother received at La Grange. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Would give a 0 if possible. Husband is in emergency waiting room, has been for 3 hours, extremely sick. No estimate of when he might be seen for even a first consult. Asked if we should wait or go. They couldnā€™t give any idea how long it would be. Asked if the tests he took would transfer they said records wasnā€™t answering so they couldnā€™t say. This is 2nd time a family member has sat in the waiting room for hours just waiting to be seen. The last time was sitting with my son for two hours in waiting rom while he vomited over and over and was curled up in their waiting room floor in a fetal position in pain.

My visit: I had an appointment for 12:30 didn't see doctor until 2:00. I think this is to long to wait to see the doctor. Unless, he had emergency surgery the reason why the wait was 1 1/2 hour later. This is unacceptable. Call the patient to let them know the doctor is running late. When. I saw the doctor finally, he was very professional & polite. His customer service was great.

I needed to have my knee redone after the joint failed, about 14 months ago. I had the surgery done at Lagrange hospital and this place has come a long way, since my last trip here, 20 years ago. They were not sure if they needed to keep me overnight, as it turns out better choice. If I ever need any surguries in my future I will go here, as they treated me and my wife like royalty. A had some interaction with Jose aka. Joey and met him before surgery super nice guy. Even the other doctors like Brad and Jack did some amazing good for me as they eased my worries and reduced my pains before surgery. The night nurses were all great, I wish they could adjust timing of vitals with wake up for meds. That would be my only thing I would change about my time with this great hospital, Lagrange. The hospital staff I worked with were all just amazingly nice and very professional to add to my experience. My surgeon was Alex Tauchen with IBJI, and he was awesome, my recover is comingalong after 13 days I am walking a mile without much pain.

I will not go back there. I waited an hour and a half to get blood work. On top of that, finally when it was my turn, someone else went in front of me. I went to the desk and they didnā€™t even put my paperwork up where it was supposed to go. I still would have been sitting there. Never even got an apology. She told me ok you will be next now. Never again. Lagrange Hospital used to be my favorite hospital.

Everyone from checking in and out was friendly. The nurses, doctor, and staff were all taking exceptional care of me. This was my best experience for outpatient surgery.

I understand the hospital was busy that day they said they were doing changes in their system. I must say it was uncomfortable with a neck brace after a MVA sitting for hours. I think they did their best. The staff was supportive and Drs were great.

The staff was excellent. Welcoming, informative, and explained things and madecyiu feel they cared, not just a number. Food was delicious too. I've recommended my Doctor and LaGrange Hospital to several friends experiencing knee problems.

My experience with everyone was great. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had a hip replacement and everything was explained to me from beginning to end. Preparation for surgery was awesome. They explained everything that was being done and why. I was very much at ease. It was service with a smile every time. Thanks Dr. Seymour and staff.

I was extremely pleased with every professional from registration to all nurses & doctors.. They were polite, empathetic, respectful & efficient. The facility was spotless . Even the food was good. My only criticism would be not getting a follow up call until 3 days later. All & all I would highly recommend Advent

From the moment I arrived I felt well cared for. Check in,even though they had a new system, was very smooth. The RN that did all of the preop came in on her day off. She assisted the anesthesiologist. She gave me a really good sweet potato recipe which I used for Thanksgiving. The anesthesiologist was so professional I had a Cervical block before and this one was so much smoother. The assistant to the anesthesiologist, who took the gurney to the operating room was especially kind heart, soothing, a great bedside manner. I wish I could remember his name but by this time I was drugged. I canā€™t say enough about Dr. Rice , I think heā€™s a fabulous surgeon. When I got to recovery, I had a great nurse who gave me a lot of attention, and then she had other patients to take care of one of which didnā€™t speak English and somehow she just took care of all of it. When I got to my room in the hospital , the dinner hour was over, but they still managed to get me a very nice sandwich and whatever else I asked for. When it came time to discharge me, my nurse had two emergencies at the same time. She took care of all of us. She missed her dinner. I do believe on my day of surgery, November 17, that the facility was understaffed, and yet every person was so good to me, and so good to all the others that they were treating at the same time.

I want to acknowledge the exceptional care I received from the team in the 5 East Rehab unit at the UChicago AdventHealth LaGrange Hospital. My path to resuming normal life has been hugely accelerated by my weekā€™s stay in the Rehab unit, during which time I was continually treated with respect, encouragement, and kindness by the nursing, PCT, and therapy teams, all of whom exhibited medical expertise and a friendly/supportive attitude while enforcing appropriate boundaries to protect patients from accidents or falls. Everything from the daily routine, to the care with which each step of my day was overseen, to the little things like the good quality of food, the perfect cleanliness of the facility, and the friendliness of the daily cleaning person (who, I appreciated, was always the same person - so it wasnā€™t like a new stranger cleaning my room each day) speaks well of the culture of care and patient comfort/safety that must be the result of excellent hospital leadership and management. Worth noting again is that the food really was surprisingly good ā€” there are nice selections on the menu with a special that changes daily and is usually quite nice, the fruit at breakfast was really fresh and good, and the personal-sized pizza (not on the menu but you can request it!) was actually excellent. I would commend this team without reservation to anyone needing help with rehab after an accident. Thank you to the 5E Rehab team and to everyone at the LaGrange Hospital for making the best of a bad situation.

Everyone was so genuinely nice. Testing got done quickly. Unfortunately I have to call medical records to get my results, but I think šŸ¤” most places are like that. Doctor was awesome, so was the rest of the staff . Got out in two hours. Not bad. Would recommend this place for your medical needs. They will take care of you. God bless your life and your needs.
