Security is very helpful... and friendly. The receiving department is outstanding!! There's only 3 doors for receiving. It's a very tight back in. DO NOT check in any sooner than 30 minutes for your appointment due to lack of on site parking. There's plenty of street/overnight parking. Walmart, Starbuck, Panda Express, Sonic are with in waking distance

Burritos are tasty but certainly not what's pictured on the package they are double triple overlapped tortillas with a very small spoonful I mean very small spoonful of stuff inside certainly not what is shown on the picture I would rather pay twice the price and get something that's going to fill me up in the morning they're nice people and have tasty food but like seriously give the people something for their money I guess for a three-year-old they would be fine

do not recommend working here, staff think that they're better than an 18 year old. Even though they're all 33 or older who probably only make 60k a year. they're disrespectful. they create a toxic work environment. management please reconsider some of your workers they're giving your company a bad reputation.

Was supposed to be a spot load but I got here early. They changed it to a live load. Put me in a door a couple of hours early. Nice people here.

Place takes for ever to load and unload…been here for 5+hours and still not done loading..last time ever coming to this place

To work at Ruiz Foods, u must b on time, u shouldn't be late for work, u must dress well, u must do good work, and keep your work area clean. never wear your boots outside. never take your boots home, and never fall asleep at work.

Make sure you bring 2 load locks, they will NOT take you in without them and will make you go out of your way and buy them.. i had only 1 and was told to buy another one.. 🤦‍♂️

i buy Nachos chimichangas at Winco grocery Store here in Tacoma buy the picture at packet lock so nice but when i open the package and cooking totally disappointed because i no see any little tiny piece of meat i don't know if guys blend the meat or not even not flavor sorry is what happen and spencer better i think are the chimichangas

Do not work here . They are very discriminating towards people of color . Supervisors are lazy and expect you to do there job while doing your own HR Supervisor Max is horrible they are not on your side when you report issues to resolve conflicts . Machine Operators aren’t Properly trained And They have Rats in there production line 3 and 6 .

Really horrible place to work at. The only reason why I say that cuss once they get rid of you, you can’t collect unemployment Ruiz Foods will always made an excuse. Plus the management inside don’t and will never understand you. They will always throw you under the bus

People are nice and docks are easy but ridiculous load time. Hour for dock and 4 + for loading

They stolen my load locks , it’s happened twice be careful please take your load locks from out of trailers, bcz they did with me 2 times

I buy the chimichangas, all the different kinds of the burritos made by El Monterey. They’re good when you get past the layers of tortilla. Looks nothing like the package. Not even half. So I think I’ll have to purchasing these. Getting less ingredients and the price goes up.

Arrived at 1720 for a 1800 appointment. Checked in and told shipping would call when door available. At 2000 I checked with shipping told I'm the next truck... maybe 30 minutes. Got the call at 2044. Finished loading/checking out at 2226. Almost 4 1/2 hours from appointment time. Last time I was here at 0600. In and out in less than an hour and a half.
