I
thought
I
would
share
my
experience
regarding
the
interview
I
did
with
this
company
for
the
patient
acces
rep
position.
I
would
like
to
begin
by
stating
that
I
am
qualified
for
the
position
I
applied
for
even
over
qualified.
I
have
experience
in
the
position
and
am
educated.
My
fiancĂŠ
is
a
doctor
and
I
spent
a
year
in
medical
school
myself.
With
that
said,
my
interview
felt
very
strange.
When
I
walked
into
the
room
with
the
second
interviewer
she
was
staring
at
her
phone
and
barely
greeted
me.
She
stared
at
her
phone
as
I
walked
in
and
sat
down
she
never
acknowledged
or
looked
at
me,
when
she
was
ready
she
greeted
me
yet
it
felt
fake.
It
was
off
putting
to
say
the
least.
She
seemed
almost
bothered
that
I
was
there.
She
was
not
friendly
during
the
interview
almost
trying
to
act
better
than
me.
In
hindsight
there
is
no
doubt
in
my
mind
that
she
was
extremely
intimidated
by
my
education,
credentials
and
truthfully
I
feel
she
was
jealous
and
didnât
want
me
there
to
begin
with.
However,
it
is
the
recruitment
team
that
picks
resumes
for
interviews.
I
believe
she
did
not
want
to
hire
someone
more
educated
and
qualified
to
work
under
her.
This
is
the
only
explanation
for
her
to
act
with
the
false
superiority
and
dismissiveness
that
I
was
sensing
from
her
from
second
one.
She
didnât
seem
excited
to
have
me
there
but
instead
bragged
about
how
long
she
had
been
in
the
healthcare
business
in
a
smug
manner.
She
would
also
make
smug
passive
aggressive
comments
after
I
spoke.
It
was
pretty
uncomfortable.
Before
I
was
out
the
door
after
the
interview
she
was
back
staring
at
her
phone
and
didnât
even
say
bye
or
anything.
It
was
disgusting
behavior
and
not
respectable.
The
interview
in
itself
is
very
impersonal.
There
was
no
warm
small
talk
or
opening
the
conversation
with
what
the
interview
was
going
to
consist
of.
The
first
interviewer
just
jumped
right
into
reading
questions
off
a
sheet
of
paper.
I
was
taken
off
guard
with
the
abruptness
and
cold
start
to
the
interview.
Especially
since
I
had
just
been
greeted
so
coldly.
They
read
very
structured
questions
off
a
sheet
of
paper
and
both
ladies
would
immediately
start
writing
on
the
paper
when
I
would
begin
to
answer
the
question
they
asked
instead
of
looking
at
me.
So
instead
of
a
conversation
while
I
was
speaking
they
were
just
staring
at
their
paper
and
writing
quickly
while
I
spoke.
It
was
bizarre.
Some
of
the
questions
to
me
were
very
redundant.
How
do
I
stay
organized?
Like
I
said,
the
second
interviewer
seemed
jealous,
bothered
by
the
first
sight
of
me,
and
acted
smug
the
entire
time
I
was
there
from
beginning
to
end.
This
all
made
me
feel
incredibly
uncomfortable.
Also,
I
mentioned
my
son
was
about
to
start
college
and
one
of
the
interviewerâs
jaw
dropped
and
she
immediately
looked
at
the
other
interviewer
in
shock,
they
seemed
bothered
by
this.
So
perhaps
they
donât
want
to
hire
mothers.
That
is
the
feeling
I
got
from
this
reaction.
I
have
one
19
year
old
son
who
is
independent
so
this
could
barely
be
deemed
a
problem
for
my
work
life.
Weird.
I
ended
up
withdrawing
my
application
on
the
website.
After
reading
the
one
star
reviews
on
indeed
regarding
this
position
and
this
management
I
feel
I
definitely
dodged
a
bullet.
I
did
not
want
to
work
in
an
environment
like
that.
If
the
interview
feels
toxic
Iâm
curious
about
what
the
employees
are
dealing
with.
This
is
my
only
experience
with
this
hospital
and
it
was
poor.
I
wouldnât
apply
there
again
and
Iâm
not
surprised
they
are
having
difficulty
filling
these
roles
and
keeping
employees.
Do
your
research
before
applying
and
read
the
reviews
on
indeed.
It
may
save
you
time
and
energy.
If
you
apply
there,
for
this
position,
be
ready
to
be
treated
like
youâre
an
imposition
instead
of
that
they
are
lucky
you
took
your
time
to
apply
and
interview
at
their
company.
