Great food. Great ambiance. Very cool chandeliers. Calamari was cooked to perfection. The bartender was unfamiliar with the wines to the point where they were unable to provide a thoughtful recommendation. Maybe some more training, but the overall experience was top-notch. Will return.

This place is very easy to find, access, and exit. Reservations are helpful, but not required. It is one of the most comfortable restaurants I been in. The place is fully handicapped accessible. The menu covers a full range of Tuscan style dishes without being too extensive. It is exceptionally roomy with very comfortable seating. There's a lot lot of space between tables as well as an upper/loft section. The waitstaff is very helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive and the cellar is visually impressive. The bar is the centerpiece of the restaurant and ment to catch attention. The kitchen is fully open to view from most seats. The beer list; both bottle and draft is surprisingly short and boring. We enjoyed our meal and service. We look forward to returning. If you found this review to be helpful please consider adding a thumbs up. 👍

A lovely restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, and the food is consistently excellent. I've returned several times and never left disappointed. The spaghetti carbonara is definitely a personal favorite of mine, but if you prefer pizza when you eat Italian, you've still got plenty of wonderful options on the menu. If you're a chocolate lover, don't miss out on the chocolate layer cake. It's light, fluffy, and most importantly -- chocolate. Can't wait to go again.

I’m from Secilia/Itali and I have my fair share of pizza, let me tell you what a wonderful fabor, the Bee Sting pizza with honey, I never thought I would like a sweet pizza, and the Margherita pizza, soft, salty, the crust was amazing. Just and explosion of favor in my mouth 10/10 the best pizza I have taste in the US. Just sublime and spectacular, what an experience, it make my day. Monday Dec, 27 2021

I was referred to this treat by my shuttle bus driver. He said that it is a local favorite and promised the food would be delicious. He was right. The restaurant is very large and airy, but surprisingly has a very comforting feel. There is dining both upstairs and down. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the plush living room, turned dining room chairs are a unique touch. The chairs even have accompanying pillows. There is plenty of space between tables, which I absolutely loved. There is a large selection of wine and other libations. My server’s name was Chris, he was very warm and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and recommended the blue dream margarita to me, which I found quite tasty. I ordered the local haddock sandwich and was pleasantly surprised to find it to be to my liking. I had learned that the restaurant did not have tarter sauce, as it turned out the sandwich did not need any. I found the food to be reasonably priced, with a good selection of sandwiches, salads, pizza, a raw bar and more. I dined during lunch time, I would imagine the dinner menu is even more impressive. I found this restaurant to live up to the local hype. Even the bathrooms, with their beautiful faucets had a very chic feel. I will definitely dine here again next time I visit Maine.

A real delicious treat for portland. The menu has perfectly created dishes that will make your mouth water. The ambiance is very appealing as are the cocktail and wine lists. On point genuine service!! Great date spot!! We will return! 5 stars!

How have I not reviewed Tuscan Table, yet? It is an excellent spot by the Maine Mall that gives off strong downtown Portland vibes. Tuscan has an expansive Italian menu that offers a variety of pastas, pizzas, seafood and steaks! I have never had a bad meal, here. In fact, you will have a really hard time choosing what you want for food. I would not sleep on their lunch menu, too!! So good! Plenty of parking, slightly pricey menu (don’t expect a cheap date), friendly staff. You’ll have a great time if you head to Tuscan Table.

The food here is phenomenal. The focaccia and dipping sauces are a must appetizer, and their pasta is to die for. The prices are really steep, but the flavor in the two dishes we got told me why. I love the vibe and decor, very relaxing and warm with a chic and bohemian eclectic tone. I did not feel overwhelmed by lights and sounds, and their bathrooms were very tidy and private. Our host and server were very nice. This is definitely not a weekly eatery, but I recommend it as a special occasion when you're feeling willing to splurge on good food! I had an awful first experience at Tuscan Table a year ago. When they asked for feedback via their reservation system (Resy), I was pretty honest. The manager called me to chat about my experience, something I wasn’t expecting. Their proactive approach led me to return a year later and give them another chance, and our experience was wildly different! This time around, the service was top-notch. Our server was charismatic and constantly checked on our table, even though they were busy on Saturday night. The food was also MUCH better than last time. We were disappointed with their pasta during our previous visit, so this time, we opted for pizza and some apps, along with some drinks. Both pizzas were some of the best pizzas we’ve had in town. The Bee Sting was delicious — the honey and pepperoni combo was divine. The confit duck pizza was also a hit; the blue cheese was subtle yet delicious. We also had a couple of cocktails, and they were excellent. During our last visit, we had a disappointing bottle of wine, and the cocktails were a much better choice this time. All in all, a solid choice for dinner. I’d come back for the pizza and drinks alone.

My last visit had me going back for more. Sat at the bar each time. Chicken parmigiana the first time was tasty and the chicken was nice and tender. The wine selection is amazing and I’ve since found that wine elsewhere to have at home. Second visit was the pesto eggplant pepper…I wish I could remember the name of it sandwich but it was amazing and ohhhh so tasty. The service the first time was a bit longer than it should have been with people walking past us and not saying anything to us, it even so much as “someone will be with you shortly” but once the bartender was back, he was amazing and friendly. Second visit was a little quicker to get served but I could have had a refill on my water and probably would have had another glass of wine If I’d been asked, she wasn’t overly attentive and didn’t try to have any kind of conversation, which as a bartender and customer who sits at the bar most times, you expect. Overall pretty amazing though.

Had a nice evening here. Atmosphere was great; low lighting, comfortable chairs. Ask for a table upstairs, you may get to sit in these oversized, and comfortable chairs. Service was good, no complaints there. I had the Bolognese, and that was really good. Flavors were great. The charcuterie board was just alright; didn't feel a lot of thought went into the dish. I probably won't get that again. Overall, a nice experience. 👌

What an incredible restaurant! The food is delectable, the atmosphere is wonderful and I love the open kitchen. One of my favorite things about Tuscan Table is the art! Can't wait to dine here again!

Service was good, staff was great, food was not as good as I had hoped. The ragu was a little hard to eat and the pasta was textured more than I had wanted. The pizza besting was super spicy and greasy. What I can recommend is their flavorful salads. Stick with salad at this restaurant. Table was nice and romantic ambience.

Always a delightful dining experience at Tuscan Table. Tasteful appetizers and exquisite entrees make it a place I can always look forward to! Tuscan Table remains my number 1 spot for meetings anytime I’m in the Portland area. If you want to treat your clients or business partners to something special, look no further! TT is your place!

I had to coordinate a last minute company dinner and Tuscan Table was able to accommodate a party of 8 in 24 hrs! The service was great from the young lady that assisted me in making the reservations to the hostess and waitress , it was a very pleasant experience. We ordered several apps the calamari was delicious and there was enough for all of us to have some . By the time it was time for us to order our dinner plates the restaurant was PACKED, packed like a Friday night, but it was only Tuesday. For dinner, I had the prime rib. The food would have. been delicious if it wasn’t cold the mash potatoes were yummy, just wish I was able to enjoy all of it at the same temp! Also the chocolate cake was delectable, I’m not a big chocolate person but this cake made me a chocolate lover!

I love to go to this place when in Portland. The interior is very home like and the menu has a great variety. As starter we had meatballs. Make sure you order bread on the side as you want to scoop out the sauce that comes with the meatballs. As a main course I order the chicken Parmesan: just delicious. As the portions are relatively big, I had no space for one of the great looking desserts. Luckily they offer the possibility to just order one scoop: such a nice taste! And the service was impressive: the guy who served us was just amazing. Looking forward coming back!

-Food: We ordered all three pastas on the menu and all were delicious and the Carbonara is probably the best I've ever had. I only regretted ordering pizza, we had the bee sting. -Drinks: the blueberry sangria was good. Sweet as expected and had a vanilla cinnamon taste that I liked. -Atmosphere: nice, elegant and relaxing vibe -Service: great, fast and the servers wee kind.

My family and I went here for Father's Day, and the experience was incredible. Our first time visiting and everything was perfect. As for me, I had a Scotch on the rocks and a chocolate stout, so delicious, and paired so well with my lobster ravioli for an appetizer and the rack of lamb for my entree. For desert, I had the 12 layer chocolate cake, and that was so decadent and rich. The service from Isabella was 2nd to none. What an outstanding job she did for our table of 6. The atmosphere was somewhat of the best I have ever seen. We got to sit in the upper gallery, which made for a great view. Absolutely cannot wait until the next time we go to visit here.

Ordered the margherita pizza and this is what I received. I know we're in Maine and good pizza is hard to come by, but this was beyond disappointing. A plain cheese pizza with some sliced baby tomatoes? Give me a break. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

Amazing grown-up restaurant... They are pricey but worth every dollar. Jen was super friendly and took good care of us.

Food was delicious, the baked foccacia bread was extremely good. Cost wise, very expensive (especially if you get drinks too). However on the flip side, the food is well worth the cost. Portions are a good size, food is absolutely delicious. I got the raspberry and white chocolate truffle martini and it was like dessert, sweet and strong. Staff were excellent at their job, and I ended up going during the rush so it was super busy and they kept up with it all. Highly recommend making a reservation instead of just walking in. All in all, expensive but worth it. Yes you could find cheaper alternatives, but I think it was worth the experience/atmosphere as well as good food. May go again, just will have to plan it ahead of time.

I love the atmosphere at this restaurant! It’s fancy but casual. The food has always been great! This time I had pizza which was unique but good. Cheesecake was fantastic! I think the must trys are the meatball and bread appetizers. The blueberry mule is amazing for anyone who loves a fruity semi sweet cocktail.

Fantastic food and service. The fresh focaccia starter with the 3 different sauces was seriously to die for. The short rib was perfect and everything was delicious. I'm from out of state but I'd visit here again in a heartbeat.

My wife chose this place. I ordered the salmon, she got the pear salad. Our kids both got pasta dishes from the kids menu. All our food was amazing, the kids loved their fresh pasta and the atmosphere was awesome with some of the most beautiful lighting. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Wowza! This restaurant sits in a mall parking lot. I took a Lyft here from the airport to try some local fare and was NOT disappointed! The ambiance and service, the decor and the food were all top notch! I sat at the bar as a solo traveler and was treated to delightful conversation by both the staff and other diners ... Truly an exceptional experience!

Tuscan Table was absolutely amazing! The food was by far the best Italian food that I have ever had. I ordered the chicken parmesan. The sauce was to die for, the chicken was tender, and the noodles are homemade in the restaurant. The flavors are perfectly married in delightful bliss. I strongly suggest the pumpkin tres leches cake with spiced whipped cream, caramel sauce and toasted pumpkin seeds! The flavors are mind blowing! Lastly, I cannot say enough about Alex, our server. He was very personable, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of urgency to ensure that we were well taken care of. Tuscan Table has become an instant favorite!
