Super fun! We got a great group deal (unlimited bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, shuffleboard, and pool, plus 50 credits for the arcade and 2 slices of pizza and a drink, all for $19/person), and had a blast. Would definitely go back again!

A ton of fun for the kids! Filled the whole day with all the activities.

This was was a great place to go with friends. We bowled, played laser tag, played pool, and played some of the games. They have a good variety of things to do. We were able to spend about three hours and could have spent made one to two more hours. I wouldn’t go beyond 5 hours, things will start to get boring. The staff was really nice and helpful. Very clean environment. The nice thing is it has something for all ages. I do think they can add more things to increase the things to do, like bumper cars or virtual reality game play. It is a place I would go back and bring friends to.

10/10 recommend Main Event for your next datenight! First time here and wasn't disappointed We got the unlimited package. Which included bowling, zip line activities, and laser tag. Food and drinks were good. Great family fun.

Had kids birthday party there. Fernanda was amazing as well as all the staff. Amber has a great party crew. Worth the money. We did the gaming package and the kids had a blast. Strongly recommend. Plus, your choice if you want to wear a 😷. Love that they give you the freedom of choice.

We had a great time bowling tonight. They have great prices on food as well too. Everyone basically trying to get on the list to bowl so prepare for a wait. Otherwise the staff is friendly and polite and will get you what you need.

Brought my son to celebrate his birthday. So many of the games were broken but no signs on them so had to go keep asking for a refund it was very annoying. Games we found didn’t work, Star Wars VR, the other Star Wars game the one on the right couldn’t shoot, Ghostbusters, a football game, the ball toss to knock the clowns over only had 2 balls which made it impossible to get a good score in the time limit since was always waiting on a ball. In the picture plants vs zombies it was clearly broken and also saw a shattered glass on the ground. Not sure if it was the people playing air hockey glass or had been there previously. Then the women’s bathroom was gross. It smelled disgusting and had wads of TP thrown on the ceiling. Overall definitely doubt I would want to return to this place.

We has a small birthday party for my now 9 year old. We got a birthday party package and I love all the things we got with it. We got 1 hour for bowling and 2 bowling lanes. We also got with the package laser tag experience and the obstacle experience with a $30 game card for the kids in the party. Love the fact that kids and adults had fun, so I definitely recommend this place. The girl that was assigned to us was great, really attentive to our needs and the guests needs. Now my sister in law is planning a birthday party for her daughter, that is how much fun we had.

Brought my kid and her friend here for an alright time. This place is very similar to Dave and Busters. A mixture of arcade games targeted at both kids and adults ranges from racers to shooters with some VR experience, there is also a good amount of the "ticket" games. There is a bar, billiards, and a pizza place as well. There is Laser tag, a high rope obstacle course, and a bowling alley but we didn't not utilize those options this go around. All in all the kids had fun but the arcades are severely overpriced so the credits did not last very long. There is no unlimited credit time limit option which would be my preferred choice. I would advise you to be ready to spend a lot of money if you want to spend some time here.

This is a great place I had a lot of fun there I was there with a bunch of sober people The bowling was fun and the lazer tag was fun there was a group of us we had pizza sodas salad video games the whole works and our server Hannah was amazing she was on point the whole time thank you so much Hannah for your time I highly recommend going to the main event it's fun and very family oriented.

Would have loved to have a great time but poor customer service marred my experience. Our bowling lane shut down on the second frame. We tried using the video telecom system. We tried 4 times. Each time we got a message that all operators were busy. Our food order came out before anyone even attempted to assist us. The server who brought out our food offered to fix the lane but I had already put my shoes on to leave. I will just go back to the East Valley if I ever want to go to a Main Event.

Fun and family oriented. Great packages for birthday events. Food can be a little pricey but it is pretty good. Overall we had a really great time.

Great time with the kids! Fun environment with a variety of different games and activities to play. The employees were nice. Dennis always greeted us with a smile and small talked with the kids making sure everyone was having a great time whether it was signing up for laser tag or checking how many points we had. Keep up the great work Main Event! 10/10 would recommend

Our waitress Kayla was the best part of our experience at the restaurant. We ordered a the crowd pleaser family feast. Came with chicken strips, fries, and “a salad”. Chicken had way too much pepper in the batter, fries too much salt and the salad was shredded lettuce and red onions. My daughter loved the rainbow sod pop but it’s just plain sugar. The carpet in the restaurant is so filthy. Son 9 loved the laser tag. They played for 25 minutes and went through two 35$ card. We didn’t try bowling. I will say that the staff are friendly and very helpful. I don’t think we’ll come back unless we want to bowl.

Fantastic trip to Main Event today for a private family day for my husband's work! Great staff eager to help and make sure our day out was super fun! I have never had such amazing tater tots in my life, no joke! I don't know what they're seasoning them with, but I'm now hooked on those tots!

We ate at the dine in restaurant. Treated the kids to the amazing shakes. Three awesome flavors to choose from. The staff was so amazing. We had a blast highly recommend fir a day in the cool air conditioning.

We fell in love with this place. Great place for the kids & parents! You can join the kids in some fun or retreat to the pool table area where there is a bar for us grown-ups to let off some steam. There's plenty to do here & you will want to join the kids in some of the games. Have a blast!!!

This place is decent. We had fun bowling. When we went to play shuffle board there was no sand on the table so we asked the lady for sand and she had no idea what that even was. We went to play pool instead the cue ball had a bunch of dimples in it like a large golf ball and the pool tables felt were really dirty. My daughter did have fun in the arcade even though half the games were not working. Bowling area seats could use a deep cleaning there was a visible dirt line from where people sit.

The food was actually amazing! Not like other bowling alleys. Lots of cool games for kids. It was a little pricey and the bowling lanes seem a little long but all in all definitely a good place to have fun!

This was our first time at this location. We had a rough experience with bowling. The lanes kept malfunctioning but two people made our experience extremely enjoyable at the end of the day. Devon and JD are two people that are fantastic at what they do. So kind and great with the kids. Willing to make it right. These guys saved the day! Thanks for a great rainy day experience

Had my daughter's 8th birthday party here, we had amazing service from 2 lovely young ladies. I mean AMAZING service. They deserved way more than we could manage at the time. They were super friendly and attentive and worked with us at every possible angle. Especially with the adults, hehe. Thank you so much for a great time. My daughter, the kids, and the adults had a blast.

Me and my friends went as a last minute activity and we had a great time! Shockingly the pricing were good. If you only want to do the activities and steer away from the arcade, it will only cost $25 per person do unlimited play and a game of bowling. Including the bowling shoes, if costed me and my friends $30 each. We played laser tag multiple times and the gravity ropes. We also did bowling for 2 hours which is where we tried the nachos. The portion was HUGE and tasted incredible! Plan to come again soon.

They have half their lanes shut down, presumably because of covid, but instead of spacing people out every other lane they have everyone squished together when half the lanes are empty. It makes no sense. Had some families kids all over my lane when I was trying to bowl and it was like pulling managements teeth to get put a few lanes down, even though they were all empty. Kind of annoying after spending $40 on the lane, you think they could give better service. Will go somewhere else to bowl next time.

Decent place but not well maintained. Been here 3 or 4 times and each time there are even more and more arcade machines down. Seems they are not fixing the machines as they break.

Fantastic time at Main Event. Went for just bowling and had such a great experience. From check in at the desk to our server at our lane, the service was 100% top notch the whole time. JD took excellent care of us at our lane, going above and beyond to make our time there amazing. Such a great place, your money goes far here. Definitely recommend... can't wait to go back.

We booked a birthday party package here and it went so smooth and well! Destiny was an awesome host and all the kids had so much fun! Best birthday ever!

Cool place to go play games or bowling or even pool, but if you want a drink at the bar, forget about it. Unless you say something to them, they will not acknowledge you if you stand or sit by the bar needing a drink. They'll make quick eye contact and look away, busy making other drinks, ridiculous customer service, and I believe the bar manager also was there but he also did not acknowledge us and a few more other people sitting at the bar, I get it, it's busy, but a simple, I'd be right with you would have been fine. I would have gave 1 star but we didn't have any other problems with us playing games and bowling.

I love going to Main Event. I like going right when it opens to beat the rush of all the people. I like the bowling waitresses that come around. Their customer service is awesome! Only complaint I have would be the arcade. Most of the games are broken. The ones that work take your points & don't let you play the games. Waste of money.

My partner and I enjoyed such a fun night of bowling and games at this location. We went pretty late in the evening around 10 pm and didn't have any issues getting a lane. We met some lovely people who bought us drinks and it made the sense of community and kindness in the area shine through. My only complaint was that I didn't see as much cleaning in regards to Covid protocols as there should be and the bathroom could've used more tending but otherwise the service and experience was fun.

Aaron was phenomenal! He took an initial first contact and bad experience and proceeded to go above and beyond to make our first experience happy and fun. We had a blast! Thanks Aaron we will be returning for sure!

Attended a business event here on a Friday night. Very busy and loud as evening came. Good thing we were relatively early for the dinner. Food was average, nothing special. BBQ chicken and ribs, slaw and cornbread. Mac & cheese was good. Probably a better place for birthday parties and families with kids. Just be ready for crazy busy weekends!!!

Awesome, fun place!!!! We decided to take our kids (4 years old and 18 months) bowling so we came first thing when they opened and we had a great time! Nice, clean and fun place! The arcade games were fun and had plenty to choose from! We will definitely be back!

Fun place for bowling, video games, Laser tag, and holding a birthday party or employee appreciation event/ holiday party. The downside is that unlike Dave& Busters, the game cards are only good for a set block of time like 30 min or one hour once activated. You can't save unused game cards for later. The plus side is that it's unlimited games, sold per hour rather than $ or points or number of games... so you don't have to pick and choose what games to play. Sadly many games don't give points toward prizes, only extra game play. The place is fairly inexpensive and better during their Monday evening $13 game card and $22 unlimited weekday night game/ activity deal. The pizza & salad they have is good, the drinks are very expensive ($10+) but if you need more than one or 2 beers then go to a bar not an arcade

I don't know if this is common, but the staff waiting on me was unprepared for taking orders. Once we ordered our beverages, it took over an hour to get food ordered. So I walked to the pizza place and ordered a pizza myself. On the way back, I slipped in some water that was on the ground. Luckily, I didn't fall cause I already have a bad back and knee from previous fall. Anyway, the queso was great but not enough chips. The pizza was good, but they got my order wrong. To have spent $50, I feel like the service could've been much better.

Fun time, great place to take the kids or for a fun date night, it can get very crowded depending on the day though, but you don't have to wait much to play a game. I would suggest going during the week, before 3 if you can Most games are between 4 to 10 credits to play, depending how long you want to play and how many people you have it can get expensive

Is an amazing place to go. Fun, food was amazing. Only real issue we had was we paid for a birthday party we paid for the upgraded with unlimited events. Between the wait and having to reserve times (which some of our group couldn't get in because there were to many). We were only able to do 2 things. Once on laser tag and once on the obstacle course. Wish I would have know because then I would have gone for the cheaper option. Was told by the manager there was nothing they could do about it.

My family and I went bowling here tonight. Very disappointed in the service. We bowled for an hour and not once did a server come by and ask if we wanted to order anything. After 20 minutes I decided to get my own beer from the bar, we were planning on eating but no one ever came by. When we checked in the hostess at the front was pleasant and asked us if we needed a server, we said yes but no one ever came. Place was decently clean and it was a fun time but service was definitely lacking.
