Drove into Kentwood for a bride’s dress and went to this restaurant. Everyone who yada hamburger enjoyed it but those who had chicken wings did not. They had broken bones and felt like eggshells in your mouth. Three chicken dinners, one boneless and two bone in. It was my first tine there and not sure about eating there again but I am certainly not against playing PacMan! Oh chicken dishes were supposed to come with fries. No fries ever came and they had to be deleted from the bill. Sigh.

This our first visit to this D&B. Service was good. It wasn't too busy. We came to watch the fight. Overall, pretty decent.

If you are feeling understimulated, Dave & Buster's is the place for you. We wanted to watch 2 March Madness basketball games that aired at the same time, so we decided to dine at a place that has more televisions on that an electronics retailer. If the lights and sounds from the broadcasts aren't enough, the gaming area provides more entertainment options than one could reasonably master in a lifetime. The food was good and service from Aniya absolutely outstanding.

Brought our daughter here for her thirtieth birthday tonight, and we all had an amazing time. The food was delicious and the games are tons of fun. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time at this location. As expected, it was a busy Saturday night. When we arrived we had to ask the dining room host to seat us as we didn't think we could find a clean available table on our own. The waitress was extremely friendly and efficient. She seemed to be handling the capacity well. When the food runner brought the food I immediately could tell it wasn't made as ordered. She seemed bothered by the fact I wasn't willing to eat it. About 5 minutes later she brought the same food back corrected. The silverware had dried food remaining on BOTH sets. The waitress compassionately apologized for the incorrect food, even though it wasn't her fault. Other than the waitress I was less than thrilled with the dining experience. The games, restroom, and facility was well kept and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely a great spot for TV, Drinks, and Games but will hesitate to choose the location as a dinner spot.

I was expecting it to be more like an adult setting. We arrived at 12am and there were more kids than adults. They automatically cut us off from the bar as we came in. (We were a Bachelorette party) some were way more intoxicated than others, but why cut everyone off? Some only had 1-2 drinks before hand. Still had a great time. The food was most definitely the BEST part.

We had a wonderful time with our grandson! He ran from game to game. He was pretty nonstop for a couple of hours. We were all ready for nap time. 😂 We were there for a birthday party for our adult son. Although we had a great time, I wouldn't recommend this location for toddlers. Our young adult kids love it, but it is really busy and difficult to follow young children through the machines and people. He LOVED picking out prizes. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They have a large variety of games. *The atmosphere is fairly loud with flashing lights. It may not be ideal for those with sensory issues.

Large Dave and Busters, with lots of game choices that are added or subtracted it seems ever 6 months or so, the place is clean and staff are friendly. Food is pretty good, bar style so its hard to mess up, drinks are good and bathrooms have always been clean. If there was anything negative I would have to say and what keeps it from being a 5, is the price of credits to cost of game play. Although Wednesday is 1/2 price which makes it better, the prizes are a little on the higher end for tickets in my opinion. Still over all a fun place.

Games are fixed alot don't accurately add up ur points they have nice selection of prizes it was Saturday so busy loud and noisy

Sports meca! 360 Degree Sports. Good food and lots of summertime fruity drinks! Excellent atmosphere. Well set up for a restaurant. Probably the best I've seen. It's cozy no matter where you are in the place and it's always busy and always loud. Lots of video games for the kid and the kid in you.

I ordered a classic cheese burger and added bacon and upgraded my fried to truffle fries. Waitress repeated order back to me 3 times to make sure she got it right. And to quote your manager on duty "I guess we need to teach our cooks to read." Waitress was great, food was good, games were fun. Teach your cooks to read the order please.

I sat down at the bar by myself to grab a few drinks and some food. I never received a menu, never was asked if I was doing alright, and was basically ignored. I would understand if it was busy. I served tables for 7 years and know how it goes. After an hour and a half, I was asked if I was okay by a different waiter, not by the initial waitress that I assume was responsible for me. (Bre). For the entire duration of my visit I had one drink. I was respectful and not sure why I received such poor service. It is important to note the people next to me were asked numerous times if they were okay and if they needed anything. End rant.

Our waitress was amazing and my daughter loved her. Kids meal could have been better. And pineapple coleslaw had 0 flavor. Rest was good and we had a fun family day

Never felt like I wasted so much money on food that I wouldn't even eat because of how disgusting it was. This literally taste exactly like my high school cafeteria in the worst way. And all decent happy hour stuff is gone. Used to come here weekly and still check it out from time to time to see if it's re-improved since 2021. It has NOT.

Went on a Sunday morning. It was great. Kids had a blast and the place was pretty much empty. Haven't been in a while so the new menu was not what I remember. I missed the sampler appetizer! Lots of new games. Only downfall was the family bathroom was out of toilet paper 🤦🤦 at 10 am on a Sunday that should have been checked and stocked the night before or morning of. Does that mean they didn't even clean it after a busy Saturday night?

Brought my staff on a Tuesday night. When we got there wasn't alot of people in, but it soon got very busy for a Tuesday. Our waiter and the manager did a fantastic job manage all the large groups that appeared at once. 10/10 for kindness, and understanding. Defiantly will be return again!

While we had fun, we left a bit disappointed. The first 3 swipes with our card took points off but never let us play. And that happened two more times with two different games. Then there was a whole row of games out of order. All in all we had a fun time but wish everything was running correctly.

I've never been there b4 so both my kids, myself, my husband, my daughter's boyfriend, and sons best friend all went and had the best time ever. I called off of work just to go. Lol. Plus my son's best friends birthday was 3 days prior to all of us going, so we told him we had a surprise for his birthday. Dave and Buster's was awesome!!

The staff was good are waiter got are orders in quickly. The service was fast we had a great time. The food was very good the pretzel appetizer was big enough for 4 of us and some leftover. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This was our first experience at a Dave & Busters. It was exactly what I expected! Adult games and fun while also having a family aspect to it. I do wish some of the games didn't require such high credits, but overall we had a great time. We played games, had some drinks, and then redeemed our tickets for some pretty cool prizes. Great date night fun!

Dave and Busters is all around a great arcade with tons of fun and imaginative games , However the prizes cost a bit too many tickets is my only complaint. They also have great food options for a nice break from the games in-between.

Took our grandson here for his birthday. Tons of arcade games to play. The prize area is huge and the service is excellent.
