Just took a helicopter ride with this company, Chris as the pilot. Very informative, reasonable prices and very flexible with sight seeing destinations. Pro pilot in every sense of the term, and definetly knew his aircraft. Very smooth flight. Commo equipment was state of the art, so there was no communication issues like other companies. Great line of sight from the back to the front of the craft. Scottsdale and vicinity has alot to see. From four peaks to the superstitions, to the fountain at fountain hills, and don't forget the canyons and lakes to the east. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I'm still shocked at how beautiful phoenix looks at night! My boyfriend and I went on the Date Night tour and our pilot flew us over the city lights and we got to see the sunset. This was such an amazing experience and we highly recommend you do this with Sun State Helicopters. Chris was very informative and welcoming. We took our 6 year old with us and she had a blast. Chris was so polite and made sure she understood all he was explaining. The price was reasonable for the 3 of us. Our ride was about an hour long over Canyon and Saguaro Lakes, Red Mountains, Salt River, SuperstitionMountains, Cave Creek, Scottsdale and so much more. Scheduled a ride for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was so much fun! Chris is a cool guy and a well-seasoned pilot. He took us all over the east valley and showed us really cool views of Camelback mountain, Piestawa Peak, Thompson Peak, and so much more. Would definitely book another flight!

Wonderful flight! Christ gave us some good tips of trails to take as we flew over them. We got a good lay of the land and different trails we could take throughout the day. He was also very informative on the different buildings and what is being built. Plus there was a cool bear.

Chris was awesome, super professional and a fantastic pilot with great knowledge of the area. He even showed us some ruins that we could hike up to that I was unaware of. Definitely going back, and they have a return customer discount! Maybe we’ll do the night flight next time, all in all would recommend.

Amazing tour! Chris was great and kept us alive for the tour! We saw some of the city as well as each mountain range. We felt safe and in great hands. Chris was our pilot for our 17th year anniversary he was absolutely amazing took us on a beautiful tour of Bartlett Lake ,saguaro lake and showed us many ruins in our valley that I wasn’t even Aware of. One if they funniest experience with great conversation and great views of it all!! I can tell you Chris was a great pilot and made sure we where safe and showed us a great time! Also took great pictures and let us take videos and pictures while up in the air!! I will be making this one of our favorite spots to visit when we come back to Arizona!! Great gift ideas as well I’m thinking of purchasing a gift certificate or something for my brother and his wife as well!!
