    I know everyone has their own experience, but mine was not great at all. I really wanted to like them, but it's been the worst possible customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a couch and not once, but twice was it defective. The whole experience was horrible. From the sales person that could careless to make sure my order was correct and properly made to setting up the delivery, to needing to exchange the product. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Some my like them, but to me, they are horrible and do not care to make sure your order is correct and delivered without damages. I changed my review from 1 star to 2 because of the store manager calling me back trying to make it right, but more of the workers need to be like her. She is not the only one representing the company. My sales person, all the customer service reps, delivery people and sales people I encountered out of the store managers have no business being in customer service 😒

    We bought this dining room set two weeks ahead of a family luncheon and they promised delivery in time. The table arrived just fine but the chairs (10 of them) were still in Utah! Our sales rep, Gordano went out of her way to make sure we got them in time for lunch. They arrived in the middle of our lunch but we had a good laugh over it. Thanks again Gordano!

    Excellent service. Thank you Nate! I normally avoid sales staff, but Nate was awesome. I initially avoided a discussion with Nate about products I was evaluating to buy. But as Nate was letting me know he’d be there if I needed anything, he mentioned a vital aspect about the products that was important to me. So I asked a question. He gave more important information. Back and forth, on and on, Nate gave me all the information needed to make a better decision, plus he ensured I got every promotion available, which amounted to $400 savings. Nate helped me find exactly what I needed and save money. I couldn’t be more grateful.

    One of the most awful experiences ever! We purchased a book case for just over $3,700 and had the worse time dealing with RC Willey’s customer service team. They attempted to deliver the book case with only the end pieces and without the entire middle section. I had to refuse delivery after they made me waste an entire day at home, taking time off work, without notifying me ahead of time that they did not have all the pieces. On the second attempt, and after they had informed me that they now had all of the pieces, they arrive, again, with only the end pieces. I was furious, as they again made me waste an entire day, having to take time off work, just for the delivery. Later that day, they had a truck deliver the entire book case, HOWEVER, one of the end units was damaged - it appeared to have been dropped on one of the bottom corners. I called RC Willey to let them know of the damage and they agreed to replace it. Wouldn’t you know? On the day of the replacement delivery (3rd day taking time off work), they cancel!! Evidently, they were short personnel. On the 4th delivery attempt (again, at the end of an entirely wasted day spent waiting) the driver called to inform me that the replacement unit had toppled over during his delivery route. Wait, what?? The unit was finally replaced on the 5th delivery attempt, but, the corner unit was also damaged. Needless to say, I was exhausted and agreed to accept it, given the ordeal they had already put me through. Here’s the kicker, after the first botched delivery, RC Willey customer service told me that they would be sending me a gift card to compensate me for the wasted day and inconvenience. After all these mishaps and several more wasted days off work, they have apparently decided not to send me a gift card. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences for me ever! I would NEVER recommended this place to anyone, ever, and will be buying any future furniture from a more professional and trustworthy company.

    RC Willey is a great place to shop for your furniture needs. The employees are all so kind and professional with an attitude to really want to help you. We love shopping there for furniture, appliances, and things for our kiddos! Keep up the great work RC Willey of Roseville, Ca.

    Kimberly was amazing and patient absolutely no pressure even though I said I have to go home and measure my space. Went back the next day to make the purchase. They have wonderful sales and I bought my sleeper sofa and a side chair for the same price I was looking at another store for just the sofa! I also Love the 7 year warranty plan at a very reasonable price.

    RC Willey has awesome sales associates. But I had a lot of problems with installments and communication. When I had my washer and dryer installed they rushed it and didn’t install right that they had to come out to fix it. Then when I had carpets installed they broke my closest mirrors. Which I understand accidents happen. But it took over 2 months for RC Willey to fix it. It was 2 months of me constantly reaching out first to keep the process going and trying to get updates. No one knew what was going on or what my case was. When they were supposed to come out and measure they no call no showed and didn’t reply to my calls until days later. It was very very frustrating. I don’t recommend using RC Willey and I won’t ever refer them.

    Ronnie is amazing and patient. He walked me through everything and helped me choose the options that was best for our family. He didn’t worry about cost or how long I took!! He’s awesome and we will be going back to Ronnie for all our furniture needs :)

    We bought a simple microwave. Nice salesman. Got right to the program and soon we were out the door. We went to the warehouse and it took a little longer than the whole shopping experience but it went well. We're happy. Hopefully nothing breaks down soon but if it does...we'll be back!! Thank you!

    I was impressed by the employees, both the on the floor salespeople and in the credit department. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt very at ease and never pressured to buy anything. I am, however very happy that I found a recliner that I think I will enjoy for years to come!

    Ventured into RC Willey in search of a desk, that would work in the available space we have. Not a dedicated office, contemporary space that could be toned down a bit with a classic look. As a designer it has to be able to fit my needs: Digital/ Virtual designs and lots of space, so I can spread out drawings and diagrams and use my colors and inks. We meet Ronnie Davenport as we are looking at various desks. He is the only person who approached us.My wife and I are both in sales and immediately liked him. He seemed interested, he was very engaged, friendly and asked good questions. He was helpful and quick to get answers to questions he wasn’t sure of. He provided a few valuable suggestions and the benefits of RC Willey for future needs. Result: Delivered on time, a little hiccup with a drawer opening, Ronnie was available via phone to answer questions. Desk is perfect! Experience was great! Will be recommending Ronnie Davenport to everyone!

    This store has so much to offer. I love the unique beautiful furniture. I love that RC Willey gives to the community in so many ways. They allow network groups and Chamber members access to their facility to promote their businesses. We owe it to Rc Willey to see what they have that you may need. Beautiful place to check out and make your purchases!

    What a delightful experience buying my new recliner at R.C. Willey. Saw the chair on Weds and Eric helped me plug it in and explained the features. Measured it and came back Thursday to buy it. Claudia helped us expertly and even shared the sale with Eric from Weds. Great staff from sales, cashier and warehouse folks. The price was outstanding and I’m enjoying my awesome recliner everyday now.

    We researched a lot before going to the store to meet with the salesperson. The appliances we wanted were not available on line but in stock for store purchase. Prior to going to the store the salesperson was very helpful and confirmed the items were available and that we could see floor models. He made a “ticket” with the items and was prepared to show us each one when we got to the store. We were offered additional items and there was some up selling but no pressure. All our questions were answered and the salesperson even contacted an installation associate to answer a couple questions about our specific concerns. Credit application process was easy and we were given a lot of details, everything in writing, and all our questions were answered. We’re hoping the delivery and installations go as smoothly.

    Amanda was a fabulous sales person. She answered all of my questions, was patient and helpful and did not pressure me to purchase. I even asked to take a pillow home to see how the sofa would look in my room. With a $200 deposit she was able to work that out with her manager. Great experience!

    RC Willey is an amazing store not only did they offer me 18 month’s interest free on the product I purchased. But they have excellent salespeople there that are friendly and very knowledgeable. I came to buy a treadmill for the family and my salesman Otis Griffin was very helpful in assisting us on what we were looking for. He took his time helping us find a good deal on a treadmill that we were able to purchase an Elliptical as well. Very happy with our experience at RC Willey and would like to thank Otis for an amazing experience.

    This was a last minute (I need these washer/dryer pedestals now) situation and RC Willey was the only store that had them in stock! Once I found out the correct item I wanted to order the curbside pick-up was effortless! The guys were very courteous, they checked my ID then items loaded into my car and I was back home in less than an hour. Just In time to have them installed and they match perfectly! This was my first purchase from RC Willey but I have feeling it won't be my last!!

    We love this store. Everyone is always helpful. Emile helped us look for a new stove in the discount appliance area and the floor room. He showed us a good affordable stoves in our budget and picked one that did more than we expected. We are really happy with our purchase. All involved including receiving and cashier were great.

    I just bought a new house and came in to pick out all new appliances and bedroom furniture JD Sturdivant in the appliance department was awesome and very knowledgeable about all of the various options I was looking at. I told him that I was also looking at furniture so he walked me over and introduced me to Mark Brewster. I told him what I was looking for and he found it, hooked me up with some additional items to complete the bedroom set. From the moment I walked in the door, these two employees did a fantastic job helping me out. Never at anytime was there any pressure to “up cell” How refreshing to be treated so well and get exactly what I was looking for and be bout the door in under 46 minutes Great Job you guys

    Very knowledgeable about their appliances, install, and shipping/travel. I think the most convenient, cost efficient deal in town. We needed an oven/stove to be delivered in Tahoe - there was no issue. Appliances in stock, delivery time scheduled, time and money saved. We then decided to replace our washer and dryer to something more efficient because all of the above happened. Best shopping experience I've had for appliances.

    Just bought a house and needed a Refrigerator. Looked at many different sites and stores and RC Willey had the best prices of any other company, forgoing getting something used. My wife and did not want to get a used fridge since this is our first home together. JD, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and actually helped us decide on the most appropriate appliance for our kitchen. Wonderful experience! I will always recommend RC Willey, especially when it comes to large appliances. I have also picked up some really well made Electronics and Funiture. RC Willey is definitely a one st op shop kind of place! Good Job!

    We had a wonderful experience our first time here with Vic, he was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to assist us in finding the right bed frame for three of our children. He was patient with my questions and helped me find the best deals. I will be returning for future furniture needs because of his amazing customer service.

    I love this place. Every piece of furniture is high quality and sturdy. Their sales team is phenomenal. I always work with Mark Brewster as he hast the best interest of the customer at heart. I’m sure others do too, but he is our go-to. Clean store, lots of choices, great clearance and fair prices.

    Visited the Rocklin RC Willey in afternoon of 7/11/22 and wow, what a great experience. We went there looking for a new mattress and found the perfect one. We had so many choices at RC Willey and being able to lay on each one and figure out what was best — soft, firm, or a hybrid was fantastic. Salesperson SUPER knowledgeable and this made deciding a lot easier. The store was huge and immaculate. Not too crowded and lots of good prices. Ended up also buying three chairs for our rec roof loft and a pub style table and chairs — contemporary and good pricing, a win-win. What’s great too is that everything is being delivered in 5 days!
