This
should
be
interesting,
I
thought,
glancing
at
my
random
name
generator
while
headed
north
on
A1A.
Blinking
up
at
me
in
pale
blue
light
was
Heidi's
Jazz
Club
&
Restaurant.
There
are
not
many
fine
dining
joints
in
Brevard
County,
let's
face
it,
we
are
not
Palm
Beach,
and
quite
frankly,
I
thought
this
was
only
a
German
restaurant.
To
my
surprise
and
happiness,
it
is
much,
much,
much
more.
Joe
is
the
waiter
today
and
appears
to
be
an
old
hand
at
fine
dining.
He
put
forth
just
enough
"umph"
to
get
a
good
tip,
but
not
enough
effort
to
make
the
top
5.
As
confident
as
I
am
that
a
Winchester
goose
should
wear
a
raincoat,
I
am
just
as
certain
that
Joe
won't
be
all
that
fazed
about
not
making
my
top
5
wait
staff.
Not
everyone
is
in
it
for
the
glory,
and
there
is
nothing
wrong
with
that.
I
asked
Joe
for
an
order
of
Beef
Tartare,
some
Sauerbraten,
and
some
of
the
Catch
of
the
Day,
which
on
this
day
was
Dover
Sole.
When
I
order
Beef
Tartare,
I
always
think
of
the
momos
who
tell
me
that
I'm
wrong
and
that
you
cannot
eat
raw
beef.
Hey,
all
the
more
for
me!
If
you
pause
for
a
moment
and
direct
your
eyes
to
the
pictures,
you
can
see
for
yourself
just
how
beautiful
this
dish
was.
The
beef
was
buttery,
seasoned
flawlessly,
and
superb
in
every
way.
In
fact,
this
was
executed
so
well,
it
just
might
be
the
best
beef
tartare
I
have
had
to
date.
Kudos
to
the
Apps
cook!
The
next
item
to
meet
my
discerning
palate
was
the
traditional,
world-renowned,
national
dish
of
Germany,
Sauerbraten.
Sauerbraten
can
be
prepared
using
a
variety
of
meats;
however,
in
this
instance,
as
is
usually
the
case,
it
was
made
with
marinated
beef.
Interestingly
enough,
and
I
say
that
as
I
am
at
a
German
restaurant
eating
what
is
considered
to
be
the
national
dish
of
the
country,
this
was
the
weakest
item
I
sampled.
That
said,
it
is
still
LIGHT
years
ahead
of
the
garbage
served
by
our
hated
enemy
with
the
great
view.
Curious?

my
reviews!
This
brings
us
to
the
final
dish
to
be
scarfed
upon,
the
Dover
Sole.
Lightly
breaded
and
sautéed
to
perfection,
a
picture
speaks
a
thousand
words.
'Nuff
said
about
the
fish.

Big
Boy

"Hear
ye!

Ye!
