We celebrated my husband's 47th birthday here. Such a nostalgic vibe. The pianist played a variety of selections. They even delivered us the most delicious slice of cake as a birthday treat with candle atop and all. Very much appreciated. I had never eaten this type of food before but I was highly pleased. I had the Chicken Rahm Schnitzel, my daughter had the Dover Sole, while the birthday boy had the Jaeger Schnitzel. We cleaned every single plate.

We went to the restaurant portion of the jazz club and Restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. The food, while pricey, was delicious and very well prepared. Service was fantastic, and there was live piano with hands-down, the best piano player I have ever experienced at a restaurant.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The music is beautiful, the food is stellar, and the service was very good. We chose to order the Oktoberfest platter for 2. It was absolutely delicious and plenty of food for both of us. Everything on it was so good. We ordered Creme Brule for dessert, which was also delicious. Drinks are a tad on the high side, but they were good. This place was great and I will definitely return and recommend

This is has been Cocoa Beach's class act for decades, and the new ownership is taking it up a notch. I have not eaten here yet, but the friends I joined had been there for dinner and they loved the food. One woman of German heritage said only her mother's was better! The restaurant was at 100% occupancy and the service is impeccable. They have a knowledgeable, and finely tuned, team. Great music and lots of dancing that night as well. I look forward to many more visits.

Everything we ordered was good! Great food and ambience. Escargot, carpaccio, grilled fish were great but the desserts literally took the cake. Loved the almond and chocolate torte. Apple strudel was crispy too. We loved it so much that we went to eat here on both days of our stay. The music is extraordinary.

Beautiful place, amazing food, fancy, loved the live piano music, our server was really nice. We ate beef filet stroganoff, chicken rham, chocolate truffle and a cappuccino everything was delicious. I really don’t understand the bad reviews, because they don’t add the 20% mandatory tip as I saw in some reviews (they deserve that and more tho) you should come experience it first yourself before getting carried away by the bad reviews that’s what I learned.

I always have a good time here! The atmosphere is warm and sophisticated, the music is so good, and food is outstanding! Their new patio is super nice, i sat there for lunch and had the chicken schnitzel with the 4 seasons salad (pictured) and topped it off with Apple strudel and tea. 😍😋

Visited for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the revamped menu. The Crepe Du Jour - a crepe of the day created by the Chef - and Heidi's Bowl - a bed of cucumber salad, potato salad, carrot salad, and greens with crab cakes (both pictured). The food was so tasty. This place is my go-to for lunch when I'm in the office😍

5 people. Shoved up against a wall. Waited an hour for dinner. Got a bottle of wine to start and poof the drink menu was gone before everyone else was even able to look at it. Waiter was very "cocky" states he'd been there 37 years. Piano player was great, atmosphere was great. The meats were very very dry. Not what I would expect paying $65 for a meal which by the way when I made reservations it was stated regular menu for valentine's day. I still have the copy. ALSO WHEN WE GO OUT CHECK A %20% GRATUITY was included which was not specified on the menu. I have a copy of that too. Over all we enjoyed our company but the service and food definitely did not meet our expectations. So now that we have just spend almost $600 on our dinner we were not even allowed next door in the jazz club to have a night cap!! The desserts came out quickly and were very good

Visited for the first time last night and found Heid's to be an awesome experience. The food was great and the music was right on point. When we arrived we were seated immediately (party of four) without a reservation. I recommend making a reservation due to a growing crowd. We were new to the area and will be back again. I would give six stars if I could. Great atmosphere.

We had a reservation a month ago, but we we were notified they were going to be closed for renovations. Back in the area again so made reservations to celebrate my wife's birthday. Hit the jackpot. She loved it (so did I). Food was excellent, service even better. Thanks Joe. Wife said the best birthday ever. Also, the pianist deserves special love.

Having visited the Jazz Club & Restaurant multiple times, I can confidently say that it never fails to impress. The moment you step into the jazz lounge area, you're enveloped in a warm and inviting ambiance that sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. The decor, adorned with captivating artwork, adds to the overall charm of the place and enhances the atmosphere. One of the standout aspects of the Jazz Club & Restaurant is its friendly and attentive staff. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile, and the service throughout your visit is consistently excellent. The staff's genuine hospitality contributes to the overall positive vibe of the establishment and makes you feel right at home. While I'm not typically a fan of German cuisine, I must admit that the dishes served at this establishment are done well. Of course, the true highlight of the Jazz Club & Restaurant is the entertainment. The live jazz performances never fail to disappoint, with talented musicians gracing the stage and captivating audiences with their skill and artistry. Whether you're a seasoned jazz aficionado or simply someone who appreciates good music, the entertainment at this venue is sure to leave you mesmerized. In conclusion, if you're a jazz lover or simply someone in search of a memorable dining experience, the Jazz Club & Restaurant is a must-visit destination. With its great ambiance, friendly staff, well-executed cuisine, and exceptional entertainment, it's the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy good food, and immerse yourself in the magic of live jazz music.

We have always dined in the restaurant side rather than in the Jazz Club next door... Great for a beautiful, quiet romantic dinner! Food & service has always been stellar & love the live piano. From the 4 season salad, filet, escargot, German offerings, desserts & drinks it is my favorite restaurant in Brevard!

This is a place where you get dressed up. There is a live jazz band and singer. You can feel free to get up and dance or stay at your table and just enjoy the show. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, but it definitely looked good. We had a bottle of wine and sparkling water. The singer and the band were remarkable! The service was good and they were organized as far as seating was concerned. You get four hours of a show with a couple of intermissions in between. We traveled from Hollywood, FL. to check out this spot and we were not disappointed at all. If I’m ever in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere was definitely what we thought of when we think of a jazz club. It was small, eclectic, with an upscale feel. The food was delicious, from the appetizer all the way to dessert, and the drinks were delicious. One of the best old fashioneds I've ever had! The talent was so good, and we became fans right away. Damon Fowler was incredibly talented as a musician, but he also put on a great show with good, funny stories. The prices were a little on the high side, but felt fair for the quality of the food and the experience. We will definitely be back!

What a great place. Foot was good although portions were a little small. Selection of 2 German beer, Warsteiner Hell and Dunkel is a little small too but you could select from American beer out of the bottle too. Our server did a great job. What was the most impressive and worth the money: ... the singer and her band. They was fabulous and gave us an unforgettable evening. She just had the most beautiful and smoky voice, and then her appearance ... very stylish. Good music for sure.

Had a wonderful dinner/experience this evening with my family. We were fortunate to get the last open table on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was classy in the restaurant side with a talented piano man. Food was incredible and our server Steven was first class. Best tomato soup & chocolate martini 🍸

Great food, a bit on the pricier side but well worth it. Went for an anniversary dinner and had no trouble reserving a table online. Monika was prompt in assisting us and was very knowledgeable in the menu and daily specials. We ordered the Oktoberfest platter for 2 and found it to be plenty of food to go around. Great if you aren't sure what you want from the menu. Really tasty German food, my only nit-pick is that the Spätzle wasn't as authentic as I've had in Germany. Otherwise top notch food and presentation. You can tell because the picture I took is after I greedily took from the platter. We also ordered a dessert of Apple Strudel with vanilla ice cream. Deliciously crispy pastry with excellent filling. Just be aware it has raisins if you're not a fan. All in all, a great evening out. Accompanied by some live Piano music. If you are looking for something a little quieter than the other haunts along the main road, I would definitely recommend Heidi's.

Classic place to see live music and have a great meal. We sat at the bar in comfy stools but this is fine dining at its best. The band was an amazing young talented blues trio with a unique style and played some fine originals and covers from Junior Wells Messin’ mashed with Ohio Players Roller Coaster to Paul Simon and Jimi too. David Julia and friends were a blast from the past and yet a look into the future of the Blues with a very entertaining band.

My first time visiting Heidi's and we went for the Robby King show. I don't know if all the shows are as well put together but will likely return to the venue. The host and service staff were quite pleasant. The food was a little pricey for what it was but wasn't intolerable. At our table we experienced a few different dishes and shared amongst our party. Cocktails flowed and enjoyable. How are non-alcoholic drinkers were made to wait for refills. Overall the show was the highlight of our evening

Heidi's Jazz Club & Restaurant, 7 North Orlando Ave., Cocoa Beach, FL 32931 5 Stars ***Top 5*** This should be interesting, I thought, glancing at my random name generator while headed north on A1A. Blinking up at me in pale blue light was Heidi's Jazz Club & Restaurant. There are not many fine dining joints in Brevard County, let's face it, we are not Palm Beach, and quite frankly, I thought this was only a German restaurant. To my surprise and happiness, it is much, much, much more. Joe is the waiter today and appears to be an old hand at fine dining. He put forth just enough "umph" to get a good tip, but not enough effort to make the top 5. As confident as I am that a Winchester goose should wear a raincoat, I am just as certain that Joe won't be all that fazed about not making my top 5 wait staff. Not everyone is in it for the glory, and there is nothing wrong with that. I asked Joe for an order of Beef Tartare, some Sauerbraten, and some of the Catch of the Day, which on this day was Dover Sole. When I order Beef Tartare, I always think of the momos who tell me that I'm wrong and that you cannot eat raw beef. Hey, all the more for me! If you pause for a moment and direct your eyes to the pictures, you can see for yourself just how beautiful this dish was. The beef was buttery, seasoned flawlessly, and superb in every way. In fact, this was executed so well, it just might be the best beef tartare I have had to date. Kudos to the Apps cook! The next item to meet my discerning palate was the traditional, world-renowned, national dish of Germany, Sauerbraten. Sauerbraten can be prepared using a variety of meats; however, in this instance, as is usually the case, it was made with marinated beef. Interestingly enough, and I say that as I am at a German restaurant eating what is considered to be the national dish of the country, this was the weakest item I sampled. That said, it is still LIGHT years ahead of the garbage served by our hated enemy with the great view. Curious? Read my reviews! This brings us to the final dish to be scarfed upon, the Dover Sole. Lightly breaded and sautéed to perfection, a picture speaks a thousand words. 'Nuff said about the fish. The Big Boy says, "Hear ye! Hear Ye! Read all about it! We have a new entry in the Big Boy Dining Out Top 5 list!"

First time trying out this Jazz club restaurant. My wife and I just had some drinks and appetizers in the area at Alabi across the street. We wanted some dessert and passed by Heidi's. We sat by the bar and the first show was on (no cover charge). The room was mostly an older crowd but the band playing was great. We sat at the bar and ordered a creame brulee and an apple strudel with ice cream. We also both got cappuccinos. This restaurants serve many traditional German foods such as various schnitzel and bratwurst plus several fish preparations. Both desserts were very good. The creame brulee has the proper consistency and was nicely torched on top. Better than most places we have had in Florida. The apple strudel was amazing. Not too sweet, light pastry and plenty of tart apples. The ice cream was a $2 extra but worth it. It was custart style in texture and paired well with the strudel. The cappuccino was also quite good. We may have found out spot when in downtown Cocoa Beach and want a good dessert or Cappacono. We plan to come back for dinner after viewing the menu. Staff was very nice and you can't go wrong with the music.

What a great time! The service was great and the food was delicious. The power went out on the entire street and the band kept playing…in the dark. It was amazing. The staff did their best to make it work until the power returned about 20 min later. The crab cake was very bready. The chicken was amazing. The gin lemon drop was amazing. The crème brûlée was pretty good. I would return again for the band - the food is just okay. The food options are very American but they charge for plain water - which is European.

This place is just amazing! The ambience with the music is warm and inviting, jazzy decor and clean! Food is great and so were the drinks! My partner and I didn’t have a reservation, but we were able to sit and enjoy dinner at the bar. Definitely a place you MUST visit when coming down to Cocoa beach!!

Visited the jazz club tonight for first time. The place is great. Our waiter was Dominic and he was terrific. The trio started at 7pm and sounded great. The food was amazing. We most definitely will return!!! Update: 1 year later…….. Went back to Heidi’s jazz club for dinner, drinks and jazz and we couldn’t believe it. When we arrived we were asked if we had a reservation and we did, so we we’re seated right away. The waiter came over to greet us and he took one look at us and welcomed us back! It had been a year since we were there and Dominic remembered us. The entire staff is just great. Dominic suggested a nice bottle of wine and we ordered our apps. Shrimp cocktail and the crab cakes, both paired extremely well with The Pinot Grigio. We ordered our main course and opted for the Octoberfest platter for two which is a sampler of some classic German fare, Wiener schnitzel, knockwurst, bratwurst, pork loin, potato’s, cabbage and some sauerkraut. Everything was delicious! For dessert we chose the apple strudel with ice cream. A good choice for sharing. The jazz band was called After 5 and played a variety of music including newer songs with their own twist along with classic jazz and R&B hits. The band was great but April (the singer) was the stand out. Her voice was smooth, soft and soulful. If you get a chance to see After 5 do it, you won’t be sorry. After 1 year it looks like Heidi’s jazz club is better than ever and we won’t a whole year to go back this time.

Had dinner there in late June of 2022, and the food was phenomenal! It's a very classy atmosphere but with reasonable prices. And there was a jazz jam session in an adjacent room with food and beverage available there as well. Overall, the evening was a complete success!

We had an great time. We are in coco to celebrate my friends birthday. We just happened to see this place and decided to check it out. It was so worth it. The music and atmosphere was great. I am not going to describe it because you have to see it for yourself. We came back the second night to try out the food. The food was delicious. The servers are very nice. I had chocolate martinis before. There chocolate martini are really the best. I recommend this place to everyone. Check it out.

First experience at this restaurant. Close friends recommended it and we finally stopped in for lunch. Pleasantly surprised. Met at the door by Anthony who welcomed and seated us promptly in a very nice dining room. Anthony was also our server during our luncheon meal and he did a superb job. The dining room is very tastefully done with charm and elegance. The meal was outstanding, reasonably priced, with nice size portions. The atmosphere was inviting, warm, and you want to take your time in the relaxing setting. We did not know what to expect from the outside but everything our friends told us was true. We will be back again for dinner and to try out the jazz club. Anthony was an outstanding server, very friendly, and very accommodating. The food had excellent presentation and tasted and looked original German. Strongly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Thank You Anthony; and we look forward to seeing you again at dinner and the jazz club.

This is really great German food. The chef has been working here for 18 years. This is fine dining. Our server was great. Live piano music while dining. We ordered the October Platter for 2 and it was absolutely delicious.i would suggest making a reservation.

If you are in Cocoa Beach this is the place to go wether it be for dinner or just for music. The steaks are incredible the perfect balance of tender, juicy, and tasty. The music is done elegantly by incredible musicians and very talented singers. Highly impressed my favorite bar in the area. Not cheap but 100% worth the price. Would rate 10/10 and highly recommend specifically the behind the bar staff, doorman and cooks. The live Music aspect adds a vibe that is unmatched; incredible talent every night I was there, I will 100% be returning everytime I’m in the area and recommending to anyone I know in the area. 5 stars or 10/10. Regardless best dinner and a show experience I’ve experienced in my many years going to Cocoa. The entire staff is friendly, kind and thorough. Especially the female and male at the bar as well as the doorman and waiters. If you’re in Cocoa Beach and want a place to go for high quality food, music and service I 100% recommend Heidi’s Jazz Club

  • 5/5 Wyatt B. 2 years ago on Google
This place exceeds every expectation we had! Stephen was our server and was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant. The gentleman playing piano was probably the highlight for me. I stopped noticing that I was having the best swordfish I've ever had and just enjoying hearing some old jazz on the piano. I'm looking forward to returning to enjoy the piano bar side of the establishment! I was skeptical because jazz can go really wrong really fast, but the food, service, atmosphere, and music were just more than I could have hoped for. I look forward to returning!
