Mid at best. Needs a smaller ice cream size option as both my wife and I were no where near close to finishing our small bowl. Both our ice creams had lots of ice in it from sitting out too long. Do not recommend. Especially after seeing the owner’s responses to other reviews. Very unprofessional.

Cute take on ice cream using founding father/ early US history. Staff dress in 1800's attire and are very helpful and friendly. All the flavors are good and good variety to select from. Customizable sundae with multiple opinions for flavorful, sauce and toppings. They have a Liberty Bell challenge ($75) free if can finish timelimit. Don't know if anyone can, but great option to buy for a party.

Best place ever! The super premium ice cream is fantastic, but the sipping sipping chocolate is remarkable. I have always read about historical events that never try that. With her this was a pricey adventure. 3 Ice cream cups, a milk shake and a sipping chocolate + tip ran just over $40 - so not a frequent indulgence. That said, this was a worthwhile indulgence and we WILL be back! P.S. the costumes and decor are fabulous!

Great customer service providing amazing ice cream in crazy flavors. LOVED Abigail Adams' Salted Crack Cookie Advice. The smoked ice cream is what caught my attention - genius! The strawberry basil (seasonal) is refreshing. The ice cream flavors are fun but the quality is what takes the cheesecake (with butter cake chunks). 😁 The staff working behind the counter were all very young (high school perhaps) but kept the line moving with enthusiasm and professionalism. Well done. Will be back.

Wonderful store and definitely worth a visit. Very whimsically themed, attentive and friendly staff and amazingly inventive and tasty flavors.

The ice cream is decent and the service is fast and friendly. The flavors available are somewhat original, at least in name. All in all a pretty good experience that met my expectations for a first visit to a new ice cream shop. Nothing disappointed me when, along with my son, daughter-in-law and four granddaughters, I visited the store. That earns a solid three stars. Pleasantly surprising me will earn an added star or, if exceptional, two. Disappointing me results in lost stars.

I have been to tons of ice cream places in Utah. This is the one I always come back to. The ice cream is great, the employees are nice and it has a fun theme. I like the pralines and cream and the midnight ride. I would definitely recommend it.

The ice cream is amazing and the service is always great! The one thing I thought was funny: I got an email saying I should sign up for their loyalty/rewards plan to earn points. Cool. I go to sign up and it looks like the points you get are per visit, regardless of how much you spend. It just so happened that I had just spent over $100 for a group order and I still got the same number of points. Just seems odd?

I only write reviews when I’ve had a 10 out of 10 experience. Brookers over delivered with the best ice cream I’ve had in Utah county. And it’s not even close. Also, the prices were very very reasonable too. Will be back again and recommend to anyone if you’re on the fence about trying this place out. I don’t have any pictures to post because I didn’t want to stop eating.

Ice cream here is amazing. The be milk fat ratio that they use is very high which makes her very creamy ice cream. They have some awesome flavors. I always recommend the Madagascar vanilla because it is super yummy, but it is simply hard to go wrong with any of the flavors. Staff is super friendly and provides their recommendations if asked. I recommend going not right after school as it can be somewhat busy.

I like to eat at places that create an experience. This was definitely an experience! Themed as colonial times, the employees even wear garb to match. And also their ice cream is delicious! Not only does it have a much higher fat content (yum), but the employees will take the time to explain it to you and why that makes it so delicious. Fun place to check out!

Easily the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had, and it’s not close. I got their hot chocolate ice cream float (very unique) and I was blown away. The service was fantastic, the decor was great, my wife and I will surely be coming back here as much as we can. It is a bit on the pricey side as I paid $25 for hot chocolate and ice cream for me and my wife, but man it’s seriously so good. Well done.

The quality of the ice cream here is great. I really enjoy the honey comb and the gram cracker one. Also, they weight your ice cream to make sure they give you a consistent amount. The atmosphere was nice but hard to have a conversation cause it’s very echoey. If it had some sound boards it would be a little more inviting to me.

I love this place!! Paul Revere’s Midnight Ride is the best if you like cookies n creme. Love the patriotic sprinkles! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Everything was clean and well put together. Fun environment! Very hospitable, love that they have a little help yourself water area! Makes me feel like I’ve traveled back in time. This place is awesome! So many original flavors to choose from! Thanks Brooker’s!! We’ll see you again soon!! ❤️

If you love ice cream, this is the place for you. Their high quality ice cream comes in many flavors, all named after figures of the American Revolution. I like that they have some lesser known ones, such as James Armistad and Deborah Sampson. They also offer drinking chocolate so thick and rich it's like drinking a melted candy bar.

So good! I always get the James Armistead, and their seasonal sorbet is a lovely contrast. So far I had the raspberry basil sorbet and the strawberry guava. The place is cute and the theming makes for a fun date night!

Simply amazing. Best creamy ice cream I've eaten in a long time. Tons of great flavors too. We did 2 of the 5 scoop tester and that was crazy trying to get our taste buds to figure everything out, but sooo much fun.

Fun place! Ordering is tricky since the names of items don’t relate to the flavors (they’re the ‘founding’ fathers - hence the business name) so it can take time to read all the details (look online beforehand to avoid the line-urgency). Also, the sundaes don’t have a banana which was too bad…. BUT the blackberry (or black raspberry?) was delicious!

What a fun place to visit! The flavors of ice cream are unique and absolutely delicious! And they make the ice cream right in front of you. The names of the ice creams are creative and the staff is dressed up in authentic-looking colonial clothes. It's not terribly expensive for such a unique place either, which makes it even better!

This place is great! Fantastic flavors, interesting concoctions, super friendly and helpful staff. The ice cream has just enough restraint to be decadent without being overwhelming and the sorbet is bright while showcasing all flavors in the mix. The theme is very fun but, if you go in blind, you may be overwhelmed trying to what's on offer since it's hard to tell from the names what each flavor contains. The cards are helpful but also very long (since the flavors are elaborate) and difficult to read them all in a busy line.

Brooker’s Founding Flavor Ice Cream is such a fun place to go get ice cream. All the ice cream flavors have Founding Fathers names. They have some unique flavors. James Madison Constitutional Crunch was very good. Their cotton candy ice cream was also very good along with mint chip.

👍👍 Any chubbys is one of my favorite places to eat and that includes this one. The burger is unrivaled, the beer-battered fries are second to none, and the milkshakes are pretty darn good to. It is slightly more expensive but it is definitely worth it.
