We recently spent thousands of dollars with ThePlantGuy on live plants and pots for our home. We’ve had issues with the plants, and when we called for help we are immediately treated like a nuisance & frowned upon! Both Christine and Matt were totally rude and impertinent. We called for help and they chose to be condescending, aggressive and started telling us we aren’t plant people (duh! That’s why we hired your organization… how low!). Our lady palm is 90% dead and our fiddle leaf fig tree, has literally lost half of its leaves overnight. We followed very specific instructions on care and maintenance which came from them. We did what they told us to do & when we contacted them they frowned upon us in disgust like we are wrong for contacting them for assistance… When we initially reached out to them, they charged us $500 for a in home consultation; they recommend the appropriate plants & placement throughout our home. The trees are now however are in poor shape & dying for no reason. I do not recommend using this company. You are going to spend thousands of dollars for glorified, overpriced pots paired with inexpensive plants that’s you’re gonna be charged 5x retail for!! P.S. once they have your money.. the customer service goes out the window & you get treated like a pest! Shame on THE PLANT GUY 🥺😕😐

Spent thousands on the design and installation only to have the plants die. Unbeknownst to me our planters were filled with styrofoam and our plants had no room to grow and thrive. Had another reputable nursery assess the situation and were told our plants could never live under the circumstances. I ended up removing and replanting plants with real soil (imagine!).

I found exactly what I was looking for, but they make everything personalized according to your space, your style and the light of your environment. Definitely worth every penny, I recommend The Plant Guy !

Do not do business with this company and the owner named Mathew. He treats his paying customers with no respect whatsoever. If I can give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!! he is very EASILY ANGERED & does not let you get a word out when things to do not go his way. When your a business owner you have to be flexible with your clients and also make sure you do an audit and stay organized with your clerical work before you approach them with the correct details in regards to your services contracted for. NEVER AGAIN MATHEW NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

After final installation of wall, which is beautiful. We have received the phone call from the office announcing our final payment was not finalized. Before we could resolve situation and rectify problem which is clerical, and it could be solved quickly. The owner of the company and the office of the Plant Guy company had attack our phone lines with multiple threatening phone calls, unprofessional language. We were going to use this company for our future projects, however this behavior is unreasonable and I refuse doing business with bullies. I am sorry to say, this business lost my business.

Bad quality setup and plants. See picture after 1 week. Rodrigo (the manager?) said they would only replace if i ordered new planters. Would never use them.

It is unfortunate to know small businesses who are currently being hit by the pandemic have to deal with unprofessional employees at their establishment to keep the business moving. I called to get horrible service from woman who answered by the name of Samantha. Not only did she provided unprofessional service as I am trying to support a local business, she puts me on speaker and has her co-worker laugh at me as I speak. I ask to speak with the owner or manager she claim to not be available and that she was the only person I can talk to. As much as I would like to give the business this was definitely a turn off.

Well... Customer service was not good at all. i was not even able to get a quote because nobody helped me and literally drive 45 min to get there 😞 i was really excited because i follow them on social media, so when i get there i ask the lady who just told me that what you see online is what they have and i was looking to make a good business with them 😞 a big project form my business. Disappointed, I Won't be back ✌️

Amazing company to work with. Professional and courteous. Installation was a breeze and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to all professional interior designers and anyone else who would like some faux plants in your residence or commercial space

Matthew and his team are not only creative and talented but they are hardworking and extremely professional. Our project was done meticulously and on time schedule. I would recommend this business to anyone wanting to bring some liveliness to their home.

The Plant Guy (and his team) have been absolutely fabulous to work with! I have a small condo property--but my goodness!--did M. have an incredible vision for my space(s) and bring them to life! The Plant Guy designed my entire outdoor patio space, front entry, and interior space and I could not be happier with my investment. He truly brought the space to life and accommodated every little thing I asked for. Furthermore, the service his team has provided--long since delivery/install (6 months +)--has been five star and top notch. To give you an example, I walked into his store three months after delivery with a pic of a plant that wasn't doing so well and he was HORRIFIED and literally fixed it that day. He takes so much pride in what he does, and his service is impeccable. I recommend The Plant Guy to quite literally everyone I meet. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate M. & R., and their team. They're the best!

Being new to the area from Baltimore, Lauren was very, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative, I must say. She took the time to understand my vision and explained a process that will fit my needs. I will definitely pursue and patronize The Plant Guy in the next coming months, once I complete the standing water drainage issue I have with my terrace/balcony. Lauren made my visit, very worth while and productive.
