The staff at the outpatient center and mammography center made my labs and mammogram together a seamless experience. I was impressed with the calm well decorated healing environment of the mammography rooms and homage to Angela on the wall. Thanks to Cathy, Melissa, Gairlynn and Margaret for your excellent attitude and gentle touch.

I'd give this place negative stars if it were possible. ER "doctors" act like machines who seem to have no sense of empathy towards patients. You are regularly made to feel like you're nothing but a number to them before being shoved out the door with prescriptions for ibuprofen no matter your level of pain. Nurses are unfailingly rude, and behave as if a simple request is somehow beneath them. They can't seem to think for themselves. "I have to ask the doctor" looks to be the default response even to something as simple as asking to have a wound cleaned and bandaged. I cannot stress enough how much I hate this place. If you're able to, choose any other hospital. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS.

Wow…I was blown away by my visit to Broward Health North outpatient today…starting with Gairlynn who was extremely warm and kind to me in my moment of fear and frustration…Walking in to have a mammogram and ultrasound I felt transported to a beautiful place of peace and serenity…the inspirational words and butterflies on the walls were so calming and warm to my heart ❤️ 🥰…If only the entire hospital could have this same ambiance…Healings could accelerate and Hearts could be comforted…So not only is Cathy Gardner an amazing decorator she also gives the most painless mammogram…just as gentle and kind as the words on the wall…Pierre Noel and Melissa Fouser who assisted Pierre with my ultrasound were also so so kind, professional, extremely thorough and informative…I strongly recommend Broward Health North and am excited to see future improvements! :)…also had the pleasure to meet these 2 beauties…Mona the cutie dog and her beautiful owner Edna…spreading their Love all around :)

5 star: attentive and highly skilled day nurses, fantastic therapists, front desk, emergency and rehabilitation facilities, overall friendliness of staff. All rooms have nice big windows. 4 star: overall knowledgeability and skill of doctors, coffee and food facilities. ICU facilities seem understaffed but the staff are good when they are there. For example, one night another patient wandered into our room without any staff member present. 3 star: mixed levels of empathy and overall "bedside manner" from doctors. Some act like their patients are basically statistics. Some are a bit histrionic. This lack of reliability interfered with the overall impression of care, but I'm not sure it affected the quality. 2 star: social workers and insurance coordinators. They do not give the impression of being interested in the quality of care, just looking good for the insurance company. They make many mistakes and you need to double check everything they do. 1 star: night nurses leave people alone for unsafe amounts of time and do not come when called by patients. This caused my loved one unnecessary anxiety about going to the bathroom and interfered with his sleep. I also felt that my loved one was released too early and without adequate family training in all aspects of care (some things were covered well, but things like setting up medication routines, hygiene, and nutrition were lacking or outdated). There should be more caregiver resources for the intermediate time between inpatient and outpatient therapy.

This is a review for Broward Health North Outpatient Rehab and the physical therapy team and staff. I am doing much better after spinal fusion therapy and some complications. My physical therapist Casey and intern Jessica have gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I achieve goals. They have spend many hours reviewing and analyzing my case to present me with different and challenging therapy. They were great to be with, kind, caring, encouraging, resourceful, and dedicated. They are highly skilled leaving me with great confidence that I chose the right place. Additionally and especially, I have to compliment Edna the scheduling secretary and her incredible therapy dog Mona. Both were wonderful and added to my positive experience. Edna handled my scheduling professionally and efficiently and we had a very positive interaction. I highly recommend using Broward Health North's Outpatient Rehab's facility! Five stars all around.

I had hip replacement surgery last month. My doctor was very good and the staff was nice. However, after I was brought to my room- still heavily medicated-everyone seemed to disappear. I needed to use the bathroom, but no one responded to the call light. After finding the lower side rail down I wrongly decided to get up unassisted. Obviously a bad move, and I fell. Aside from a scolding by the nurses that I should have called them on their cellphone (definitely did not hear that directive) and a follow up x-ray no one cared. No one asked how I was feeling, no report was made, no one cared that a staff member left my side rail down. I don’t believe that errors can be eliminated if they are ignored. I received my records today and there was no mention of the fall. What did I expect?

My wife went in for a simple outpatient procedure. Our experience was good from the moment we arrived. Pleasant people, and she said that the doctors and nurses she dealt with were not only nice, they were hilariously funny. They made her very comfortable, and everything went very smoothly. Afterward when we were in the recovery area, they brought us both snacks and drinks, and she got flowers on the way out. You would never know from looking at the outside of the building what your experience would be once you’re inside. At the time of our visit, there was construction going on at the main entrance, so we had to walk a little extra to get inside. But the lobby is beautiful. While waiting, I visited their gift shop. It is small, but has some nice little items that you can purchase. I also ate a sandwich at their café. Pretty good quality for the price. I got a turkey and cheese grilled sandwich. They use Boars head meat. They also have Boars head soups available, although I did not try those. I did look at them, and they looked delicious. Overall, our experience was pleasant, and we would choose to return. That is if we needed to-nobody would actually choose to go to the hospital unless it was necessary. 😉

The most unsafe, insanity, inhumane hospital I've ever been to. The nurse are rude, disrespectful, and uncompassionate. They don't care about their patients and feel like they're on top of the world . The charge nurse supervisor on the 8th floor, is so full of herself and doesn't know her left from right. I've been here for the same issue and no one is doing anything, and I'm getting worse by the day . This is the worst experience ever. How do you put 2 people in the same room with 1 bathroom But the diagonis is unknown from either patience and you were notified prior to admission that you would be sharing a room . If you want your loved one to die from not being taking care of properly leave them here. They ignore every red flag that your body would give them if you're sick, high blood pressure, high temperature, chills, unknown cause of pain, high risk patient, etc. I left the first chance I got. -5 out of 5 stars save your breathe , money and time.

Broward health physical therapy department is really what the reviews are saying From Edna the secretary to my brother in law therapist Darren. She greeted me and welcomed me to have a seat in her beautiful waiting room I know now where I would definitively be coming if I should ever need rehab. Great job Broward hospital

My mother-in-law fell and broke her hip. We had to call an ambulance to come get her off of the floor. The staff was amazing and made her as comfortable as can be. All of the doctors and nurses are wonderful people. Even the food staff was great as well accommodating to her special needs (as she is a diabetic) For such a bad experience, this hospital has mad it better for all of us!!

Our experience was excellent. We arrived at the Emergency room because my husband was bleeding from urine and with a lot of pressure on his bladder - but he was received and treated in less than 15 minutes. The doctors - paramedics - nurses and all the emergency staff were wonderful - super sure of what they were doing - Both the patient and me, we felt confident. Once entered the 8th floor. Room 819 - where he spent a very bad night - a lot of pain 😫 and anguish for not solving the problem he had - hours of bleeding 🩸 due to the formation of internal clots —— a real horror movie (nightmare) !!! Thank God the next day Everything changed —- Vendryes urologist Christopher L., MD performed the Cystoscopy - and you're feeling much better! Nurse “Jackie “ is the best in the world! 🌍. Suoer friendly and professional from her. also “Maribel” from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and “Maria” from Guatemala 🇬🇹. Very noble people. Special mention to Dr Crupta. (photo attached) to indicate the surname well. With God's help everything went well — - I recommend the Hospital 100%. 100-% cleanliness and good parking spaces. Free. Now I must go down to the 1st floor. to see PaGoS topic…. 🤨 💰

Worse experience of my life!!. I was rushed to this hospital from a scooter accident with a complete dislocated of my ankle. They said my ankle was broken and I’ll will need to be admitted to do surgery that night! Once they seen I have medicaid they discharged me with a broken foot. The on call surgeon Jason Gould is also wrong because he knew , and refused to do the surgery at the hospital because of my insurance. He wanted me go to his office. I went to his office and was seen by him. When it came for the surgery come to find out, he’s not even in my network(he doesn’t take my insurance). I wasted 2 weeks with a broken foot and still don’t have a doctor to fix it. Stay Away from this hospital and Jason Gould’s office!

I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN GO BACK TO THAT HOSPITAL!! First, I came in with breathing problems because I have asthma and ASSOCIATED with trying to breath, I had chest pains. So, they completely overlooked my asthma and breathing problems and put me under “Cardio problems (heart issues)”. I told them the chest pains went away before they even moved me upstairs but they still were treating me like a heart patient, making me do Echo tests, cat scans, and everything related to the heart. I had to beg for breathing treatments because they refused to give me one due to the fact that I “wasn’t there for my breathing problems”. It also takes like an hour for each small thing to come, and even tho I checked in at 4am, was told I would get breakfast and water, it never came and I was starved and dehydrated all day. GREAT JOB BROWARD HEALTH!

Physical therapy department staff were amazing. from receptionist Edna to the therapists, they all were very understanding and very accommodating for my needs and my time. Seeing their smiley faces when you walk in was all the comfort you need. I always left there feeling 100% better.

I had an out patient procedure on Monday (with Dr. Janke) and I was thrilled with the treatment I received. From the check in staff at my pre-op covid test to the man who gave me a heated blanket in the pre-op area to the nurse who took care of me in recovery. It was an excellent experience overall. Each person I came into contact with was caring, compassionate, professional, and kind. I would never "recommend" to have surgery but I would surely endorse this hospital. My surgery went well and I was quickly home and feeling better. Every staff member promised to take good care of me along with wishing me well and each interaction felt quite genuine and sincere. This Hospital saved my life! I went to other hospitals ( where I could not feel my legs) and the other hospital sent me home with muscle relaxants and neproxin.. they took me straight in and they gave the the MRI I’ve asked for in other hospitals… I got in at 7pm. By 11 they emitted me. 1:30 am I got my MRI. 8 in the morning I was in surgery for a tumor that was pressing against my spine leaving me paralyzed. They did my surgery at 8am that same day. The whole surgical staff were TOP KNOCH!!! They saved me from being paralyzed for the rest of my life. FANTASTIC TEAM! Not to mention the nurses taking care of me before the MRI, the team in ICU that are phenomenal and the Rehab team that gat me going in no time!!! I will be back to name all of the people that helped me. I owe my life to every person that helped me when I was at my lowest. Fantastic team!! But the surgical team: OUTSTANDING.

I'm writing in behalf of my dad who was in a serious car accident in October. He's been receiving physical therapy at Broward Health North for a while and has made very good progress in a short amount of time. The process of setting up his appointments was simple and the staff is very kind. Overall, the environment is great for someone who is recovering to be in. Thanks to Ms. Edna, Marie, Casey, and a little dog named Mona.

I was at North Broward Hospital in October for a few days. In the days I was there they did not clean anything, they didn’t even pick up the garbage. We had to ask to remove the garbage because it was overflowing, and even then they took a while, and they only came when my visit removed the garbage and left it at the door! The hospital is very dirty. I've never seen this before. It usually needs to be sterilized because there are a lot of bacteria and viruses in the hospital and, as I said, I stayed there for 5 days and there was no cleaning. I'm not putting the responsibility even on the people working in the cleaning sector, but on the administration! Most nurses are good professionals, but some don't even know how to take the blood. The doctor discharged me even before I had the Catscan. They come to see you very quickly, they don't talk to you properly and they send you to look for it in the office after you leave the hospital. Looks like they're negotiating with us. They took an oath of profession, but they are not keeping it. It wasn't just me who left like that, I had the opportunity to talk to other people and they all complained about the same things. Sad reality 😔

After a fall, my mom was recommended to start physical therapy. We went for an evaluation to the Physical Therapy Department and we couldn’t be more thankful for the wonderful care my mother received. From the moment we walked in Edna (front desk) received us with a big smile and kindness. She explained everything we needed to do to start registration and get the ball rolling. Then we met Darren and Melissa . Darren was very knowledgeable and respectful while Melissa was caring and patient . Everyone was great and even trying their best to communicate with my mom who doesn’t speak the language. Taking that extra consideration makes this team very special. Now I am at ease my mom will be in great care.

Edna Stickel in the Rehab Services department is amazing! She has gone above and beyond helping me with my PT needs. After having a complete knee replacement a few months back it became very difficult to get my insurance to approve more PT visits. She along with the help of Jodi, are making it happen. After years of paying for insurance and not needing it, the time has come that I do and they are denying me what I am deserving of and am paying for. I felt defeated and was ready to give up. Edna called me because I hadn't completed my 3 month survey. I told her I was giving up because no one wanted to help me. I have gone 3 weeks with no PT, doing exercises on my own, hoping they were correct and helping me in the meantime. I need the help and guidance of a professional. Edna is seeing to it that I am taken care. Welcoming me for the consultant visit and for one PT visit that got approved. I also want to mention Darren, my therapist. What an amazing, caring person he is. He did an evaluation, then my first visit with him. He pays such attention to my needs, taking his time accessing the care that will best get me back on my feet, never rushing me. Kuddos Darren, I can't thank you enough. Edna, Darren & Jodi are all now working diligently to get me the remaining PT I need, so I am on the right track to regaining my life back. They all truly care about their patients and I don't know what I would have done with out Edna & Darren & Jodi stepping in to assist me. Edna you're amazing and I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart! Darren, thank you for taking the time to figure out what the best course of action is to get me back on my feet. And Jodi, thank you for working with the insurance company to get the assistance I need to regain my life.

Disgraceful practices, arrogant and RUDE staff, and inhospitable conditions. If you enjoy being left in a room, sickly, and without attendance for inhumane amounts of time, this place is for you. Clear disregard for their patients; avoid at all costs.

Our experience with the Outpatient Physical/Occupational therapy has been stellar. It far exceeded my expectations. Every time my mother and I come in Edna always greets us with a smile, and consistently help us plan our future appointments communicating well with us and the therapists. Casey is amazing and a very caring Physical Therapist. I can tell every time she is with my mother she is very mindful and always watches her carefully to assure she is comfortable, safe, and helps my mom adapt so she can meet her goals. She is very proactive with us and working with the doctors office so my mom can receive the care she needs. Also I would like to mention our Occupational Therapist Marie she is really sweet. She is very perceptive, and not only focuses on exercises, but also tools and different ways my mom could gain more independence. You can tell she really knows what she is doing, and consistently has a plan for each session with a certain goal in mind. I feel really lucky to be here with my mom. If you have someone you care for who needs to see professionals who really care about their patients well being i truly recommend it here.

My wife was seen for Outpatient hip replacement and the quality of care could not have been any better. Kudos to Michael & Karen for taking such good care of my wife. Dr. Adam Lipman is an excellent orthopedist that does the hip surgery from the anterior.

We were greeted in professional manor at 5am. The staff in prep for Surgery were excellent. The nurse Elana was super pleasant. She helped to make the patient and family comfortable. Along with Ashley who also did a great job of helping us to be less anxious Ashley offered me a warm blanket while they care for my husband. Casey did a fine job of transporting my hubby and showing me the surgical waiting room. I hope everything else goes as well as the check in!

Worst hospital ever! I will never go here again with an emergency, the doctors hate putting in the proper orders to diagnose ones problem. They never took samples from me not even for a pregnancy test which is usually the first test given at any hospital, they just gave me an IV for an hour then released me with a false diagnosis which is why I had to visit another hospital to get the proper treatment, in case of emergency NEVER go here!

Worst hospital ever! Husband was there for 6 days and missed Christmas at home! Could have been out on the third day but due to doctor's lack of urgency in putting cardio and neuro orders in and for not signing standard nursing facility documents, he had to stay another two days! Was suppost to have transport to nursing facility by 2pm and as of 6pm he's still there aNd no one bothered to tell us! My husband has dementia! We would have been there with him had we know that they forgot about him! WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!

Universally great hair at this facility, but this quality is concentrated in the hospital’s CEO. There is some magic at this place… great people from the security guards all the way up to the doctors. Oozing with compassion, this hospital but a smile on my dad’s face after he had fallen, broken 6 ribs, suffered a bruised lung, pneumonia and kidney complications. We felt safe and informed the entire time. Thanks for the professionalism and love! Special shout-out to Edna. Take care; only hospital I’ve ever wanted to visit again :)

I’ve been in this hospital for about a month now unfortunately. However the care I got here was top notch. They’ve all been so kind, caring, patient, and attentive. I haven’t had a bad experience yet and Olga makes sure we’re getting best care. She even brought me some flowers and a teddy bear when I was feeling really sad. Made so many great memories with most of my nurses and I also had a Mathieu, who’s a PT and has gone out of his way to push me to go walking and help me with exercises so I can get back on my feet. They also have Edna who really brings a smile to the patients face with her adorable dog Mona (Picture below) The doctors are great here as well. One in particular is Dr. (I’ll edit this once I remember his name) and he pushed for what he believes was best for me before I go through any surgeries, which I really appreciate. 10/10 Highly Recommend if you’re looking for a hospital to go to.

Broward Health North is an amazing hospital. My mother had hip surgery and the folks at Broward were amazing at the quality of care she received there. The staff on the 4th floor have become family for us. We will miss them dearly as we finally head home. The list of names of people who have impacted our family from Broward is long and frankly trying to name them all would be a disservice in case I missed someone. I can honestly say that my mother is looking ahead to a vibrant life because of the people on the 4th floor - the Rehab Center- at Broward North.

I had the most wonderful experience in my 70 years with Cathy that does the mammograms….. the office is inviting, magical, peaceful, welcoming, pink and beautiful and she did it expense and all by herself. A beautiful tribute to Angela, her mentor, friend, and co-worker. You’re even sent home with a copy of Angela’s prayer. What a gift she has given to everyone walking in that office. It changes everything 🙏🙏🙏♥️

what makes me most calm and happy is the excellent treatment given by the employees, the sector I went through, the doctors, nurses, secretaries, receptionists are all wonderful and have a lot of respect for the patient that is for me. The whole team is to be congratulated, including today I was very well attended by Mrs. Michele from the finance department. She is very attentive, polite, which made me feel very good, even though I was sick. I just have to thank you for everything and for the love… 🙏😍👆🙌🙏

Front entrance desk staff are nice. But doctors and nurses?? Wow. I want to know why pay so much money and time to become doctors and nurses, to have that attitude. Its Disgusting how they treat their patients. And if you call Gods forbids you get a decent operator that helps you out. They are so freaking rude.

I had to take my Dad here for evaluation of a hernia and possible surgery. I chose this hospital even though we live in Pembroke Pines because they allowed family to visit. For that alone, I would give them 5 stars since having your loved ones with you is so crucial to physical and emotional health, especially during this pandemic. From the ER to 3rd floor Neuro unit where he stayed for a little over a week, all of the staff were very courteous. Even as I walked the hallways to his room, every one who passed me from doctors, to nurses and even cleaning staff all greeted me kindly. While I was in his room, I was kept informed by all the doctors and nurses that came to care for him. His last nurse, Shirley, treated him like he was her own father. I am so glad we had such a great experience at North Broward!

I have spent so much money on this. My migraine attacks are killing me, the medication I’m prescribed barely work. I haven’t even gotten an mri done. And now I have to wait for my doctor to give me refills or do something that works till October while I’m suffering because when you tell them you’re out of medication they say they don’t know what to say. Seriously? Last time my doctor even forgot what medication she wanted to give me. That’s my doctor? No this is not ok.

The MICU and the CCU units are fine, with caring staff. And while the staff may still be caring on the regular floors, something is wrong when patients have to ask multiple times to be changed and cleaned up because no one bothered to help them use the bathroom or bedpan. I would never send a loved one to this hospital again.

went to the emergency room last night and Dr. Meena Hierholzer was the emergency room doctor that treated me for a swollen eye. Dr. Menna did not listen to my symptoms or throughly check my condition. I told her I got bit by a spider she never even looked to find bite mark. I told her I had a headache for three days and been sleeping for three days straight and she exited exam room and a nurse came back in and said I was discharged. I said I’d like to speak to dr. Meen again and she returned and said dr. Meena doesn’t need to see you. I asked to see another dr. And the nurse returned with security. I was a perfectly respectful and shocked that security was even standing there. I had to remove my own monitors and get dressed in full view of Securitiy and leave. I left without any issue at all. I still feel sick and will be going to urgent care. Dr. Meena should be ashamed of herself and I will be filing a complaint with both the hospital (Broward Health North ))and The Department of health Complaint department. Stay away from this doctor and Broward Health North Emergency room. Just Wow!

My Mother is in Broward Hospital as we speak due to having a stroke. She is not herself and my neice Erin has been going up there daily. My Mother isnt the most pleasant at times but dear lord please do not let her sit in her own filth and without clothing on from waist down. When this information got out to family members, like myself am ready to get 1st flight outto Florida..That's not right my Mom deserves better treatment than she is getting.!! By the middle of next week maybe my last.

I came here for a stomach issue and had fainted. I see all the negative reviews and I'm trying to figure out why? I had an exceptional service here. The nursing staff was busy, but were ok to joke around with a little. My doctor was very knowledgeable and understanding of my issues. From everyone I talked to from the front desk (accidentally parked in front parking) to everyone from that, exceptional! You can tell they care for each patient like family. If I ever have to go to the hospital again, I'm requesting broward north!

Regarding the Occupational & physical therapy sessions. First I have to mention the secretary Mrs Edna for her scheduling, and funny keen sense of humor to brighten my day and her little white🐕. Also I worked more with Mrs Marie Kline she was patient, understanding, did a good job with me with the techniques and services. Also Mrs Chrissy was great as well.

I had my treatment done in this hospital after a knee surgery done in United States (I'm from Peru) and, as part of the post operation treatment I was going to the outpatient physical therapy department 2 or 3 times a week for several months. In there I was always greeted by a lovely secretary, Miss Edna, who always seem to be in a great mood and greeted and smiled to all the patients arriving at the therapy department and regardless how much pain I was in or how uncomfortable I felt, she always made my stay better somehow and I could tell she was a very well known and  respected person in the department from all the people passing by to happily say hi to her. Besides all this, I was being treated with care, the therapists always kept an eye on me to make sure that I was doing the exercises correctly and making sure that I was not in pain. I also had interaction with people working in administrative offices in Broward Health North and it was always a good experience Overall I would rate it higher than 5 stars if it was possible :) especially the outpatient physical therapy department and all of its staff

My sister and I have been coming to this location 2 years. We have had so much success, help and support from the smiling face of GAIRLYNN. It feels great to know we have an outpatient registration staff member that really truly cares about helping patients.. She will go out of her way to make sure my sis understood what she was signing An the process and procedures that would be going on during her time at the cancer center. If every employee could get back to true customer relations, like she cares, then there’s nothing that could stop this hospital from being number one.

My husband past away on 8/19/21. I never got his wedding band back. To the employee of this hospital that stole his ring! To you it was just a piece of jewelry to pawn- to me it signified the world. The love and memories of two people. A husband, father and grandfather that had more respect in his heart then “you” will ever have! Shame on you and the hospital for your dishonesty. I pray that god punishes you for this awful cowardly thing you’ve done!

I personally wanted to share my wonderful experience with Broward Health North. I had 2 beautiful ladies that will forever stand out in my mind. Nadia C PCA and Errette RN. They always made me feel I was at home and I looked forward to seeing them. I watched them bring up my boyfriends moral during his stroke. They were always ready to answer my questions and they always encouraged him not to give up. I honestly felt like Nadia and Errette was like family. We shared a room with another patient and I watched how they just brightened up the patients day and how he said he loved how the ladies treated him. I will forever be grateful for the whole entire staff at Broward Health North starting from the main lobby to the Doctor’s on staff, The Neurologist the RN’s, The PCA’s, Charges nurses they made our experience so comfortable and I am so pleased on how nice everyone is. Thank you for your hospitality!

It’s been six years since my dad, a pompano resident since 1948, died there. He had a lung infection and was dropped off by my sister who had to go back to work. She dropped him off awake and coherent so didn’t think anything of it. Whatever happened we’ll never know the truth but they sedated him and put him on morphine and he never woke up. I live in Massachusetts and by the time I got a flight there he died with me next to him at least. I’ve spoken with another friend who also lost his father there. Old pompano locals. Same story, same result. I’m sure if they were investigated there would be a pattern of neglect and opioid abuse.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. The secretary, Edna was very friendly and helpful. She understood that I had work and tried to work as much as she could with my schedule to get me in. The therapist, Casey, was very nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident that I will get very good treatment and advice from her from my injury. And Jeanette was a wonderful translator who helped me as I only speak Spanish and did not have my daughter with me. Everyone there treated me wonderfully and I am very happy with everyone I met and the service and attention they provided to me. I look forward to my future sessions. -Silvia Rocha

Moment I walked into this hospital I was greeted and welcomed with open arms. Gotta say that’s not something you or nor would expect walking into a hospital for a loved one. While waiting in the surgery room they kept us entertained always checked in daily to make sure we’re comfortable and whatnot they even offered a discounted breakfast for us the lady even has jokes asking if she wants us to see a picture of her pride and joy and this is what I see 😂 really cheered me up had a nice experience

I agree with all the 5-star ratings, especially when reviewers mention the little dog strutting around the hospital, making people smile with her cute dresses! Her handler is wonderful as well! The staff is caring and accommodating, and the receptionist at the main entrance is very friendly and patient. Thanks Broward Health!

I had a total knee replacement in October 2022. The outpatient rehabilitation is great. Darren Kasey and of course Edna and Mona!! They were very compassionate and they got me were I needed to be. Thanks so much

I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. I was greeted at the elevator by David who was very friendly and directed me to rehab outpatient. I was then taken care of by Jeanette who made me feel really special. She was standing in for the normal secretary, Edna, who is on vacation. I was feeling nervous about my first appointment but I already felt at ease. I would also like to give a big shout out to Casey, a physical therapist, who made my first visit a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hospital

I was brought here from an assault. They have a head trauma unit and the staff from the nurses to the Drs were very compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This is one of the best hospitals I have ever been taken too.

If you can AVOID going here? DO. my grandma was 83 European & good condition, they let her seize & die...my mom had a stroke she was 73 ER Dr said she's old and won't make it, we insisted and she survived brain surgery! Our friend Maria was convinced they knew they could help her with her cancer THEY Aren't A COMPREHENSIVE CANCER CENTER! she died that year. Our family friend passed away unexpectedly due to organ failure.... They had no idea why. HORRIBLE HOSPITAL.

Worst experience and it shows how poor our health care system is amdhow crooked hospitalsare. I had an accident have insurance but when you're in an accident they're not covering but a little amount no matter what. The hospital is fully aware when you are admitted, they billed me for $30k on just xrays, didnt feed me because they swore I needed surgery.. Long story short they lied about what was wrong with me kept me days and billed me thousands for no reason other than to milk me and my insurance. I got a second and 3rd opinion and went to a family chiropractor that all said thier discoveries were false. Now weeks later come to find out they tried to scare me into a surgery i didn't need, I am in the gym and have recovered 100% but they want me to pay $67k for nothing but starvingme and taling hundredsof xrays thier "trainedprofessionals" couldn'tread properly...Good job America this is our healthcare system in a nutshell...

In 2020 and in 2022 I-had spine surgery in this hospital. I know it used to have a terrible reputation but my surgeon, Matthew Moore insisted it was now superior. I now agree with him. I have not had a lot of experience in many hospitals but I can tell you my experience here was excellent. Not only were the nurses wonderful and attentive, but even the food was good and whoever says that?
