5
star:
attentive
and
highly
skilled
day
nurses,
fantastic
therapists,
front
desk,
emergency
and
rehabilitation
facilities,
overall
friendliness
of
staff.
All
rooms
have
nice
big
windows.
4
star:
overall
knowledgeability
and
skill
of
doctors,
coffee
and
food
facilities.
ICU
facilities
seem
understaffed
but
the
staff
are
good
when
they
are
there.
For
example,
one
night
another
patient
wandered
into
our
room
without
any
staff
member
present.
3
star:
mixed
levels
of
empathy
and
overall
"bedside
manner"
from
doctors.
Some
act
like
their
patients
are
basically
statistics.
Some
are
a
bit
histrionic.
This
lack
of
reliability
interfered
with
the
overall
impression
of
care,
but
I'm
not
sure
it
affected
the
quality.
2
star:
social
workers
and
insurance
coordinators.
They
do
not
give
the
impression
of
being
interested
in
the
quality
of
care,
just
looking
good
for
the
insurance
company.
They
make
many
mistakes
and
you
need
to
double
check
everything
they
do.
1
star:
night
nurses
leave
people
alone
for
unsafe
amounts
of
time
and
do
not
come
when
called
by
patients.
This
caused
my
loved
one
unnecessary
anxiety
about
going
to
the
bathroom
and
interfered
with
his
sleep.
I
also
felt
that
my
loved
one
was
released
too
early
and
without
adequate
family
training
in
all
aspects
of
care
(some
things
were
covered
well,
but
things
like
setting
up
medication
routines,
hygiene,
and
nutrition
were
lacking
or
outdated).
There
should
be
more
caregiver
resources
for
the
intermediate
time
between
inpatient
and
outpatient
therapy.
