Had a fantastic experience with D-Patrick Ford and Taylor Nichols. Inventory for F-150’s today is scarce and they had a solid selection. I’ve been looking in the Lafayette and Indianapolis areas for a while now and they had the best pre-owned fleet by far. Taylor Nichols (Lead Sales Rep) was awesome to work with. Not pushy, helped me transition to the Ford Pass app (which is awesome) and explained everything really well. The financial staff does a great job explaining the numbers and options and even threw in a brand new tire due to a concern with one on the purchase. Five stars. I highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor and Jan to pick up my car after communicating with both of them over the phone for about 2-3 weeks. Taylor helped me through everything and made my first time buying a car very easy, especially since I live 2 1/2 hours away. They were very thorough, comprehensive, and trustworthy. Purchased a Lincoln MKZ from here and I love it so much!! I live about 200 miles away from the dealership and they kept in close contact with me within the days up to my appointment and I was able to do a lot of the process over the phone for easy convenience when I arrived to the dealership! I also had the option to get the car delivered to me, but I didn’t. Taylor was my salesperson, and he was AMAZING!! Make sure to ask for him if you ever go here to look for a car! Jan also helped me with a lot of the process as well and she was such a sweet lady!

Buying a vehicle here was a huge mistake. I immediately had problems with the truck the day I drove off the lot(which they did repair). But since then I have had nothing but issues with it. I’ve put thousands of dollars of repairs into it whilst still making my monthly payments. I should have purchased the warranty but i figured I drive very little and the mileage wasn’t terribly high, so it would probably not be worth the crazy amount they were asking. So now I’m stuck with a truck I can’t drive because it needs more work done that I can’t afford and still making my monthly payments. It wasn’t all bad tho the guy that sold me the truck(Taylor) was awesome and I’d recommend dealing with him if you do go here. I’m sure this isn’t the experience most people have here, but it was mine and is beyond disappointing that they would sell a vehicle that had so much wrong with it.

Awesome service and hospitality! My 2019 Fusion Hybrid gave me a check engine light about 4 miles from this Ford dealership. We were on a Thanksgiving trip and out of our service area. The service manager bumped us to the top of the list and his technician found we had a fuel vapor valve that had stuck in the closed position; he cleared the problem. The service manager didn't ask for any info and said "No Charge"! This is the kind of customer service I grew up with (now a senior), so if you are in Lebanon Ford's service area you are lucky. Thanks again.

I recently purchased a new Ford Edge from DPatrick and could not be happier with the entire experience. From the initial greeting on the showroom floor to the negotiation and purchase agreement the process was handled courteously and professionally. Taylor was very knowledgeable and shared some great detail on the dealership as well as the vehicle models and features I was interested in. While this may not be the biggest or fanciest dealership in the Indianapolis area don’t let that stop you from checking them out if you are in the market for a car. The customer service relationship is a high priority here and you’ll feel like you have been treated like one of the family even if it is your first purchase.

I just wanted to let everyone I know in and out of my circle that I just purchased another vehicle however this one is for my daughter and it’s her first vehicle. I've waited a few weeks to review. Let it settle down. Made a purchase here. My offer was always contigent with them fixing the brakes. Truck has shot/warped rotors and the brakes struggle to work. When the deal was done the brakes got left out (My fault for not catching the fast one i suppose.) So I'm out that. Overall I'd say it's an OK place. Just get everything In writing. When we upgrade to a dually next year I'll go elsewhere most likely. Which stinks cause this is the closest shop to me. Pros- The prices aren't bad given the Market and they negotiate some. (Get it in writing) *Update- since this review I have received calls from the General Manager. Felt the a hostile call so I had to hang up. He tried again and I didn't pick up. My review is about my overall experience. I did purchase the vehicle in question. Do you feel great buying from a place that says their techs looked it over and it's good to go? Only to find the brakes are straight garbage? (Found out on the test drive)

My salesperson was great, but I’ve been in the car business for years and am blown away by how lazy managers have been. Went in to buy a $70k truck and was immediately passed off to a different sales person (jason was awesome). I’m easy to please being in the business, but after checking out the truck it needed tires all the way around (and it’s a dually) they assured me to go home and get my trade in and they would give me great trade value before I went and looked at the other trucks I wanted to see and they would more than take care of the tires. So I rush home and get my truck and bring it back up there as I waited for a manager to look at it. The manager never came and said hi and I’ve been in finance for eight years and was taught to always go vote the customer, but I wasn’t even greeted, they looked at my truck which had a $30,000 book value and wouldn’t even give me an offer when I said I wanted around 27,000. No one came out to talk to me about it but they still try to sell me the truck without my train since they were going to make me a great deal. I asked them what they could do and they came back with a $800 discount which wouldn’t even be enough to pay for the six Dooley tires if needed no one came to try to negotiate. No one came to try to sell. It was a laughingstock take your business somewhere that they actually care about your business. I went and bought a 2020 Laramie ram from a place who actually cared and gave me more than I asked on my trade value.

Jon Sheets was an awesome salesman! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying and I never felt pressured to buy. He made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and was good about following up to see how I liked the car after I bought it and to see if there was anything else he could help with. I would highly recommend buying a car from Jon!

Taylor was more than kind to my wife and I. They made our car buying process quick and easy! They didn’t push anything on us that we didn’t want and they helped as much as they could to get us into our new truck! We've been looking for a truck. My husband found one online at D-Patrick. We called ahead because we thought we might be cutting it close to their closing time. We arrived and Mr. Jon Sheets had the truck warming up waiting for us to take a look. He was very friendly, informative, and helpful. We decided to pursue the purchase of the truck. The staff, I believe Owen (forgive me if I am wrong) was super helpful in working with my husband and I as we navigated the financing and the options that come with financing.
