Love this place! Such good vibes with all the gorgeous, glittery glass art. My husband and I took a class here and had the best time. We learned so much about the art of glass blowing and we made four different pieces of art ourselves! Our instructor, Malcolm, was incredibly patient. He also knew just when to step in to ensure the pieces we were working on turned out great. We fell in love with the art form and the place itself. Highly recommend.

Did a private lesson with my girlfriend for a date and absolutely loved the experience. We had zero experience in glass blowing, but Joe was an amazing instructor and made everything easy to understand. He was very helpful and allowed us to make whatever we wanted. If you’ve never done glass blowing before, you should definitely give it a try and book a private lesson!

Fantastic, fun experience! My husband and 16 year old daughter did a session to create 2 pieces. Took about an hour total - great instruction and guidance. Very safe. Staff very friendly and helpful. We received the cooled products that were shipped very quickly afterward and they were completely intact. A fun way to spend time in downtown Seattle- would go again!

Amazing!! One of the coolest things I have ever done. So worth the money because the product I helped make is the same as what others charge just for the product. The instructor was fantastic. Even if you just want to stop in and watch there is a seating area that you can watch someone else doing another class for FREE.

Great experience. We got to make two items. The artist was great in helping us make our glass pieces. The 1 hour went fast but we are already planning another longer visit to get more hands on time. Definitely worth it!

I was there for a Hot Shop class. Ronnie was super friendly and fun to work with. Super knowledgeable to boot. I am excited to go back and maybe learn more from him in the future. They also have beautiful art pieces there as well as a glass art supply shop with both hot shop and flame-working equipment.

My wife Rebekah and I had an amazing time with Shannon! We did multiple projects and Shannon helped us with excellent patience, guidance, and instructions. It was obvious by her movements she was a professional, and her ability to communicate really led us all the way through. We are already planning our return trip.

Since watching the Netflix show, I've been wanting to do this. Gifted my partner a class for two and it was SO cool! We had a lot of fun learning how to do our pieces and our instructor Quinn was really easy to talk to, walked us through everything and answered our questions. The class is a little pricey, so to save some coin, I would suggested looking for a Groupon. Tips to the instructor are still appreciated though!

Booked a session for glass blowing here for my birthday. It was amazing. Made this beautiful paper weight. The instructor was very informative and went over the process patiently. He was friendly and didn't mind answering all our questions about the materials and different techniques. Will definitely come back for more sessions.

Fun, interactive, artistic, take home pieces you made (or assisted making!). We did a 3-hour private session which was enough time to get creative with the pieces we aspired to design. Would recommend a 2 or 3-hour experience to friends (already have!) Loved working with Joe.

We found a Groupon for a private glassblowing experience for two. It was soo fun and so cool to do. The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a big baby so I was nervous going into it but the instructor made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I felt confident with the whole process. That being said, it was a little fast-paced and I felt a little rushed going through it. Probably because it was late at night and we were the last group to blow glass. The glass we made turned out beautiful and I would absolutely try this again and pick something a bit more challenging to make.

If you’re even slightly interested, you have to do this! Even if you have no artistic ability and/or nervous about handling hot melted glass. The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional, and will guide you every step of the way. Also a good place to pick up a unique gift, as they have lots of glass figurines and sculptures in every size, color and price range. They also have a huge selection of glass blowing supplies.

One of my biggest bucket list things to do while living in Seattle was trying glassblowing. My wonderful fiancé surprised me for Valentine’s Day during Covid time when things were just starting to open back up. There are a few package options available at Seattle Glassblowing Studio. We opted for the option with a private instructor and us. We were partnered with Tree and he was awesome. Very patient and walked us through the process while being effortlessly cool zigging and zagging across the studio to make our pieces just right. We had enough time to make 3 pieces: a bowl, a vase, and a paper weight. We loved the experience so much that we brought my brother and my sister in law here during their visit and asked for Tree. They will also ship to your home if you live out of town which is cool if you are only visiting for the weekend. This is a great place to try glassblowing and reasonably priced. Check Groupon for promos!

My wife and I did the 2 hour personalized session with the instructor Joe. He was AMAZING and really made our experience a great one. He was very patient with us as this was our first time. We got to make some really special pieces thanks to Joe. I would highly recommend Seattle Glass lowing Studio to any couples wanting to make some great art and memories. It was worth every penny!

My partner and I took a 2 hour lesson with Edgar and had a blast! It was a great mix of hands-on experience and watching a skilled craftsman at work. We learned a lot and love the pieces we helped make. Highly recommended! The gallery/gift shop also has many cool things you can buy. Parking is across the street for $4/hour, but there are plenty of public transport options.
