Upon arrival it was not pleasant the nurse had a attitude She was very rude to the Emsa drivers all because she said she didn't know or hadn't received any information that she had a patient coming too her location I was not feeling well I was just praying to get too the nearest hospital This was my first visit and I pray to God my last I thought nurses was Caring Compassionate people? The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful If that young lady was your Charge Nurse you guys might want to reconsider. Hopefully she won't be in my shoes one day and receive the Welcome that I did

My wife is so appreciative of the wonderful care she received on 28 Dec 2021. All of the staff was so friendly and caring! They were very attentive to all her needs while in their care for her surgical procedure. She will need a follow up procedure very soon and is going to ask her doctor if he can do it at this facility. We had a great experience from the time we entered the facility until the time we left later that afternoon! Just super folks that we really enjoyed meeting. Thanks to all for the wonderful care you gave to my wife!

I'm really not a hospital person because usually I go for 1 thing & leave with other issues. Plus some staff are there for just the pay check, but not this hospital. Everyone was respectful & kind. Especially Joy Carpenter. She's truly there from her heart & goes beyond her job duties. We need more people everywhere like her. Heart of gold with the soul of an angel. My stay there was amazing. Most hospitals show you no love as soon as they find out that your not insured. But not only am I uninsured, I'm also homeless. That made no difference. I was treated & like a king. Even left with full coverage insurance & money to fix my jeep so I can make it to Tennessee to join my wife. Thank you so so much! Life is getting better by the day. I can't thank you enough.

Visited ER in July, the care was excellent. ER staff gets 5 stars!! This review is on administrative and billing. I'd give zero stars if possible. Long story short... I was sent home from the ER with defective equipment (it happens) and had to return to the ER in a LOT of pain within the hour to get it replaced. Dr even noted reason for return so I wouldn't get billed for two ER visits or so it could be corrected if that happens. It happened, and after reviewing Integris still insists there are no such notes and is continuing to bill for the second visit stating it was totally reviewed and there are no such notes. The billing department is totally inept and crooked. The notes are right on top of my paperwork from the second visit. I've been a loyal Integris client since 2008 and this is out of hand. So, go for the care, the care staff is amazing but beware that your billing will be incorrect and deceitful.

I was very impressed with this hospital, the staff, and the quality of service I received. From ER though my 8-day stay in the hospital, I felt that everyone who attended to me genuinely cared about my recovery and did the best they were able to do to ensure my recovery. I believed I was in good hands. Every doctor, nurse, and technician provided exemplary care. I was honored to receive visits from the charge nurse, floor nurse, and general manager who all came in to offer words of encouragement and see if I was being treated right. While I don’t want to ever have to be admitted into a hospital again, if I do, I will choose Integris Edmond.

. My Aunt was admitted with weakness and extreme confusion. CT scan was done during the ER admission but did not show a stroke. ER physician told me they were going to do an MRI to make sure she didn’t have a stroke. This was around 4 pm. I kept looking at her Integris and Me account all evening to see the results of the MRI but nothing showed up. I went to see her the next day and asked the nurse on duty about the MRI and was initially told that it wasn’t done because she “couldn’t give consent”. Bear in mind, she couldn’t give consent for the CT scan, chest x-rays, Doppler study etc that was already done. I shared this with the nurse who promptly got a social worker to call me and then the story changed. Now….couldn’t do an MRI because of the concern for “hardware”. No one ever called me to ask about possible hardware and I would think the need for a super conclusive test would have been done regardless of “hardware” info. Anyway…it is my thought that had an MRI been done timely her stroke residuals may have been lessened with the blood clot reducing drug but once the MRI was done, almost 24 hours from her ER admit, it was too late. She was sent to skilled rehab 4 day later. I just feel like if you are “old” nothing much is done to help you. My Aunt is 83. I just want to remind everyone at this facility that we are ALL going to be “old” someday and the level of care should be what you(the staff) would want for yourself or a loved one.

I felt like I received the royal treatment. My nurses were attentive. CT tecs amazing . Then there was my doctor who explained everything and was supper nice and patient. I felt like I was in safe hands. The discharge papers were a plus as they detailed everything and had bonus recommendations. Great work team. I would choose you again and again for emergency visit.

My wife and I thought everyone, from the custodian emptying trash to my surgeon was super nice and helpful. Bailey was the first to greet me in my room and was super friendly. I never had a question unanswered orca need unmet. Dr Rhodes and his staff did a great job!

The nurses were amazing! I felt like everyone really had my best interest in mind and it gave me lots of comfort during my stay. There was a computer issue during checkin but the lady seemed very efficient trying to get the problem fixed and apologized for the delay.

Just got into town and had an unexpected emergency. The staff at Integris was awesome. I was checked in and moved through the assessment process very quickly. I was admitted for overnight observation. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and very professional. Post-release follow up was also very quick and thorough. We are moving to this area and I intend to make this my primary hospital

Even though it was very busy in the ER,my nurse Brittany and the PA on duty that night kept me comfortable and warm. Brittany was attentive and very kind. The PA was helping the doctor with the influx of patients. She listened to what I had to say and didn't dismiss anything. I left the ER that night feeling so much better because of these two wonderful women. Thank you so much.

I went to this Emergency Room and from the minute I got there, to the time I was released, the staff was so professional and friendly. I was in terrible pain, they got me in fairly quickly. The nurses were so nice to me. The entire staff really. It was clean and comfortable, and didn't smell like a hospital. I was very impressed with the overnight emergency room crew.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were very professional and knowledgeable in a very delicate situation. We had the most amazing nurses! They were kind, compassionate, and attentive to the whole family when we needed that support. They deserve medals!

This is a beautiful facility with accomplished doctors, nurses and staff. Dr. Emily White is a fantastic communicator and surgeon. She made my husband (who waited in my room) feel reassured and at ease with the procedure. Nurse Tish was so helpful as she took vitals and made sure I was ready for the procedure. Even Bailey, who escorted us to my room, was a delight. Everything and everyone here is first class!

Went in for a surgery but ended up in ER. Then got admitted to hospital for 2 1/2 days. The staff was so nice caring. They really did a great job of explaining the situation and medications. My nurses were compassionate and so very understanding. This facility made my experience tolerable and informational. Thank you all for your compassion and patience. I appreciate you from. Bottom of my fragile heart.

Everybody was very cooperative and competent. They were kind and courteous from start to finish. I appreciated their help. The doctor was awesome and very patient with me, and the two nurses Danielle and Dan are fantastic. They deserve commendations for their service to me.

What I love about your hospital is how well the patients and the people that are with them are treated. The people that work there have one of the toughest jobs in the world and I’m always impressed with the people that work at the Edmond Integris. We sure appreciate how well you took care of my elderly father and I promise he appreciates it also.

Went to ER not feeling very well. Hardly any wait time. The staff and medical professionals were great. Got checked out extensively and fortunately everything was fine, just dehydrated from a stomach bug. Everyone was kind and compassionate and made me feel like I made the right decision to get checked out. I recommend Integris emergency for urgent care highly!

The nurse and doctors were absolutely great!! Put my daughter at ease immediately. Our nurse in particular was funny and calm—the exact humor we needed. It was Sunday in the ER and they were a stellar crew. We felt confident in their assessment.

It was the BEST mammography exam I have ever had. The staff was courteous, gentle and explained everything before doing it. Made certain I was comfortable with everything she did and was properly masked. I’ve had these exams for 50 yrs and this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had!💐💐💐💐

I had a knee replacement on 8/17. Myrin was my doctor. The staff who helped me after the surgery were all fabulous, super attentive and helpful. They were incredibly pleasant and it was obvious how much they liked their jobs. They were instrumental on checking me out in a prompt and efficient manner Edmond Integris will be my hospital of choice from now on. My previous lab testing and other procedures have all been timely and stress-free as well. Thank you for your efforts and professionalism.

Great experience! Dr. Carey was fantastically helpful and kind — not to mention he gives off an air of "I got this, don't worry." The staff was also wonderful. The facilities, of course (the hospital is relatively new) were great, but the staff is first-rate.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon expecting to spend hours in their emergency room and was taken back within ten minutes of arriving and was seen by a doctor within thirty minutes. The doctor in the emergency room was outstanding, diagnosed my condition and prescribed medication and fortunately it’s working great for me. Nothing but great things to say about this place. First time there, everyone treated me great.

This is hands down the best ER in our state. I have young children and unfortunately accidents happen. Every time we’ve needed an ER visit, Integris Edmond has delivered!! We’ve been in and out in an hour and their care is top tier. I cannot recommend Integris Edmond enough. Efficient, effective and careful. The very best.

Dr Leah Skaggs as well as nurses Denise, Amy and Joanna were the biggest part of bringing my son into this world and I honestly had the best experience minus the scary part that no one could’ve prevented these women absolutely touched mine and my wife’s hearts and we couldn’t have done it without them they were extremely supportive, understanding and caring they did everything they could to make sure we were all comfortable and doing well the entire time we were at the hospital. The labor and delivery team at this hospital are absolutely amazing they truly have impacted my life so much I cannot put into words how grateful and blessed I feel for them to have been a part of my sons birth. I showed up at 5:30 am in pain and sat in triage for barley an hour and was admitted my nurses held my hand talked me though every step involved my wife in every way possible and treated us amazing while we were there. I ended up needing 2 blood transfusions and hemorrhaged after giving birth and I don’t know if I had been anywhere else if I would’ve been okay truthfully.

I was just incredibly blessed by every single person in Admissions and Imaging on Wednesday and Thursday MEME ❤️ started the excellent two day experience and KELLY ❤️ completed it the following day. Even the GIRLS ❤️who checked me in in the imaging office each day were friendly sweet thoughtful caring …. The first day I had an MRI and a male and female - I WISH I could remember their names both were wonderful - I think I was nervous- but they were also SO nice. She gave me a heated blanket and has 5 grandchildren🥰 even though she looks like she’s in college! 😉 I LOVE you guys. You made a very scary experience a huge huge blessing. Thank you!! Lisa

Great experience. All of Staff were professional and very caring. Explained the care I was receiving and answered all my concerns that I was having during my hospitalization.

Registration for an ultrasound was well done and timely after arriving. Tech for ultrasound was very professional and friendly. Obviously knew her job well. Was impressed with total time in and out of 45 minutes.

Facilities were fantastic being new. Everything was great from admissions through surgery and into recovery. I was admitted to the recently opened 5th floor and everything was downhill from there. It took ringing the alarm button 3 times over a 56 minute period to get someone into my room to bring me my walker so I could use the bathroom. There were 2 nurse assistants that were just unfriendly. I had to ask for my drink to be refilled with ice and water each time. When I was being wheeled out to leave one of the nurse assistants just turned her head and ignored me. The nurse was very friendly, smiled and said I hope you get along well. I could go on and on but overall the experience on the 5th floor was just terrible.

Unfortunately had to use their ER services, but it was great! Quick in and out with no wait in the lobby before getting back to a room. Doc was great and made the experience as best as it could’ve been.

My husband just spent 13 days critically ill in the ICU at Integris Hospital in Edmond OK. I cannot find words of praise sufficient to describe the exceptional care he received from EVERY nurse, doctor, tech and therapist. No one could have provided better care. They were excellent in every way. He was not only treated well medically, but we were both treated with kindness, consideration, respect and dignity. They answered every question carefully and thoroughly (I had many) and with understanding that it was very difficult for me. My husband did not survive his serious illness, but I will be forever grateful for the care they provided. It meant the world to both of us. Thank you. Sandy

I will begin by saying I really like my doctor. I went in to have surgery and my doctor did a wonderful job. The nurses were kind and I appreciate them. I do, however, have a complaint. I EBF my 2 month old son. I declined an anti-nausea patch due to the fact that it can dry up a mothers milk supply. I made this choice clear to every doctor and nurse I was told would be taking care of me. I was told it was not a problem and it would not be put on me. Well, 24 hours after my surgery, I felt something behind my ear. I pulled it off, and it was the anti-nausea patch. Someone had put it on me without my knowledge or consent. This was very upsetting to find. Now I’m just praying it won’t affect my milk supply so I can continue to feed my son.

This journey started with meme at the front desk. she is GREAT! The (3) K's each one has a special job and they do their job exceptional well. I realize I was in good hands all the time. I can't even begin to express how amazing the labor & delivery team here is. Every single nurse treated me SO well. I felt beyond cared for and like my experience mattered to them all. The other staff members I've met have also been spectacular. All the housekeepers & dietary people were also very kind to me. I love this hospital so much!

Wonderful staff and Dr Shsdfar is amazing. He cares so much about each patient. I had an osteoma removed from my forehead. He washed my hair afterward to remove any blood and called me that night to check on me and just a tiny incision. I would recommend him highly. Never had any Dr. do that before.

Dealing with their billing department is ridiculous as they use a foreign call center. I've already had two large issues with Integris not properly billing my insurance's correctly and me having to go through a bunch of hoops to fix them. This second time they told me they would reimburse a $500+ payment I made thinking they billed my insurance correctly, turned out they of course billed my insurance incorrectly only after spending several hours talking to them and my insurance company to figure out what they did wrong, and Ive waited two business weeks to receive the check and I got a check with .26 cents on it with no explanation on what happened. Just FYI to everyone, don't pay your larger bills until you've talked with your insurance to make sure it's correct. Other than that, their staff and doctors are typically really friendly and nice. But my reviews not changing until I have this finally resolved.

Everything we experienced at Integris Hospital in Edmond was excellent. Every employee was so helpful, friendly and professional, starting with the front desk, our escort to the waiting room, all nurses and doctors and especially Dr. Mark W. Wood. It was also so helpful to get our take home meds at the hospital. The Home Discharge Instructions were also so helpful. Thank you for everything.

This place was exceptional, starting with the lady at the front check-in desk to the lady that helped us out to our car after surgery was over with. The Drs, CRNA’s, and nurses all had phenomenal communication and were sure to explain every detail and answer any questions we had, as we were nervous for our baby to be sedated/operated on. Everything went so smooth and right on time, I will recommend this facility every time!!

The doctor know nothing, I will never go there again

Registration was a complete mess. I never received pre-op paperwork. I was never called with instructions to get my Covid test and had to figure that out on my own. Was told I didn't have to show up with a full bladder, then get there and have to give a urine sample prior to surgery after being told to fast for 12 hours. The nursing staff was fantastic at the hospital!! Little to no post-op care. No pain medication prescribed after 4 biopsies during one surgery, even though it was asked for. Basically made me feel like I was an addict for asking. No follow up call from the doctor or staff to check on me post surgery.

Nurses and doctor was great in the emergency room. take good care of you. however, the food they provided at Integris I35 was terrible as was the coffee. both meals were cold was biggest problem

From the time I walked in the door I felt well taken care of. The staff was considerate, kind and thoughtful!

All necessary COVID safeguards in place. Super easy check in; extremely polite staff, very knowledgable technician performing the ultrasound scan. Great experience. But I wish there was a better score for the Patient Portal... never receive notice... frustrating not to view the results, knowing the doctor has but must mail me via USPS a copy of the report... doesn't seem efficient.

This is one of the quickest, cleanest, and most professional ER I’ve attended and I’m a nurse. I will never go anywhere else. The staff from the time you walk in to the time you walk out are INCREDIBLE! I adored my Dr and his nurses. They were kind and gentle and actually listened to me. What a wonderful place! 100/100

The ER staff was very friendly and prompt. Great experience! Only suggestion was the pharmacy was closed due to the holiday and I had no way to get the prescriptions I needed and they didn’t offer it while I was there. in the future it would be great if they could give one dose of the medication in the hospital before leaving if pharmacy’s are closed. Other than that all the doctors and nurses were very caring and attentive!!

The visit was great. Everything time we visit the hospital or ER we are treated nice. My daughter was having respiratory issues and she was seen immediately. The nurses were nice and very helpful. Dr. Langerman is the best. He has been caring for my family for over a decade. He is thorough and very compassionate. He was there when my mother passed last year and he was very empathetic when he gave us the sad news. He knew her and the family due to her needing medical attention often and he often saw her. Every time we visit the ER we are lucky enough to go on his shift. And he goes above and beyond to give us the best care. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who wants good care and great patient care.

Integris Edmond emergency room was very efficient. I had a lot of fear going to the hospital during the COVID crisis but was very ill. They did a great job making me feel more at ease. Once I was in a room the nurses were all great! The floor physician was awesome too. He really helped me understand the importance of my role in ensuring my condition did not get worse.

I had a bleed on my left eye. The staff was very respectful and positive. They got me in and out quick but not rushed. If I have to go back to the emergency room it will be at integris. God bless

I initially approached the two procedures with severe anxiety and trepidation, however Jennifer in Ultrasound and the young lady in Mammography(can't remember name)was extremely professional as well as comforting and sensitive to my emotional apprehension. I would recommend this hospital to oanyone.

The thing that bothered me the most was that they made me sit outside on a metal bench while I waited. I was so sick and weak that I could barely walk. Plus when your body hurts all over, a metal bench is like torture. Not to mention how sensitive to light that my eyes are. Finally a nurse came to get me and expected me to walk around the building to a different entrance. I had to request a wheelchair when it was obvious that I was too weak to walk. I just can’t help wondering what their plan is for when the weather gets colder?

The entire staff deserves the highest rankings possible. I was scared and they made me feel secure. I was in extreme pain and they comforted me. Their compassion is truly humbling and I will never forget how well they cared for me. THANK YOU!

The level of care at Integris is far superior than anywhere else! It is actually a joy to go there. ER staff are quick and helpful and professional. Dr Gannaway is great and his staff rocks! I have had many surgeries etc and they stand way above any other facility in the metro area. Even during COVID times, they make appts super easy. Not one bad experience have I had. Difficult times are made easier when they treat you like #1. Certainly eases any worries you may have. Best facility I've ever been to, hands down.

This place is really a joke!!! I waited last night n right now for meds still waiting n its been almost 1 hour!!! Sitting on the 5th floor n when u go to the desk n u see a nurse they go the other way!!!! Now she brings meds but not n a cup but puts them n her hands with no gloves.... Smh

Outstanding care in the ER last Monday. Thank you, registration, Dr. Owens, nurses and aides, CT tech, radiologist who wrote detailed imaging report ... everyone. Covid protocol was followed, care was prompt, thorough, kind. I could not have asked for better.

Everyone in Dr Sparkes office makes it so comfortable to have to go to the Dr. They are always so nice and personable!!

I had to have an MRI & I am very pleased with the entire experience. 1) They used all precautions to make sure my health & safety were #1 2) The safety of everyone else patients & staff. 3) The tech that did my MRI was a sweet lady and helped me stay calm due to the fact I am claustrophobic. Great place I would very much recommend if you ever need

Entered the ER with severe abdominal and back pain. Person checking folks in was on what appeared to be a personal call. Was given a COVID-19 test even though I had no symptom or temperature and did not request one. Why? Discharge materials included a discussion of pancreatic cancer and a procedure to remove portions of the pancreas and other related body parts as part of a treatment for cancer of the pancreas. No mention of cancer was ever discussed with the ER staff. A little scary to say the least.

Went in for a CAT scan and ended up staying a couple of nights. Everyone couldn’t have been any more considerate and compassionate. From the ER staff, doctors, to the floor staff, all made me feel comfortable and confident I was receiving the best care. Very pleased with the entire experience.

I couldn't have asked for better care. Nurses were wonderful. 6 days with pneumonia.
