    This branch is very unprofessional, I had a problem with my zelle transaction and was informed that my account was on hold due to my transaction being considered fraud, and was told to call my closest branch to set up an appointment to get this handled, once I called the branch a young man answered the phone as I explained to they guy my situation he told me that there next available appointment was until next week Tuesday minding you it’s only Thursday, who wants to wait a whole 3 days for an appointment when money is needed, so I then asked to speak with a manager and instantly was told that the manager was busy at 10 in the morning, so I said I would hold, after two hang ups I then called another branch who was very nice and and was able to help me without any appointment and I was able to go through drive through, moral of the story this branch has unprofessional workers including the manager, not once was the guy at this branch knowledgeable to help me, as far as the other branch more nicer and considerate of my problem. I will not be going back to this branch don’t care how close it is there atms hardly ever work anyways

    I did my application online was approved. Came a few days later to get my debit card. As soon as I walked in someone was there to great me and to offer help. This was done with other customers as well. The process was easy to get my debit they print it on site. Further they are willing to answer your questions. In my opinion the experience I had was outstanding.

    It's just that there are so many 1 star reviews. I've never had any bad experiences there. In fact, they usually recognize me by name and they're usually very polite. TD bank in general is really good. I've done my banking elsewhere but TD is the best. The hours are great. They're open on the weekend. With other banks, you have to work your schedule around them if you need to do your banking at the branch.

    They are going to have to remove their sign stating that it is the most convenient bank. Because ever since covid-19, it has not been convenient at all. I waited over 20 minutes to cash one check in the Drive-Thru. Unacceptable

    I am not surprised at all by the rating of this branch! After opening my account online, I called to see if I could make an appointment to sign my new account forms and deposit some cash. The young lady that picked up reassured me that they were open until 6pm so despite me getting off work at 5:30 someone would be able to assist me. I got there at 5:55 and scanned my phone so I can added to the cue. I immediately received a text message that I was third in cue. After waiting 30 mins, the cue was updated that I was next in line. I then received a called from Jessica saying that check in closes at 5:45 so they can’t help me! Straight BS! There are too many other banks for people to be dealing with incompetence when it comes to their money. I will be closing my account and I will be calling corporate. They need to close this location and get a new staff! Something has to change. This is a primary location!!!!

    I’ve been coming to this branch for several years and today I received the best customer service I’ve ever received here. INatalie Gopaul took care of me today and it was such a pleasant experience. This branch needed her refreshing energy. Give her a promotion because she deserves it!

    New girl at the front in training. Don’t work in the finance SERVICE industry if you’re going to give costumers attitude for no reason. No greeting . Asked for a simple currency exchange, was given a rate and told her other places it’s significantly higher so she replied with “that’s other places”.

    Thee worst bank. Closing account as soon as possible. Went to 3 banks, 2 you couldn’t even go inside, only drive through, then couldn’t be helped at drive through, then get to 3rd bank, had to tell 2 different people why I was there then has to wait outside in the car to be actually helped for over an hour. Just ridiculous. Signs says most convenient bank-LIES! Most INCONVENIENT BANK EVER!

    Got to Bank at 4:30 it closes at 5 ,told me that they could not help me because by the time they got to me it would be 5pm. What!!!

    If I could mark this bank as a 0 I would. The tellers are slow and have a bad attitude. And the (as the teller said “bank mangers) I have to sign in and wait for one of them, who are sitting around clicking a computer mouse and the computer screen. All I need is a bank card. The damn atm took it because I was taken to long to make a deposit. I don’t understand why I have to wait 2-3 hours for a mistake the atm made. I’m also 6 month pregnant and I have to get to work. I’m going to cancel this account and let everyone know that this is the worst branch and location.

    Debit card printer wasn’t working at all Florida locations ..I had to wait 2 days ..every time I come to this location there’s a problem . Bogus “maintenance fees etc ..Closing my account and will not return .
