I'll be honest, as I expect everyone expects with these reviews, this was a little less than I hoped. For a new campground, I expected things to be a little better. The showers require you to push a button every 20 seconds to keep the water flowing. Not terrible, but mildly annoying when you're naked and wet and trying to get freshened up for the day. The light sensor also turned off very quickly. Again, being brutally honest here, if you're taking care of business on the toilet and you're not really moving around, then the lights go out and you have to wave around like you're trying to keep a Sasquatch from attacking you, it's a little annoying. Another little annoyance is the wifi isn't really reliable enough to do anything more substantial than chuck your email. Streaming video or playing video games is pretty much out of the question. Other than that, the hookups are good, the staff is very nice and helpful. The bathrooms and shower rooms are clean. It's a nice place.

Most expensive campground within 100miles. $3200mo in peak season. Owner is too big and you can get a hotel for the same cost to park your rig. Don't bother with winter. Rates are still too high- not to mention everything is frozen. Best part of this campground, is the thankless work of the employees. Terrific people. In closing, owner is so loaded that its just flat-out wrong to support a company that essentially rents concrete pads.

Management is a joke . The “Manager” doesn’t offer anything except the rules are corporate and that’s that. The pool closes at 6:45 pm even though it was still 100+ outside , turning away several families with hot kids looking to cool off. Customer service huge thumbs down . They don’t allow any flags staked in their precious grass. I think for the cost this place needs to step up their customer service and be more accommodating to their guests . It’s close to the highway for convenient stopping on our trip to Montana but I will look for alternative Options next time. If I’m paying for a pool , easy stopping , and paying “resort” fees I want to do it at a place that allows us to enjoy it .

First, I want to address the issue of the cost. This place cost several million dollars to acquire the land, go through the approvals, install the infrastructure and amenities. It is a first class build out and those complaining about the price knew the cost before reserving the space. I backed up to the highway and was not bothered by noise (there is some distance to the highway). The manager was friendly and accommodated me a day early. It is near grocery, supply stores, restaurants and easy access to the interstate. Farmers market across street on Saturdays. It has a great dog park that is probably the best I have seen as far as space goes even if it is located in a dry retention area for storm water. On the flip side definitely too many cameras for me and area lights (that is a bit over the top). Would prefer more trees as well. You do not get that campground feel so much here but I still give it 5 stars for the effort and the fact there is another option to go to when the area in general has limited open options for RV's.

Customer service is extremely poor. We stayed the winter while waiting for the purchase of our home. The rates are high but we expected superior service because of the strict rules for cleanliness and the nice facilities. Office personnel have always been unfriendly and unaccomodating. The laundry facility for over 100 spaces has 5 regular size washers that do not spin clothes dry and yet they cost twice what a larger washer at a laundromat nearby costs to use. The services provided are unpredictable at best. Internet service works 50% of the time and cable TV is terrible. When we had trouble with it the office personnel couldn't even tell us who the service provider was. The dog park is no more than a drainage ditch that is always soggy and is like walking through land mines because it doesnt get cleaned. We always pick up after our dogs but many do not. Rates have continued to jncrease and have more than doubled since we arrived. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad service, bad at providing promised services and outrageous prices. Who pays $2000 a month for a cement slab? Definitely not us

Wow! I arrive on Friday and check-in was very efficient and site very spacious and level. THEN!!!!! Friday night Police were at the next site until midnight for a domestic issue, the two days nothing but screaming/shouting and profanity. I called the front not to complain but make them aware I wasn’t comfortable even sitting outside to enjoy the weather. Managements direct comment even though private property and all tenants signing the same rules and regulations nothing he can do. Unbelievable. I’ll stay away from what potentially could be very nice but letting long term tenants ruin their reputation

Not that impressed with this RV park for high prices they charge and they make you pay deposits and don't refund for anything if you find out your not staying next month and tell them ahead of time. So don't pay ahead or anything unless you know for sure your going to be here. They don't run on a whole month basis either even though they charge you for it. There showers are constantly dirty and not that hot were you have to keep pushing it every twenty seconds to keep it on. and no ventilation in the showers either. The far toilet area is not open in the winter so be aware if you need it and they try giving you a spot back there. The Washing machine and dryer is over priced and take two to three times to dry. They say them clean them all the time but I have never seen them back there pulling them out and cleaning them . You can't get mail delivered here either and I asked if I could before I came here and was waiting on certain mail that I kept asking for until someone told me like a month later about no mail thing. But you can get packages like from Amazon but won't tell you if you get a package in either so track your order or it'll sit there. Be very cautious with this place also there wifi hardly works so don't rely on it. And there back bathrooms in parking lot are not open in the winter time.

Wonderful RV Park with large concrete sites, beautiful grass and very nice facilities. Large new party room with full kitchen, we had a great taco bar last night. Very nice dog park and great staff. Right off the highway I90, and very easy to pull into and get set up.

The good. Very modern nice concrete pads with some grass. The bad. No refund if you cancel reservation. When you check in there are like 4 pages to sign. Wifi worst of all rv parks we have been to. First you sign in with pw and then a special code. It did not work with Firestick. Got on with computer and speed was like dial up. This place is profit oriented, most expensive in area and little care for customer. Avoid it.

The biggest issue I had was the price for a park that’s next to the freeway. $100 or more per night. The pads were nice but WiFi non-existent unless you pay an additional fee. We did and it was still not “streaming capable” as they stated. Buffered a lot and would disconnect. My husband had to go to office and work directly with their provider to get it to work at all. We’ve been to 5star resorts- try Deer Park Resort up north or the Quest RV park and save lots of money for better amenities. Both were gated/ secure and spacious sites and didn’t have the freeway noise

I would have given it 5 stars because the place is clean and brand new. The grounds are immaculate. I give it zero stars for the showers. The shower rooms are big and well appointed. The shower stalls themselves are quite roomy. The shower heads are terrible. There is no water that comes out of the middle. The most annoying part is the water shuts off about every 45 seconds. You have to push a button to get the water to spray. You have to keep pushing the button every 45 seconds or so to keep the water flowing. It sort of seemed dangerous to me to have someone all soaped up when the water stops and you have to blindly feel around for the damn button.

Be careful . This place will cheat you. We paid $45 for Premium WiFi so we could stream tv in our coach. The first night we were here we could not sign on with our TV’s due to the unusual sign on process . We went to the office the first night and said we could not sign on, the campground staff came down to our RV our first night and tried to sign on they could not . Staff said they would contact the internet co . We Never got the system to sign on after two visits and my going to the office 4 times. Each time they said they were working on it. Two days before we were leaving we asked the original staff for a refund, he said he would check with Susan the manager . I went to the office the night before we were leaving to ask for a refund . Susan the manager was very disrespectful , didn’t want to discuss my request and after I objected she told me to get out of the office. One of the top 5 worst customer service experiences of my life! So I have disputed the credit card charge and would never stay here again!

One of the nicest RV camps we have been to. It is very well laid out with grass spaces between every cement site. Nice office staff. Very. Lean and well kept. The laundry room is spacious with 5 washers and dryers. The only reason for not giving it a 5 is the dryers don't dry well. My husband says the venting is the problem.

Just arrived at the most expensive RV park - by a factor or 2 - 8!! - of our 2 months visit to Idaho, WA, and OR. Sites are side by side and poorly laid out. For example you will need at least 20 feet of sewer hose because the drain is in the wrong location for nearly every RV built in the last 20 years. There is almost no space to park our towed Jeep. The wifi sucks. First, some total moron designed multi-digit, 3 factor sign-in. The digits are white on a slightly off white background with an invisible check box confirming you read the invisible terms of service. So after 45 minutes struggling with a staff person to sign-in, the connection doesn't work where they put us. Ah, they have a pool for the hot Spokane summers - a pool filled with screaming brats... Avoid this park and enjoy one of the beautiful state parks for a fraction of the outrageous cost. The campground offers nothing but a convenient location for shopping.

Loved our stay here in our 28' Class A with Jeep toad. All paved, nice pool with loungers, individual grassy area for each site & picnic table. No issues with hookups. There appeared to be some long-term residents but overall, a well maintained park. Laundry room was a little tight and seemed overpriced so we drove 10 minutes to PUR Laundromat 10 minutes away (super clean and efficient). We rode our bikes to Centennial Trail right from the campground (less than 10 minute bike ride away and you can easily stay off road by using sidewalk). I think the path is 40 miles long and such a beautiful ride. We will be staying here again!

Liberty Lake RV Park is the 73rd stop for us – we stayed one week but did not use the facilities. Only 15 miles east of down town Spokane and a similar distance to Coeur d’Alene and very convenient to I-90 but little road noise. When checking in, the host was pleasant and efficient. As other reviewers noted, you do sign a lot of papers stating your adherence to their rules – I actually appreciate this given other experiences in the past. The entire property has a great look opening in 2019 with large level concrete pads, a patio and picnic table. The grassy areas in between the majority of the pads are good-sized and lush contrary to other reviews. The roads are asphalt and are wide enough for almost any rig to maneuver. The park is dog friendly and has a dog station almost on every corner but the highlight is the dog park – one of the largest and nicest rv dog parks we have run across on our travel. The only downsides were the very high cost for laundry with basic machines, the overall cost of the park is a bit high compared to other stays in similar places and the cable tv was very fuzzy. The WiFi was pretty decent but experienced a couple of outages each day. Connectivity: WiFi 6.0 down/1.0 up ; T-Mobile 142.0 down/6.22 up; Verizon 36.4 down/9.8 up. Would rate the park a 4.7.

This campground is more of a resort than a campground, but we decided to splurge a little bit as a part of our longer journey to Flathead Lake, Montana. Our stay here covered four days, and it was trouble free. The park is easy to find, being right off I-90 in Liberty Lake, Washington, just a few miles east of Spokane, and just west of the Idaho border. From westbound I-90, it’s almost a straight shot to the campground, with the only turn being a left into the park itself. On entering the park, the office is on the left with two staging spaces on the right. The staging spaces are a little short if you’re driving a 40-foot motorhome and towing a Jeep behind, but we had no issues pulling in. The Jeep just hangs out a bit in the back. While the Liberty Lake RV Campground may be a little spendy ($74/night with discount), if your going to be in the Spokane Valley area for more than a day or two, I’d recommend it be placed high on your list. The friendly staff, clean and well-maintained facilities, and the proximity to services (fuel, restaurants, etc) make this campground a great place to stay.

The spots themselves are pretty nice, but for the price we paid not great. The I-90 road noise is non-stop. The attitude of the check-in attendant was not at the level one would expect... she was very scripted and lacked good customer service.

We simply loved this place. Staff was very friendly. They have spoiled us with such a nice campground. All paved sites with your own little yard. So well kept and very quiet. Will definitely be back!

Quick overnight stop for us. Very easy late check-in. Calm, quiet overnight. Huge fenced-in dog park at the back! Park appears to be new and everything is top notch. Quick and easy place.

The most expensive rates of our 30 day trip. Not worth it. Grounds are clean and quiet. I90 road noise. Checking in, someone was in our spot. I called the office, no answer. I drove up there and told current occupants were just leaving. Showers not clean enough and Shuts off every minute. Washer/dryers weak. Nearly full park but closest restroom closed for season.

Nice facility with great amenities. Loved the kitchen, TV room, and dog park. Only complaints - dog waste containers were not consistently emptied and the smell was horrific, other issue was bathrooms not being restocked with toilet paper.

Brand new fairly quiet close to I 90 RV Park In convenient Liberty Lake WA. Close to shopping restaurants etc. It is very clean and well kept concrete RV Park with very nice amenities. Good WiFi Propane available for purchase, lovely kitchen facilities and Rec Room. Clean and up-to-date Shower Rooms and Laundry. Nice large dog run for our pets. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint is it is pretty expensive at 80$ per night. Will stay here again!!!

Buyer beware, unfriendly cancellation policy. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. There are plenty of other campgrounds that value good customer service.

  • 4/5 Seb C. 1 year ago on Google
Very modern and clean with plenty of facilities. Not many trees though, I guess they were just planted, so it feels more like an RV parking lot than a campground. Also, I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the steep price…

  • 5/5 Sandy M. 2 years ago on Google
The RV campground is clean, concrete sites are level, WiFi was good, satellite dish was good. We have a 40 ft with tow and plenty of room on pull thru, 50 amp. Staff was friendly. The only thing is they have 3 pages of rules and a lot of long stay tenant who don’t follow the rules. Pool area and play ground are great for kids, and pet friendly. Great location easy access off I-90. We would stay again if in the area. Pricey at $80 a night but might have been cause of peak season. Be sure to go to Trailbreakers Cider within walking distance great food and drink.

Would stay there during summer when we came to visit family. Clean park but not enough washers and dryers. We have stayed last 3 years but they are pricing themselves out of business. Way too much for what they offer. Can’t afford any more. Bye.

Tracey and staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. They were very accommodating and professional. This park is right off the freeway, clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Wifi is great and so many amenities close by. This is definitely a great stop if your in the area.
