Waited 3 months for an appointment and had to put a big deposit down to schedule (which I will have to wait for from their billing dept). After arriving, I was told that the appointment had to be cancelled and that what was needed could not be done there. This was even an internal referral! It is so difficult to get accurate information anymore. There was already an appointment prior (at another one of their locations) that was not as requested. When you call, you speak to someone not in the office and they act like they know who to schedule with after talking with you. I can't blame the girl at the front desk (it didn't seem like she was normally in that position); however, could I not have been told when I scheduled??? That way I could have scheduled somewhere else? What a waste of 3 months waiting. Very disappointed.

The services rendered to my husband are good. So far no complaints. But if you look at all the reviews, there is almost a clear agreement that the billing process is unacceptable. You cannot talk to anyone in the office. All messages go through a call center and the person on the other end has an accent making it impossible to understand. Especially when they are relaying important info about medication. Their response is always a generic “Sorry” on these reviews and nothing is addressed or changed for a better experience. EVERY Patient is entitled to clear and understandable bill. Not a general invoice of how much you owe. I questioned it and was told they don’t provide a bill or statement. I did manage to obtain a patient ledger after arguing for 10 minutes. I am a bookkeeper so after reconciling I discovered that the monthly payments I mail through my bank every month were not posted to the account. And on top of that, you get harassed for payment. In my case, they owe me a refund. Where is this money going? How many patients do they do this to? I definitely overpaid without realizing it. I also suspect double billing to Medicare. If you are getting nowhere trying to get your account resolved, REPORT IT to whatever State agency that will help you. If I don’t get my refund within a timely manner, that will be my next course of action. Never saw anything like it in the last 20 years my husband has needed psychiatric care.

The lady I went to see was amazing, attentive, and helped the best she could (though I didn't get what I was looking for in the end because they wanted me to go to another city for an evaluation). HOWEVER. A little over a year from my last visit I get an email saying I have a balance that needs paid and I only have a week to pay it. I message them asking what it's for since there was no description of care in the details. I get a call from people with thick accents I can't understand (which is fine but I emailed asking about discussing over email instead of phone for my hearing problems.) They called again. Eventually after several weeks they email me showing that it was my balance after insurance, so I paid it. Now, months later, I am still receiving calls from their billing department telling me I still haven't paid that bill even though I have a receipt.

My 2 sons went to this place for about a year then there insurance was no longer accepted there. Which is fine, a year later now I am getting hounded with phone calls daily that I owe them over $2,500 per child because they didn't bill my insurance in time for it to be covered. Mind you my insurance gives 3 month back pay when they no longer accept work with a doctor. They admitted to not file the bill in time for this to be covered and now want me to cover it out of pocket. This is in no way my fault. They have also tried to charge for missed appointments and my children have never missed an appointment EVER!!! They threaten to send it to collections and never have anyone who speaks English to speak with. Lawyers have been contacted. Stear clear!!!

This place is a scam. According to the billing department, the minimum charge is $409 for a 15 minute follow up medication appointment. I paid all charges on my account after I stopped my appointments, and received a bill over a year later. I called and the billing department claims that insurance denied payment, so I have to cover the remainder of the $429. My last appointment was 16 months ago. Seek psychiatric care elsewhere. This company is absolutely horrible. The providers were fine, but the charges are ridiculous for the care provided.

Please look elsewhere before going to a place like this. I have only been here a handful of times and almost a year later I had been hit with a $125 bill out of left field for a appointment they asked me to pay $400 for new patient in which I did pay the full $400. I called them back showed them the bank statement of them taking the full amount and they will not fix it and proceed to send me a "statement" not showing me where this came from and why it showed up out of nowhere. The Billing services are a joke here and will probably respond with a silly prewritten message just like the other reviews. They will try to argue with you till the end of time. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT ISSUES.

Harmony United, Dr. K. Jones is very Professional and she make Me feel very comfortable. She is very understanding, and she makes sure I understand everything we've talked about. To date, she is the very best psychiatrist I have ever had. Thank you Dr. K. Jones!

I haven't seen much to show 5 stars here. Our Son went there a while back. The girl kept her face hidden behind her computer screen... really weird. He had a bad breakup and needed someone to talk to now he'll never go to see another person for help. Now, Wait for their auto response lol.
